Beef kabobs with mac and cheese.

This was the second time I'd been to Texas Roadhouse since they opened, years ago. The food was actually really good. I had the marinated steak kabobs. Yummy. My husband ordered the ribeye, but his steak was most definitely not a ribeye. It was a NY strip, for sure He enjoyed the steak, bit it was NOT the steak he ordered. If you cannot tell the difference between a NY Strip and Ribeye, you should not be working at a steakhouse. My biggest issue with this restaurant is the noise level. It is so loud my husband and I just stopped trying to have a conversation.

I think this is my first ever time doubling a review. I just love Texas Roadhouse. Today we decided to go for dinner and oh gosh was it packed I got scared. We went to the booth hoping we'd be sitting in about 20 minutes but she said if we wanted to sit at the bar. Man was the bar dead haha!! Jackpot! We got seated immediately, got our bread, and got service asap by the wonderful girly who was bartending. She was the sweetest. We got our food quick, and it was yet another great experience.

Food was good and did not wait long. Steak was more tender than I remember last time. The bread was warm and squishy with honey butter melting the moment it hit the bread. It was busy but had a nice flow. Ambiance is loud and like you're at a family party. Everyone talking at once.

I can't believe its been 7 years since i've last been to Texas Roadhouse! Like everyone I loved the bread! Personally not a fan of the sweet butter but thats just me(i know its really good). The Cactus Blossom was so good and the horse raddish foward dip was perfect combo! Staff originally sat us at a table under a ceiling fan which made the light keep flashing but the sever was extremly nice and moved us to a booth.

My husband and I stopped here on our road trip and we were truly impressed! Right from the minute we arrived, we were welcomed with care and got sat right away. They also brought us the fresh rolls as soon as we sat down. The food was delicious but I have to say that their customer service was phenomenal. We will definitely be back! It was so nice in the restaurant and had a nice family friendly vibe to it.

It's been a while since I've been to this to Texas Roadhouse we went on a Friday night so the wait was like 55 minutes but it was no big deal Food is always good when we go I never complain You fill up on those rolls in that butter and then you can't eat your entree but that's all good had two margaritas that were on point The chicken smothered and gravy was on point also they always got birthday parties and they do a lot of singing and all that good stuff which is cool It keeps the place lively it's loud at sometimes but it's still okay it's no big deal it's a really lively atmosphere it's pretty cool definitely going to go back I love this spot

Dined in today (pro tip: $14.99 early dinner specials) for early dinner. We come every year on this day to celebrate in memoriam for my oldest step son as this was the last restaurant we took him to his birthday and was his favorite. This evening our waitress was amazing! Constantly refilling our table with those delicious rolls and sweet butter and drinks! The house salad with blue cheese and what I believe is in house made croutons...perfection! Steaks came out perfectly cooked and delicious! Always love the mashed potatoes and green beans! Thank you for tonight's excellent service!

I know I just reviewed this place earlier in the week, but I'm reviewing again because we went again. This time we didn't eat so many bread rolls or peanuts before our food came. Me and my boyfriend ordered different items this time and he got the steak he wanted. I just get so full very fast here and we take some of the food home and I really can't eat reheated food. It was great but I think we need to space out the amount of time we go back. Love the place. Love the vibe. Love the servers, & everything. They make it fun in there!

I hadn't been here for about 4 years and the place is very busy. Get on the waitlist and shave some time off we waited about 10 minutes after being on the waitlist for 20 on Friday night got on waitlist at 5:45. Ordered a 23oz. Hand cut bone in ribeye. Ordered medium and it was perfect see pics. Loaded baked potato and fresh vegetables. My wife and I split it and still had leftovers. Everything was great. The manager stopped by our table and asked how everything was. As per usual the rolls always are great gonna come back again soon. Thanks for the great experience.

My family regularly eats at Texas Roadhouse, so I am a bit surprised I haven't already reviewed this place. It is a great restaurant for 2 or a large group and anything in between. We often stop by after church and it seems many others have the same idea. Sometimes we have a wait and others we don't. There is a lot of seating and they get to you as quickly as possible. We have had some seating issues in the past but they are always striving to improve and I noticed some signage during our last visit that shows they are doing all they can to keep people take care of and paying attention to seating details. The food is beyond generous portions and the cost is extremely reasonable. You can easily split meals and have plenty. They are also generous with their dinner rolls, which are amazing, especially with the honey butter. I ordered the beef tips on mashed potatoes with a side of veggies. It tasted amazing. Everyone else also enjoyed their meals and we had plenty to take home for dinner. The staff were extremely pleasant and cheerful. I love the country music playing in the background. It is the perfect volume to be able to enjoy but not too loud so you can hear the conversation at your table.

