Devoured!

Love the food. So fresh and delicious, so many options and love that it's so close to home. Have had multiple times and never disappointed.

My $2 each upgrade for the tiniest scoop of masago and seaweed salad..

To the employee working on 1/19/26 at 12pm, it's not hard to read orders and give actually full sized scoops. We ordered delivery so maybe that's why? But we were missing upgraded items, we had things added that we didn't request, and the portions for a $20 were tiny. Just really disappointing with how expensive it is now...

Husband and I wanted sushi but we have cold groceries in the car so we opted for poke. My husband and I have been trying to find a poke places over here that we like since we moved, and I think we found our spot. The bowls were amazing as well as staff. I think that the bowls are fairly priced and they had a variety of proteins and other options to eat other than poke bowls. The ambiance was nice. It was open and clean & I really enjoyed it. Have no cons really other than it's right next to my favorite sushi restaurant in the area... and that's not really a con either... I just had to provide some type of negative. Haha.

This place never fails. The service and the food is always 10 out of 10. I would recommend building your own bowl , I asked chat gpt to give me vegan friendly options that were healthy

Not every Poké place is good... but this restaurant really puts that statement to shame! There's two sisters who run the place and I've only met the one with glasses but she is very lovely. Very friendly. very nice. She let me and my mom try anything and everything while we were putting together our poké bowls. Just ask! She gave generous amounts of food considering each scoop was $2.50 each. Lots of food for the price so I think it's worth it. They make all their side dishes in house so it's original and delicious! I definitely would recommend this place not only for the customer service or food but for the quality of everything this restaurant has to offer. The restaurant itself was also very clean and a nice quiet place to sit and eat. Ultimately What I am trying to say, is that if you are a poké lover or want to try poké for the first time, I definitely would recommend this restaurant. Will definitely be coming back!

3 scoop Build Your Own 3 Scoops Poke Bowl Poor quality under the toppings...

We tend to not get poke in the area because we have a go to sushi spot, but we decided to give LemonShark a try. We placed an order online for pickup for two customized bowls (a two scoop and a three scoop). We picked up our order within 15 minutes of placing it. When I got to the store, I wasn't greeted and the two girls in front were rather rude. I was friendly and said that I was there to pick up an order, and they simply pointed to a bag that was wrapped up at the end of the counter. I was a little off put by the interaction, but hoped that our food was prepared well. We went home to eat and found that our bowls did not taste very fresh. Though they were loaded up pretty well to our specifications, the quality was not good. To start, the rice was really hard, almost as if it was undercooked. The fish tasted old, and I pulled out a few pieces because they seemed suspicious. A couple pieces of shrimp were not cleaned. The veggies were dried out. And the tofu that my girlfriend got tasted sour. Some of the ingredients were fresher, but it seemed as though they drenched everything in sauce to mask the poorer ingredients. We did our best to eat through what we could, considering that the bowls were a bit pricey, but most of it went to waste. We were very disappointed with our visit and won't be back. We hope that their ingredient quality and customer service improves.

Too much dried garlic!! Otherwise tasty and delicious for a quick fix

Honestly wasn't into this spot when they first arrived in Yucaipa (adjacent to Dominos) or poke bowl in general. Always figured "Hey, if I'm craving sushi.. then get sushi with 100% satisfaction versus something subpar to traditional sushi." Okay, maybe that mentality remains, but after giving LemonShark Poke another shot and with the right ingredients this time... we're glad we did! Very much enjoyed it and now my daughter keeps asking for more poke bowl it's making my stomach churn. For a difference of $2 compared to 1 scoop, much better just to get a 3 scoop bowl I figured. 3 scoops - had 1 scoop of shoshu salmon (not sure how it was spelled), 1 scoop spicy salmon, and 1 scoop spicy crab. Traditional white rice. Toppings? Masago, green onions, ginger, seaweed salad.. few other things I forget, topped with dried, crunchy garlic. I should've asked for the onion crunchy topping also. But now for the secret combo that made a huge difference compared to before - at least it did for us! Sauce combination - Japanese mayo and eel sauce! Omg this combo is practically the mix plenty of sushi restaurants use in plenty of their dishes. I added a 3rd - their poke sauce, and the 3 together didn't disappoint at all! So why the 4 stars instead of 5? 2 ladies working there seemed to be in quite a rush, as in rushing us customers, and were more into chit chatting than tending to customers who aren't too familiar with the poke chain. If you look at the photos.. uhh, waaaaay too much topping of dried garlic!! Now we know better to make sure and tell them light on those toppings, or they'll just flood the top with it! Maybe I'm just not familiar with poke bowl spots - is this a norm? If it is, well newcomers beware and make sure to let them know if you don't want so much of the crunchy toppings. Overall, great spot for a sushi "quick fix" but for they're prices, I still would rather grab a baked salmon roll elsewhere. If you're craving sushi, go get sushi! If you just want a quick bite in a comfy bowl to go, then stop on by and you won't be disappointed. Try the 2 sauce combo with mayo and eel sauce. Hopefully you like it!

