We picked an outside table & waited for our order to be delivered. It only took 10-15 minutes to have our order delivered. Red's doesn't weigh their lobster all they do is pile it on so high you can't see the buttered grilled hotdog roll. Served with a side of hot butter to dip or pour on the lobster. I couldn't finish my roll so I took home some leftover lobster that I weighed at home. It weighed 4.7 oz more than what a normal lobster roll weighs regularly. I can safely say there was around 16z of fresh tender lobster meat. No chewiness incurred. Look closely at the pictures & start making plans to visit Red's Eats in Wiscasset Maine. We chose to go visit when they 1st opened on May 6th so the line we stood in was only 10-12 people deep. We will go back in October before they close for the season.
