we waited an hour to be seated and yes there was a ridiculous amount of people there but we were there before any of them !!!, and the servers called our names and said our table would be up right now and as we waited an hour passed and all they said was that they were still "cleaning our table" if it took an hour to clean a table i would've asked me and my family to go back there and help !!!, so ridiculous then these three specific hosts kept giving me and my family dirty looks up and down with nasty smirks and looking at each other and would stare back at us and talk amongst themselves. Then the skinny one in the middle of this picture sat us down gave us ONE basket of bread with four rolls when we were a party of 8! and she goes " you guys can move the tables together" THAT WAS SO RIDICULOUS AND RUDE !!! and after we complained to our server about them he mentioned he disliked the way they treat customers as well !! she then proceeded to grab us another basket of rolls after hearing us complain to our server and dropped them off and laughed with a smirk at our table. this was by far the WORST experience ever ! not to mention the big girl in this picture was giving all of us dirty looks and was also talking shit about the other customers she was seating ! so ridiculous !!!!!!! our server was a make and he was the sweetest very understanding and was always checking up on us if it wasn't for him our experience here would've been a 0 stars!!!

I can't believe its been 7 years since i've last been to Texas Roadhouse! Like everyone I loved the bread! Personally not a fan of the sweet butter but thats just me(i know its really good). The Cactus Blossom was so good and the horse raddish foward dip was perfect combo! Staff originally sat us at a table under a ceiling fan which made the light keep flashing but the sever was extremly nice and moved us to a booth.

It's been a while since I've been to this to Texas Roadhouse we went on a Friday night so the wait was like 55 minutes but it was no big deal Food is always good when we go I never complain You fill up on those rolls in that butter and then you can't eat your entree but that's all good had two margaritas that were on point The chicken smothered and gravy was on point also they always got birthday parties and they do a lot of singing and all that good stuff which is cool It keeps the place lively it's loud at sometimes but it's still okay it's no big deal it's a really lively atmosphere it's pretty cool definitely going to go back I love this spot

It was me and my man's first time ever at a Texas Roadhouse. We joined the waitlist online so getting a table was easy. It was pretty active and loud in the restaurant. Our server though was the sweetest, she was so nice and fast. My man got the blue moon craft beer and I got the island cooler with an extra shot added. Absolutely delicious and dangerous which I love. Then my man got the 12 oz ribeye and I got the 12 piece shrimp and both were 10/10. The food is so good and we have no complaints at all. Will be coming again very soon.

Dined in today (pro tip: $14.99 early dinner specials) for early dinner. We come every year on this day to celebrate in memoriam for my oldest step son as this was the last restaurant we took him to his birthday and was his favorite. This evening our waitress was amazing! Constantly refilling our table with those delicious rolls and sweet butter and drinks! The house salad with blue cheese and what I believe is in house made croutons...perfection! Steaks came out perfectly cooked and delicious! Always love the mashed potatoes and green beans! Thank you for tonight's excellent service!

I know I just reviewed this place earlier in the week, but I'm reviewing again because we went again. This time we didn't eat so many bread rolls or peanuts before our food came. Me and my boyfriend ordered different items this time and he got the steak he wanted. I just get so full very fast here and we take some of the food home and I really can't eat reheated food. It was great but I think we need to space out the amount of time we go back. Love the place. Love the vibe. Love the servers, & everything. They make it fun in there!

I hadn't been here for about 4 years and the place is very busy. Get on the waitlist and shave some time off we waited about 10 minutes after being on the waitlist for 20 on Friday night got on waitlist at 5:45. Ordered a 23oz. Hand cut bone in ribeye. Ordered medium and it was perfect see pics. Loaded baked potato and fresh vegetables. My wife and I split it and still had leftovers. Everything was great. The manager stopped by our table and asked how everything was. As per usual the rolls always are great gonna come back again soon. Thanks for the great experience.

My family regularly eats at Texas Roadhouse, so I am a bit surprised I haven't already reviewed this place. It is a great restaurant for 2 or a large group and anything in between. We often stop by after church and it seems many others have the same idea. Sometimes we have a wait and others we don't. There is a lot of seating and they get to you as quickly as possible. We have had some seating issues in the past but they are always striving to improve and I noticed some signage during our last visit that shows they are doing all they can to keep people take care of and paying attention to seating details. The food is beyond generous portions and the cost is extremely reasonable. You can easily split meals and have plenty. They are also generous with their dinner rolls, which are amazing, especially with the honey butter. I ordered the beef tips on mashed potatoes with a side of veggies. It tasted amazing. Everyone else also enjoyed their meals and we had plenty to take home for dinner. The staff were extremely pleasant and cheerful. I love the country music playing in the background. It is the perfect volume to be able to enjoy but not too loud so you can hear the conversation at your table.