Last time there, I had the tuna filet because it cost less than the beef or lamb, and it was equally good, The escargot is very good too. This place has some real history and it reeks of it from the horseshoe shaped bar to the one table reserved for the in house ghost. Back in the day this location was once called The Office, so when businessmen were having a drink after a long day, they could call home and say "Hey Honey, I'm gonna be a little late, I'm still at The Office," and they wouldn't be lying. There's still the remains of an olde phone booth near the bar. I wish I could afford to eat here more often, the "Brandy Blu Filet" is melt in your mouth awesome.

There was no host stand, no greeting, and no indication of what we were supposed to do. I eventually asked the bartender about our reservation. He seemed mildly annoyed that I had interrupted whatever invisible task he was doing and told us we'd have to wait for the host. So we waited. And waited. Once seated, we ordered drinks and were served warm bread with butter knives. The problem? There was no butter. Instead, there were candles heating cups of drawn garlic butter that nobody explained. The waiter described it as a powerhouse flavor. Imagine garlic butter LaCroix. Technically present, but only as a rumor. The pacing of service was glacial. Not relaxed. Not upscale. Just slow. The entire evening felt like a social experiment where everyone involved was pretending to operate a fine dining restaurant while waiting to see if customers would notice. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms, which were apparently a house favorite. I sincerely hope that's no longer true. The filling was confusing enough, but someone decided to glaze them with a sweet sauce that made the entire dish taste like a dare. We took a few bites and surrendered. Then came the steaks. My fiancée ordered the filet medium rare. It arrived with the texture of warm oatmeal and was drowning beneath balsamic reduction and Gorgonzola. The steak itself was so soft and underdone it resembled a pink marshmallow more than beef. My strip steak arrived covered in gravy. Not a sauce. Gravy. To complete the experience, we both ordered baked potatoes. Because surely nobody can mess up a baked potato. We were informed that bacon and sour cream would cost an additional $2. Nothing says "premium steakhouse" quite like nickel-and-diming toppings for a baked potato. By the end of the meal, we were struggling to identify a single redeeming part of the experience. The service was slow. The food was baffling. The atmosphere felt like everyone--staff and customers alike--was participating in the same awkward experiment. Horse in the Alley desperately wants to be a fine dining destination. Unfortunately, wanting and being are two very different things. ***Our server Samantha was very sweet and even comped the stuffed mushrooms. But this was easily the worst $200 I've ever spent.

We came early before our dinner reservation just to sit and enjoy time at the bar. Although I booked a reservation, it is not required. Inside the main dining hall is spacious and sooo pretty. There was a little bit of a wait time to get seated, but it was busy when we arrived. I didn't expect there to be such a large amount of people on a Tuesday, but this place is popular! My wife and I both loved the spinach artichoke dip. If I had to give it feedback, I'd say I would have liked it to have been a little thicker. The chips that came with it were to die for! The steaks were cooked to perfection! Wife had a med-well filet, which she said was very tender, and I had the rare ribeye with chimichurri. It was only a dollar more for the chimichurri, but unfortunately that chimichurri is what cost this review a star. It was blended into some kind of green sauce/goop. I'm not from Argentina, but even I felt like I needed to apologize to Argentina after seeing it haha. Oh, I forgot to mention the tableside salad is fun! They bring out a salad tray and prepare your salad tableside. I highly recommend it! All in all, I will come back! I wouldn't order the chimichurri next time, but would get the ribeye again and spinach artichoke dip again.

Fast forward to September of 2026, and my wife and I decided we wanted to go to Flame and Fire for their Friday lunch offerings. We both opted for the Rodizio and Market table offering and were definitely not disappointed. The market table featured classic Brazilian food offerings, such as black beans, salads, various peppers, olives along with not so typical fare; lobster bisque and steamed salmon. Our server was very attentive, answering any question we had and brought our beverages promptly and provided refills on iced tea and water without the need for a request. The Gauchos (the servers bringing the meats) had an excellent cycle time in walking through the restaurant with their selections. Everyone was friendly and genuine with their smiles and conversation. The meat selection for Friday lunch was as follows; garlic steak (super flavorful and tender), tri-tip, Portuguese style linguiça sausage, lamb (my wife's favorite), grilled pineapple and of course the Queen of any Rodizio, Picanha. (I could wax poetic about my love for Picanha but I won't in this review.) We ended our wonderful meal with a shared slice of cheesecake with a strawberry sauce drizzle. The cheesecake was delicious and definitely served in portion meant to be shared. My wife described it as a "cinder block sized slice." Yes at times we were waiting awhile to get the meats but that is to be expected when the have to keep cooking and going from table to table. Over all I was very satisfied and would definitely go back. The manager even braught us a lamp to our table when it got slightly darker and the lightning inside is dim to provide a romantic ambiance. That was very helpful and enhanced the experience. The manager was one of the most involved managers I have ever seen. I can't say enough about him, 100% doing a great job. Protip: as in any buffet occasion, come very hungry so you can atleast attempt to get your money's worth.