Clean cute poke shop on the corner of Yucaipa shopping center. Thought I was going to get standard poke Iike I have at other places, but this was a cool twist on it. Combo ahi and crab on fried rice patty, I'll be back.

This was my first time trying this place out. Would 100% recommend this place and will most definitely will come back to grub more of this Poké. Amazing taste, was all good and service was good. The environment was good and relaxing. Presentation was good and pricing was average. (Had to shake the bowl)

We ordered the Golden Crispy, the Hawaiian and the Sweetheart rolls. They were all delicious! The service was horrible at first. The first girl never cracked a smile with us or anyone else. She was definitely in the wrong business! I asked if I order from her or the sushi bar, since we were seated at the bar. She said either but when I tried to order from the bar, he told me to order from one of the two girls. I ordered from the second one b/c she, at least, had some personality. She was more pleasant to deal with. However, neither should have been in a forward-facing customer service position. Strangely, hard to tell who oversees the servers but the only other staff present were the sushi chefs and they seemed oblivious to the lowsy service. IMO customer service is almost as important and the food quality, hence 3 stars. This was on a Thursday night and there was no seating, only sushi bar. They are obviously popular since the food is great, but you have to be willing to put up with the service. Will definitely be back, but maybe best to order for pickup and dine at home.

I'm going to start with the positives:…read more Great parking in the plaza. Clean environment with great sitting. Great customer service. Awesome gentlemen. Never seen anyone else working there. Prices are higher than other places. Thinly sliced cucumbers seemed to have been defrosted. I get it. Better to save them than go to waste but then they don't taste the same. I like the variety in toppings. Sauces were good over poke bowl. I regretted only mostly the cucumbers and radish. Way too cold (frozen cold) The spam musubi was also a bummer. Needed more seaweed wrap and the sauce could have been packed separately and optional. It was too sweet and strong while also super messy. My sensory couldn't hang. I also would have preferred eel sauce on the side to dip my musubi in. Between the price, poke bowl portion, and drowned spam musubi I wouldn't make the drive to this location again. I will say, the toppings for the poke bowl like carrots and shredded seaweed and crisp onion and crisp garlic were great to top off bowl with.

Very average, honestly I like the one in Yucaipa better…read more The Yucaipa location has more protein options and doesn't charge you extra for the "basic" topping. The quality of the proteins weren't bad either, but I just feel that again, Yucaipa's quality is better and smells "fresher" when you can smell and taste fish in sushi, odds are it isn't fresh. The ambiance/decor was beautiful, but most people just grab bowls to go these days. The service was nice, but we did feel rushed. She kept saying, anything else and is that it over and over again. Plus I got excited because it's my birthday in a few days and I wanted the red velvet cake they were advertising but they didn't have it. They also don't have fountain drinks, if you want soda you need to pay for the bottle, might as well walk next door to staters and get it cheaper then. Overall it's not bad, we just didn't want to drive to Yucaipa so we figured we'd try this location.

So, of course, I look on Yelp and came across Nko Niko sushi, which is regarded as one of the best sushi spots in Redlands. I actually went as far as double checking on reddit and the votes were definitely in! This place seemed legit so I had to try it. It's located in a shopping plaza so there is plenty of parking. There are several restaurants in the area, while Niko Niko is tucked away near the water fountains out front. As I arrived, they quickly sat me at the bar area and my typical rainbow roll and I tried their snow cone roll. The rolls were so good and the fish was fresh! I loved the sweet sauce that was added to the snow cone roll. After about 20 mins, the chef, who's name is Yaser, started asking me what my favorite fish is and why I like it. I told him Albacore and he instantly makes me some concoction with ponzu sauce which was fire. He then asked me if I like salmon and I told him yes and he makes me a seared salmon roll with orange sauce and pepper. By this time I'm stuffed but enjoying this experience. He made going to a sushi restaurant interesting again like when I first tried sushi. We start talking about Japan and he ask me if I ever had salmon skin. I tell him absolutely not and that when I bake salmon I usually take the skin off. He then tells me that I HAVE to try a salmon skin handroll so I figured I should just go with it. My mind was blown!! I actually like salmon skin lol. It was so good! Overall, I had an amazing experience at Niko Niko and Chef Yaser. I left him a generous tip for the experience and he changed the way I will forever dine at a sushi bar now. If you're in the area, please stop at Niko for some fresh tasty sushi and an excellent sushi experience with sushi chef's that know what they're doing. OOOOO 5 out of 5 Afros
