I have been working with them on a modification and they have lied to me nonstop. First, I had a trial plan and they lied about when I could make the first payment. Then, they told me they were not doing a modification and I could talk to a HUD counselor. When she made a 3 way call including NAF and myself a few days later, they had completely changed their mind and said I could apply for a modification again. Over the next several weeks, I probably ended up submitting 4 more applications because they would close them for reasons that didn't make sense but the whole time, they were telling me that the foreclosure would be suspended while I was redoing the applications. I could never get beyond the person that would answer my calls and I sent several emails begging for someone to call me and explain to me exactly what I needed to do. Now, I'm 2 weeks from a foreclosure date. I'm a 65 year old widow raising m grandchildren alone, I have 75% EQUITY in my home that's due to be auctioned on 8/4. I would definitely look elsewhere for a mortgage company! ​

Now I get 70+ calls a day because the credit bureau sold my information. Highly do not recommend.
