if I could leave negative stars I would. my husband and I woke up to a leak in our kitchen. ceiling coming from our upstairs bath, so my husband contacted a plumber to come out same day. the individual who came out to our home was very professional and nothing short of nice but the prices were not. I had limited knowledge on what we were dealing with and felt we were taken advantage of because of this. we were charged almost $900 for the plumber to replace a part in our toilet that would cost $10 at gone depot (wish we knew this beforehand), we also were charged almost $400 just for the service and another $594 for the repair which wasn't guaranteed that they fixed the leak. I was asked to sign papers nothing was explained, do yourself a favor and don't use this company. read more

called Len the plumber for a clog, paid a technician for a cleaning and was told my toilet was bad as well. The issue was not resolved. Next day a new tech came with a camera and said my sewer line needs replacing. All together, the work quoted came to 20 thousand dollars, including what I already paid for the cleaning/toilet which was not necessary anyway. I reached out for more opinions and was told by multiple other plumbers the exact opposite of what Len was telling me. A different company cost me much less for more thorough work which fixed my problem. spent the next 2 weeks calling and getting dodged, put on hold, and generally ignored when trying to inquire about the additional cleaning charge on my bill & why I was sold a toilet while being told my sewer line needed replacing, which also was not true. I was charged a lot of money to be lied too and ignored when trying to ask about the lies. Unless you like being lied too and vastly overcharged, I would advise seeking another business for any plumbing needs. read more

kitchen sink clogged beyond my ability to unclog [multiple attempts with a plunger didn't work . . . baking soda + vinegar didn't work . . . Drano Max Gel didn't work]. in desperation called Len the Plumber and got a service tech out on a Saturday afternoon to unclog it. the tech [Nelson] was awesome - friendly, polite, and most importantly got the sink unclogged with little to no fanfare. no complaints on the service. so why is this review only 3 stars? well . . . maybe this is just me being completely out of touch with pricing models in the current day and age, but $505 to power snake/unclog a kitchen sink seems to me to be just a bit on the outrageous side. other than the price i have no complaints but honestly i was expecting this was gonna cost me *maybe* $200 at most. would likely look for a less costly option next time. read more

In regards to Len's comments about false reviews seen below is completely untrue. Len is trying to hide their tracks that their service technician worked on our water heater that they installed May 2024 for 2.5 hours on June 3rd for a pilot light that would not keep light which is a safety feature. The technician came for 2.5 hours and I was with him for 1 hour after he tore apart the bottom and was blowing on the gas line to see if it was clogged. After the hour, I gave up and proceeded with my day thinking this was a trustworthy company. The technician was able to start the pilot light and the blower another company installed was working as well. The technician worked on the vent in order to keep the pilot on as he mentioned to me. In his report from June 3rd which I asked the office manager 3 times via email for his service report the only thing that was mentioned attempted to start the pilot which was untrue. At 9pm I entered the basement which was full of smoke. I shut off the gas to the water heater which was actively on fire. Len came back out on 06/05 and the same service technician covering his tracks or Len's wrote a very legal service report in detail which my wife never signed and the service tech who wrote the report signed explaining that the warranty is void due to another company installing the vent/blower while we had no issues until this "reputable company" meaning Len the Plumber's service tech worked on the vent....they offer no solutions to our problem....again Len is not a plumber. finally, the office verbally told me that she would reach to the manufacturer to see if they could assist and than after the weekend she informed my wife I never told your husband we would do that. read more

When it comes to hiring a plumber, I can't say enough good things about when the plumber... In particular Tom Bodziak and his crew. Having good experiences with plumber is not always easy but in this case not only, did they do what I consider and not extend any job, they also did the little things that went beyond what I had expected. There are no extra charges for those either the pricing was honest and reasonable. I live in the Warrington area and I see their service trucks around our development and in our area they also came highly recommended from my neighbors. read more

But the price she was charged was 1400 for a sump pump replacement which included a 6 foot piece of PVC pipe ( not needed, a check valve not needed) and of course a new sump pump. Why would someone who works for your company be so inconsiderate and drive in a manner that he decided to speed up and use his horn to try to create road rage. His purpose was to not allow me to merge into an off-ramp for my exit. This person who represents your company showed no consideration without the common courtesy to be understanding of the needs of other drivers. The technician came over & was done in 20 minutes (not exaggeratingactually done in 20 minutes). We provided the shower cartridge. The bill was for $558....what a scam!!! I am all for paying fairly for a service but $558 for replacing a shower cartridge? Look at all their reviews. They have a practice of ripping people off. Complete rip off. I called them to unclog a kitchen sink drain. The guy came in saying they would have to charge me 500 dollars whether they fixed the drain or not and then tried to talk me into a 5000 dollars whole house flush. I told him I only wanted the drain fixed. He used my plunger (he didn't have one) turned on my garbage disposal and was done in less than 3 minutes. Still charged me 500 dollars. I felt stupid that I didn't think to turn on the garbage disposal after I had tried to unclog it myself. I would have thought if they wanted repeat business he would have not charged due to such minimal time spent but, he had no problem taking my money. I even asked about the plumbing discount on the website which he proceeded to tell me this was not a plumbing issue (he was literally a plumber). I will absolutely never use them again. read more

