I choose to stand outside and got to listen to the fries hit the sizzling HOT oil. What a great sound.. the fries were delicious crunchy on the outside and so hot and tasty. These fries are good size bit steak fries not shoe sting but a great mix of both. I am not a ketchup fan so they offered me a spicy mayo for dipping, which just enhanced the flavor and deliciousness.

The cubano was good but derived most of its flavor from the mustard. The blueberry gojuchang sauce was lost in a sea of purple slaw on the beef and the beef itself had a hard, crusty piece that looked like something that had hardened against the side of the hotel pan it sat in. The burning flower was probably my favorite, and that's coming from a carnivore. Overall, it was a good meal from great people and one I would get again, but I wouldn't go out of my way to find it.

They are a cash only operation but they do have a small ATM built-in into the trailer. It's a gravel parking lot with picnic tables. There is a porta potty on site as well. They serve a variety of fried food and seafood. Along with several sandwich options. They have a sign on the trailer that explains it's not fast food. We were the fourth order in queue and it took about 20 minutes to get our order. That was reasonable, in my opinion. Our food was tasty and hot!! They don't season their French fries but you can use their salt, pepper & seasoning shakers at the window. There is no covered seating so if it's raining, one would likely stay in their vehicle to eat. There was a steady stream of customers placing orders We can't wait to go back!!!

A good sit down Mexican restaurant has been something that town has needed for a very long time! We pulled into the parking lot and we were the only ones there but a line had formed by the time we finished ordering. We went with 3 chicken and 3 carnitas tacos. With tip it came to about $27 which I'm okay with paying if the food is fresh and flavorful. The guys working the truck were all very friendly and the food came out in no time! We took our first bites and said good but was missing something.. I ran back to the truck to ask for some hot sauce and boy did they deliver! It was exactly what the tacos needed to kick them up to the next level. I preferred the chicken over the carnitas but they were both so so good. I can't wait until the restaurant is finished and we can actually sit down and eat a proper meal! Next time, I'd make sure to ask for extra hot sauce and some napkins. All last summer, when we went to the Music on the Mall festivals on Wednesday evenings I spent all week looking forward to this. Seasoned Taco Meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato, in a wrap. Its cool, its refreshing, its delicious. They are always very nice and offer exceptional customer service at this traditional little Brunswick food truck. Love it, and love them.

Okay, this Vendredi's food truck (outside of Oxbow) is actually the best hamburger in Portland…read more... and it's not even close, in my opinion. The caramelization of the burger patty meat is crisped to perfection. The simplicity and balance of toppings (two slices of cheese, shredded lettuce, pickles, and vendredi sauce) make every bite a beautiful exploration. The buns are light, fluffy but most importantly have integrity throughout the entire burger. And the gerkin/olive as garnishment, is a unique touch! I love this place and the burgers pair so perfectly with the oxbow beers!