Last year I made a large reservation for about 10 ladies to celebrate someone and on the way to the restaurant they called to confirm the reservation (about 30 minutes before), but I did not hear my phone. When I arrived, a distraught friend told me that they did not have our reservation so I asked what the issue was. The manager told me because I did not confirm, they were not sure they were going to hold the table. I apologized that I had not recieved a call, but asked if we could still have the table (I was there on time and could see the large table with the reservation note on it). The manager begrungenly said they would allow us to still dine with them, but they said they would not seat us until more of our party arrived. I asked if we could wait for our party at the bar, but they said they would not because every seat at the bar was taken. So just a heads up, you cannot stand at the bar, you cannot stand around the restaurant, and they do not have a place to sit and wait for your table, you just have to stand outside (I'm sure it has to do with safety or firecodes, I didn't argue, we waited outside until people at the bar left). Once we were seated, the staff was not friendly. Wondering if we should leave or not, I called a friend who works near the building who frequents this place often on what I should do. He told me to go back inside and that the staff would be nice. When I returned, a new server came to our table with a tray of shots and said they would be taking care of us for the rest of the evening. I figured maybe the manager and that other server was just having a bad day, my friend must have called the restaurant and asked his most trusted server to help us, and enjoyed the rest of our evening. I didn't want to risk it another bad experience, so I haven't returned since. A few months ago during the whole Cesar Chavez news broke out, that friend who frequented the place went with another friend to the Botonist and was talking about the news while they were dining. The manager overheard. Later when my friends were getting ready to leave, the manager started becoming upset with my friends and told my guy friend, "I HOPE SOMEBODY R*PES YOU". Stunned, he asked her to repeat herself and she did. My friends left. The chefs and building are wonderful, but obviously something needs to be done about the management and staff with being professional and treating customers with respect. I've worked in the service industry and understand how stressful it can be, but I have always been able to keep my cool around people who are trying to enjoy a nice meal. Hoping they recieve the help they need as I love to see my community thrive.

Last time there, I had the tuna filet because it cost less than the beef or lamb, and it was equally good, The escargot is very good too. This place has some real history and it reeks of it from the horseshoe shaped bar to the one table reserved for the in house ghost. Back in the day this location was once called The Office, so when businessmen were having a drink after a long day, they could call home and say "Hey Honey, I'm gonna be a little late, I'm still at The Office," and they wouldn't be lying. There's still the remains of an olde phone booth near the bar. I wish I could afford to eat here more often, the "Brandy Blu Filet" is melt in your mouth awesome.

There was no host stand, no greeting, and no indication of what we were supposed to do. I eventually asked the bartender about our reservation. He seemed mildly annoyed that I had interrupted whatever invisible task he was doing and told us we'd have to wait for the host. So we waited. And waited. Once seated, we ordered drinks and were served warm bread with butter knives. The problem? There was no butter. Instead, there were candles heating cups of drawn garlic butter that nobody explained. The waiter described it as a powerhouse flavor. Imagine garlic butter LaCroix. Technically present, but only as a rumor. The pacing of service was glacial. Not relaxed. Not upscale. Just slow. The entire evening felt like a social experiment where everyone involved was pretending to operate a fine dining restaurant while waiting to see if customers would notice. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms, which were apparently a house favorite. I sincerely hope that's no longer true. The filling was confusing enough, but someone decided to glaze them with a sweet sauce that made the entire dish taste like a dare. We took a few bites and surrendered. Then came the steaks. My fiancée ordered the filet medium rare. It arrived with the texture of warm oatmeal and was drowning beneath balsamic reduction and Gorgonzola. The steak itself was so soft and underdone it resembled a pink marshmallow more than beef. My strip steak arrived covered in gravy. Not a sauce. Gravy. To complete the experience, we both ordered baked potatoes. Because surely nobody can mess up a baked potato. We were informed that bacon and sour cream would cost an additional $2. Nothing says "premium steakhouse" quite like nickel-and-diming toppings for a baked potato. By the end of the meal, we were struggling to identify a single redeeming part of the experience. The service was slow. The food was baffling. The atmosphere felt like everyone--staff and customers alike--was participating in the same awkward experiment. Horse in the Alley desperately wants to be a fine dining destination. Unfortunately, wanting and being are two very different things. ***Our server Samantha was very sweet and even comped the stuffed mushrooms. But this was easily the worst $200 I've ever spent.

They literally left no stone unturned. Every single corner of the restaurant is beautifully decorated. I do love the whole vault theme. It definitely just feels like you're stepping back in time. The food was fantastic. On a Friday and Saturday night, they offer a prime rib special. The plate itself ran about $52. But it was well worth it. The prime rib absolutely melted in your mouth. It was paired with a beautifully baked potato. It was also served with a side of horseradish sauce as well as Au'ju, We also tried out the brussels sprouts appetizer. They were absolutely amazing. Flavor was spot on. And I would definitely recommend it if you're just wanting to try something a little bit different. Our meal also came with a soup or salad. My wife opted for the Caesar salad, with house made croutons which she said was great tasting. I opted for the soup of the day, which was an Italian wedding soup. Again great tasting everything tasted fresh and was piping hot.