Scam artists should change their name to flim and flam plumbing. For a leaky shower head they wanted to charge my gram over 3 grand to cut into the wall on the opposite wall side to put in handles for what? Made my gram put down a 1400 dollar deposit which they used the good old elder abuse to wrench that one in. My dad who is a lawyer had to call the attorneys generals office to get them to refund the 1400 cuz they wouldn't when there is law on the books to prevent such action. We Called a other plumber and fixed leaky faucet for 400. That seems more reasonable to the parasite quote which was almost 4 times greater just for the deposit. Took out toilet and did not replace it correctly, causing major leak that now has to be repaired. Cracked my tile floor in the bathroom, left dirt/grime/grease all over the walls, doorways. Did not even fix problem and when we called to talk to a manager about issues, the "customer service representative " or the extremely unprofessional, rude person we talked to refused to get a manager on the line and hung up on us. No return call. Nothing. Had another business out, that identified incompetent work by Len the Plumber and fixed it correctly. A friend asked if I had ever used Len. I shared an experience from 2 years ago. I will NEVER use this company. I had water leaking from my upstairs tub down into my laundry room below. Plumber said he'd need to replace some pipes but that I would need to call a HVAV Co. first to remove the vents that were in the way. Total cost with vent removal and his job was estimated to be around $2,000!! When I asked if he could just replace a tube right below the tub (green and whitish from mineral stain from leakage) that was above the vents and see if that could be the culprit or at least start from there, his exact words were, "We don't do small jobs, you can call a handyman for that ". When he left I got a flash light and looked underneath the tub, just like he did and noticed an area right below the tub drain that looked corroded. However, when I took a closer look I realized that it was not metal it was disintegrated rubber. I went to Lowe's and asked an employer in the plumbing section about the parts of the drain plug area and if he thought that gasket could be the issue. He said an easy fix to check before replacing any pipes. The rubber gasket cost me only $2.99 !! I removed the drain plug with a special tool that he suggested could make it easier. I screwed off the drainer piece to reach the underlying rubber ring, tightened it back up and not a drop of water has leaked to this day. And ... I am a woman! Didn't need plumbing school for a common sense "visual" issue. This plumber was seriously ripping me off ... "attempting" to rip me off. I have never written a review for anything but felt compelled after my friend said she was thinking of using them after seeing a lot of commercials on TV. So, that was my experience that may protect others!! Not sure if this plumber represents all the other plumbers of this company who may in fact be honest workers. It only takes one bad experience (very bad) to steer me clear from this company and protect my friends and others! read more

I originally chose Len the Plumber because they were open 365 days a year and my A/C gave out the day before Labor Day. They were able to come out on Labor Day, and the technician, Mike (who was fantastic), was able to diagnose the issue very quickly and unfortunately due to the age of my unit suggested that I replace it. While he was there, he also took a look at my aging heater and had to condemn it, so I was forced to replace that as well. He had a salesperson come out that day and I signed paperwork to buy over $16,000 worth of brand new heating and air conditioning units. They came out two days later and I had to miss work as it was a full day install. It worked fine for two days, then the A/C unit turned off completely. A tech came out that night and noticed that the wires were installed sloppily and loosely and had completely come undone so there was no power to the unit. He also cleaned up trash that he said was left behind in my basement during install. The A/C worked... for 5 hours. In the middle of the night I saw that the entire system was again off. A tech came out AGAIN the next day, told me that the condensation drain pipe was installed BACKWARD and he would have to replace that for me because it was causing the safety switch to shut the system down as it wasn't draining. He replaced it that day but told me that the duct work seemed shoddy and there was no transformer for the air scrubber I purchased. I spent a few days calling Len the Plumber to finally get in touch with a manager who told me they were upset with my install team and he would personally come out (and I had to miss work again) to redo a lot of the work they messed up. After that day, I was told everything would be working fine. Three weeks later, now I need to turn the heat on and it's only blowing cold air and my house is 59 degrees. I called them and they have to come out AGAIN to see what's going on. The techs have been great but the install team was absolutely awful. They have caused me to miss several days of work while I wait for them, and my BRAND NEW units aren't working properly. I will never use them again. read more

There were 2 different techs. here & couldn't fix a leak from the shower stall upstairs and put plumbing goo around the knobs in the shower hoping that would work and it didn't. So the next tech. tried something else that also didn't work. My son came over and fixed the problem which was the shower pan not being tight to the floor which caused the leak! They didn't want me to give a bad review telling me they would credit me for $200 for hiring them to do work which obviously I didn't. read more

Horrible! Horrible company! They came out to my home a few days ago. Our oil heater was bare and when we got oil in it the heater wouldn't start. We called Len the Plumber and they came out same day. They quoted us at $3000 to fix the heater. We told them we will get another quote. We called a family friend and they saw the heater and told us that these heater have to be bled. Air gets into the tank and need to be bled. They bled it and the heater is back to working like new. So, for $3000 I wonder what Len the Plumber was really gonna do to our heater considering it just need to be bled. The tech from Len the plumber stated " these heaters cant be bled". I wonder where he got his education from. Don't bother with them....do your research before calling and wasting a service fee. read more
