It's weird to see positive reviews here as I can't disagree more. My experience with Jackie, Rebecca and Anne all were incredibly disappointing and frustrating. Now, the experience initially with Jackie was positive and seemed so easy- which definitely makes you think things are going to go as planned. But when I went to pick up my glasses the complete failure of customer service begins to be revealed. Despite my specifically bringing my rx and pointing out the exact line that specifies how my lenses are to be made, that was apparently disregarded and deemed irrelevant resulting in the glasses being produced incorrectly. Then, when I return to let them know the glasses are not right, and again point out the language on the rx that I believe is most relevant, Anne will not listen and insists that "my old rx doesn't match my 'new' rx so I need to go back to my doctor to clarify the rx- to which I told them that there is no old or new rx there is only this ONE rx that was used to produce my old glasses that are now broken and the new glasses just need to match the old glasses which are correct. Still, they insist that I have to go back to my doctor, and once the doctor lets them know what the issue is, I can have the glasses produced. I call to share with them the information from the doctor so they can produce the glasses. Anne insisted that the only way I can get the glasses corrected is to come in and speak with Rebecca, the manager. I make now the 4th trip back to the store to speak with Rebecca to whom I again point out that the rx specifies exactly what the doctor said was the problem. She acts as though she understands and agrees to have the glasses produced correctly. A day later Rebecca calls and leaves a message that actually they just don't have the ability to produce the lenses and that she would brief everyone so that anyone could help me when I call or come in. I call to inform them that I no longer want the glasses and speak with Anne. Anne states that Rebecca is the only one who can help me despite Rebecca's message because there are "special codes" needed to produce a refund. When I show up for the refund, there's no apology. No acknowledgement of the complete failure of their service or of all the times I had to return or all the time, expense and work I, as the customer, had to bare only to still walk away over 3 weeks later with no workable glasses.. the incompetence is really dizzying.. I will absolutely never go to any LensCrafters ever again. And I strongly suggest you don't either. read more
