I ordered the chicken wrap add roast beef; I got one tiny piece of roast beef and no chicken!! I asked could they remake my sandwich and deliver it to me-since it was their error and not mine, I can't leave my work, I work across the street at a Dr Clinic. They said they could not deliver even though they deliver to my work. This is an awful experience and I won't be back. I love Jimmy John's. What's not to love about ordering delicious sandwiches and getting them "freaky fast"? I dock one star for two reasons: 1) The sandwich I ordered was supposed to have light mayo (because I wasn't sure if taking it off completely was the right move yet) due to having avocado spread as well, yet mayo was slathered on and totally ruined the sandwich for me. So I learned a lesson to just not get mayo on the sandwich with avocado spread (which now seems like a no-brainer); 2) when the order was placed, the person working the register didn't scan my phone or ask my number for my rewards, and JJ is set up that you can't capture rewards not placed at the time of ordering/payment. What would have been the last meal to open a reward was postponed due to this, which is simply inconvenient but not a HUGE deal. Overall, JJ is fantastic and a favorite lunch spot. I typically get the Country Club on Wheat but happened to try the Beach Club at this visit. Super delish, just consider having two spreads (or holding the mayo)! read more

I've been eating freaky fast subs since my college days. I love this place. Their bread is so fresh and smells so heavenly. When you walk in you can smell the freshness. I love the #11, which is the Hunter's club. It has ham, turkey, lettuce, tomato, Provolone and mayo. My husband likes #17 the ultimate porker, which has ham, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. They have extras you can add for free like Dijon mustard, onions, pickles, oregano and basil, other endless options. The place is always super clean and the staff is super friendly. I've ordered from this location a million times and they are consistent with their quality service. I've never had an order that wasn't perfect and the drivers are always sweet. I actually visited for the first time yesterday around 4:45 and I was greeted with enthusiasm from everyone behind the counter. My order was delivered quickly and with a few smiles to top it off. I always get a veggie sub with wheat toast. And word to the wise, the triple chocolate chunk cookie is life. read more

We drove to Mobile (from Pensacola) specifically for Jimmy John's. We have been missing it for so long and it was time to get some. This JJ's is brand new in a cool shopping center. The owner greeted us and didn't pass judgment when we each ordered 2 subs and ate them all within 10 minutes! The first time I went to Jimmy Johns I was infuriated because there was no helicopter parking and I had a hangover, so my impression was BAD! The second time I went, I drove my lifted F150 and the employees asked me not to take up three parking spaces so I smashed a bunch of chip bags and told them I was calling corporate. I saw the "Unwich" on Instagram and decided to try it. Let's just say my eyes rolled back after the first bite. I have one complaint; the bacon. It's half cooked and refrigerated. Before it's placed on your sandwich/unwich they don't fully cook it. So it's limp and grainy. I ended up removing it from my unwich because it was getting in the way of the greatness. I am a fan of Jimmy John's. They are known for being really fast, they can make a sub in less than 1 minute. I always get the Turkey Tom, but they have signature sandwiches to fit any appetite. They also do lunch boxes where you get a drink, cookie, and sandwich for a low price. They also deliver! So if you are in an office near by and can't get away just order from here, and they pride themselves on really fast delivery time. They also cater. This location is a bit hidden in a mini mall off Dauphin, but the service here is really great. Jimmy John's is a more fresh option than subway in my opinion. read more

It seriously took 45 seconds from the time I walked it to the time I got my food. These guys are fast. Brandon took my order in a very courteous manner and a team of artists assembled my sandwich to perfection. The place was busy but I still found a seat and had no trouble. read more

Weekly customer that experienced a very bad customer service today. Asked to substitute a meat on one of my giant subs to find out that they CAN remove any meat I desire but I would have to PAY EXTRA for the meat instead of an even substitution. I then contacted the corporate customer service line to find out that they were not available to take calls. When I finally contacted them, they said that the restaurant does not allow substitutions unless one pays for the meat even if it is a swap. This is the ONLY sandwich restaurant I have ever heard of that makes you pay for this service. My fellow employees have also agreed to not eat at Jimmy John's anymore. I travel nationally for work, and I stay in a hotel over 20 days a month. Jimmy John's usually makes it easy to order something to eat on my late nights at work, and it typically arrives "freaky fast," but this location doesn't adhere to the same standard as the rest of the Jimmy John's family. I called the store one hour from the time that I ordered, and they told me there were problems with my order, and the contact information that I have on my account is incorrect. After confirming that all of my information (phone/email) was correct on my Jimmy John's account, I can confirm that I didn't receive a call, text, or email advising that they were out of wheat bread, so I would have to choose another option. I called another half hour after correcting my order on the first call, and I was told that they are super behind and only have one driver. In short, they couldn't accommodate my original order because they were out of bread, and they did not attempt to reach me to change it, so I had to reach out to them...twice! Finally, they were not staffed to deliver my food "freaky fast," but instead it was delivered impressively slow at over an hour and a half after my order was placed. This review started at a one and was bumped up to two stars because the delivery person was professional and apologized. read more

Great service! Ms. Madison and Ms. Juanita make a great team and the atmosphere is always happenin'. The veggie sandwich is always so fresh and the tomatoes and cucumbers are garden fresh.
