Came on a Friday at 4pm and enjoyed their happy hour offerings! Not a lot of folks gets so there was lots of interior places to choose to sit. First time at Lengthwise on District. Have been to the old one in Marketplace. Ordered a Harvest Moon Hefe drink was ok. Not as cold as I expected being 98 degrees in a July afternoon. Fish and chips were disappointing. Fish was very small and thin, similar to the size on a taco. Fries were good. Probably would have had another beer if asked but no one came to check. Fish and chips are my go-to at Lengthwise. The meal never fails me. The fish is not excessively battered and the fries are good- not great, but good. Both are delicious when piping hot! I'm not a beer drinker, so I can't comment on the brewing aspect. Service, hum, you order st the counter and pay. Someone comes out and brings out your food. Someone goes around and clears your table if they see you are done and still lingering. That's about it for service. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. However, it seems from past visits the outdoor has always had smoking diners or drinkers, so outdoors is never an option for me. There are several TVs for viewing sports. There are both high tables and chairs as well as standard chair/table options. read more

It started to get warm out so we took a break for some Air conditioning and a beer. Great venue, big and airy on the inside with a large patio on the outside. We ordered a flight of beer and chilled at the bar. We watched dishes of food come out of the kitchen and everything looked great! We'll have to order some food next time. By far the absolute nastiest most disgusting ice tea I've ever had in my life. It tastes like pond scum that mosquitoes breed in. Thier food is decent and the atmosphere is great. We had just been around the corner for a wine tasting at San Rucci Winery and really needed to get a bite to eat. As with many breweries the decor is very industrial with lots of TV's. They have a good size patio area with heaters also. You order your food and drinks at the counter. You are given a number to place on your table for food and beverage delivery. They have a variety of food choices that are quite tasty. I can't comment on the brewery aspect of this business because I'm not a beer drinker. My wife and I love this place, it's large enough to not be crowded for lunch which is our preference. The chicken strips are amazing and my wife loves the shrimp tacos. I got off work and I didn't feel like cooking so we decided to go Farmer Boy for a burger. As I came to the light on district I thought oh let's go here instead for a burger. So glad we did because we had great service and two great sandwiches. We don't drink anymore but If you like beer this is the place to be. We ordered the tri tip on jalapeño bread with stinky fries and pastrami on Italian herb bread with mozzarella sticks. We split the sandwiches and everything was just good. The only complaint I do have is there needs to be more meat. And the pastrami had a great flavor but it was missing something?, maybe the juice, I don't know. read more

I'm visiting from out of town, but I remember living here about 15 years ago. One of my favorite places was lengthwise primarily for the stinky fries. Over the years my kids have now grown and continue to go here and one of their favorites is the fish tacos, and the fries. I came here tonight visiting from out of state and had to have a stinky fries and they did not disappoint. I love those sticky fries that stink stunk with me all night. Next, my youngest had the hot with fries and it came with course deli mustard and onions and a healthy basket of fries. I had a small bite of the hot dog and it was delicious! Definitely great deal for $8! Next, the BBQ & Buffalo Wings! For $8 you get 6 wings and they were all big wings! Both sauces were good yet highly recommended the Buffalo sauce! Incredible deal on the wings! My oldest son ordered the Golden Ale Chicken Strips. Crispy and delicious! The ranch and bbq dipping sauces are absolutely delicious and highly recommend. We love the District location due to the outdoor patio area. Able to enjoy our dinner, while our kids were entertained playing the bean toss. Unfortunately my favorite brewery location has now become my furthest location, luckily all Lengthwise locations are great this one just happened to be my favorite. If you're a fan of sours like I am then you cannot go wrong with a pomegranate sour from here. As for the food, I have never gone with with anyone who didn't enjoy their meal. From the chicken strips to the veggie burger it's all fantastic! Oh and of course the pickles for all the pickle fans out there. Stopped by this nice little spot on the way back from Los Angeles. Large indoors and outdoor eating area, but can see where parking may be a little tight, so you may have to walk a bit on a busy night. Please note that inlike most other breweries there are no dogs allowed, not even in the outdoor area. Outdoor has a few games set up like ping pong and cornhole so would be a good time with a small group. Inside is spacious and clean and there is a good selection of beers to choose from. We had the tri-tip sandwiches and chicken tenders both of which were pretty good. We were there on a little slower day and it took about 15 minutes for the food. I am a faithful Lengthwise customer. The live music is a real downer. It is NOT a draw. You get a pint, gather with friends, watch the game and then the live music hits. It does not work. Stopped in here for some brews and dinner after reading all the amazing reviews. I have to say it was hit and miss for me. Pros - beer :: Cons - food. First off - the building is HUGE so it does make it nice if you're with a big or small group. You can spread out and the volume it's terrible, so you can still carry on a conversation. They have games you can play as well so that was fun! The patio is equally as massive with lots of seating as well as corn hole and ping pong to entertain the kids (lots of kids here during our visit). Service was friendly and it's ordering at the bar then they bring your food to your number on the table. They kindly give you a small sample of beer before you buy to ensure you're going to like what you get. For brew - we had the pomegranate sour [which I loved, but I'm really into sours], the Harvest Moon [another good choice], and for my IPA lovin' man the Zeus Imperial. We enjoyed all the beers for sure. As for the food, here is where my disappointment ensued. We started with the Calamari Rings for $13.95 [A house favorite! A generous portion of squid rings dusted and fried Italian style. Served with a side of our cocktail sauce.] These were NOT rings at all, but strips and tasted as they came out of a box. Would NOT order again. From there I decided to review reviews again to pick what most people liked and we ended up getting a burger and the Stinky Chili Mac n Cheese $15.45 [homemade Mac n Cheese covered with our homemade chili and topped with our ever so popular "Stinky Fries".] Again - I was unimpressed with my infamous M&C. I felt like it was basic bar food you could get anywhere and was way overpriced for the quality. My guy did say his burger was OK, but still had better eslewhere. While I would come here again for the brews and games, but prob head elsewhere for dinner - or just expect you'll be overpaying for some basic bar fare. read more
