She knew about every dog food from where it was made to if it has ever had recalls, to what is in it and so much more. And with a huge smile the whole time. Samples were involved too which I'm sure my dog will love and a happy dog is a happy life. Store was Very clean inside and out. Checking out was a breeze as well. I just really like this pet store. The employees are all super friendly and knowledgeable in the products they sell. They go above and beyond to ensure you will be happy with your purchase. It was a great little find. My husband and I are visiting a friend who has 30 acres in Pasoz My husbands dog was running and rolling in everything. She caught a tick so I had to go get something for her to protect her. Our home area doesn't have ticks or fleas. So we forgot about tick prevention. Two associates helped me out during my visit. Bought a few more things because they had a such a great selection. Even found a harness that fit our other dog who is a Frenchie. Also bought them some doggy Ice cream for this hot hot weather. The mission: Get my stinky 4 legged family members clean! Lolo & Koa, a Newfoundland & a Lab. Tired of spending bank at a dog salon when they get home and try to find dirt to roll in. Here's the drill: Walk in, pay $14 bucks and take the doggies to the grooming room. There are 3 stainless wash areas. Ramps for them to walk up into, they stand on grates so they don't slip and they bring you a towel and choice of shampoo for the pooches. They'll explain how you do everything if you're a newbie and the process is actually fun. Warm water or cold if you want to upset your dogs. Latter up, rinse and dry off. Then there are dryers to blow off and dry them. The dryers are crazy! My Newfie is dried and fluffed up within 5 minutes. Awesome concept, friendly people working and your dogs smell great and they feel good too! FIVE STARS! TEN STARS! read more

I am in a lot because I adore their DIY Doggie Wash!! $13 And they provide the tall tub, soap, towel and high velocity dryer needed to keep my girl in the beat shape. I visit this store weekly and I just can't believe how Mitchell can be a manager.He is so rude to were he comes across as hateful and acts as if he really dont want to help you or answer any questions you may have.Whiever owns this store needs to consider getting rid of him.I observed him as customers came in and he acts as if he is irritated that they are there.GET A NEW MANAGER!!!!!! I bought a bone for my dog, brought it home for her to chew on and she started bleeding from it. I brought it back hoping to get a response as to why she was bleeding and also hoping I could do an exchange for something that wouldn't make her bleed but I was simply told by Mitchell that he has never experienced this with the specific bone before. I ended up throwing the bone with blood on it in the trash and if I wanted something different for my dog I had to purchase it which I am not so happily did. This will my second and last experience at this store. read more

Great place! They have a lot of nice, easily accessible products in a VERY CLEAN, and bright environment. The staff is for the most part very friendly. They always carry heavy products out to your car for you. Once I found out suddenly that one of my rabbits was very sick, and we came in looking for a treatment to use until we could take her to the vet. I was very upset (close to tears) while searching for products, when a very sympathetic, knowledgeable young man who worked there came to my aid. He suggested the best item he knew and then spent almost ten minutes trying to research what amount to use on my rabbit. Amazing young man! The store manager is also very approachable and accommodating. Really a great place! We never buy form stores like PetSmart and rarely from PetCo. I can talk, and I say Lemos! read more

I love the self serve doggy wash, for a couple bucks you can wash your dog without the hassle of doing it in your bathtub. They have a huge selection of dog food, toys, treats and everything else you need for your dog, cat or bird. read more

Did not like my visit at all. I was in a hurry, and the front desk lady tries to tell me my appointment was at 3:30 rather than 3:00 when we called ahead of time. My dogs get pretty excited when they see other dogs and shes trying to dicipline my lab for tugging while he's heading to the room we are going into. I can say that the doctor was very fast and efficient. Thank you, but when we were ready to go i had two dogs in one hand and a pen and paper in the other and at the same time the same lady tries to tell me if i can put my dogs in the car to make them stop barking. WTF! Don't you see im trying to manage the best I can! read more
