This is your stereotypical for profit only "eye doctor". My mother had her eye exam here and purchased eye glasses from this location a year ago. She has since moved out of state and while watching her grandson had her glasses snap right in half. She called them to get a copy of her prescription so we could order her a new pair of glasses because she literally cannot see without them. They sent the prescription that was expired by 5 day...she called them to get an updated one because it literally had expired the SAME week this incident happened where the snapped in half and they refused to extend it by a week because they are requiring she come in and pay for an eye exam and so she can purchase her glasses through them (at an insane mark up might I add). Also- it's a holiday weekend so if we could have gotten her an appointment where we live now we absolutely would have but it's impossible until after the holiday. They would literally rather her drive, work, cook and operate blind with not just herself but her grandson in the car (she watches him daily) than extend her prescription a week to allow her to get a pair of glasses in the meantime until a provider has an opening for her...IN HER NEW STATE. They are literally the epitome of what is wrong with healthcare currently. So don't go to them if you ever plan on having your glasses break and you literally need them to see. read more

I had the worst experience at any eye glass place the other day at this location. I have been wearing glasses for 30+ years and have never encountered any issues with my insurance or getting glasses. The eye exam part of the store was amazing. I had zero issues with my eye appointment or my insurance. The sales people in the eyeglass store however were the most unwelcoming and unhelpful sales people I've ever encountered in my life. I have been to this exact location for the past 3 years with zero issues. The sales people were always so helpful and welcoming. I was told I couldn't buy glasses because my phone number didn't match in the system. Mind you I have been to this exact location, have had the same insurance (even if it's renewed, I haven't changed jobs or insurance companies) and phone number (for the last 10+ years) and was told to call my insurance provider. I did so which they proceeded to tell me the store had to call. The salesclerk did not attempt to add my information back in the system or offer any other alternative than to also call my insurance company for them to tell her the same thing. I do not recommend going to a place where the salespeople act like they are doing you a favor by doing their job. They just lost a $300 or more sale for their store. If you do not value customer service when getting an important and costly service done than by all means please go here. read more

If you're just looking for glasses and have a prescription already I highly recommend the sales staff at this location. Sarah and Osbaldo were phenomenal and provided excellent service. They worked together to make me feel comfortable with my purchase. They will utilize your insurance as much as possible to lower your out of pocket. Now, as for the eye exam that was a different story. Get your eye exam done elsewhere. The optometrist was HORRIBLE. I believe her name was Nezvat. I had my appointment at 515PM and she was rushing me out of the office. I was right because as soon as I was done she zipped out of the store. She didn't address any of my concerns and dismissed me having any vision issues. Left with unanswered questions. Probably one of of the worst $60 I've spent. This office refuses to release certain information regarding prescriptions to avoid you being able to buy anything online that they don't sell. Their selection was very limited, so of course I'd prefer to purchase online with more options. if you're looking for just a prescription with measurements like pupillary distance, I would search for another location. read more

I came to this location for my very first eye exam. I was a little nervous not knowing what to expect, however Dr Irene and his staff quickly put my mind at ease. They were very kind and thorough! Answered all of my questions and were extremely friendly! After my exam, I went in to the retail part of LensCrafters to pick out glasses. Quinn and Osbaldo were extremely helpful and knowledgeable! This was my first ever glasses purchase, so I had no idea about the different types of lenses and what can be included when buying glasses. Quinn was so kind and patient, he broke it down for me and explained all of the options available. (I came in with my 2 month old daughter and had my hands full by myself) - I had an exam done and immediately after I was done Osbaldo helped me find the perfect frames for me. - He helped me feel like I wasn't being rushed or pressured and gave me so many options to try from what I told him I was looking for. - Customers came in after me and he helped every one that came in while still assisting me since he was for the moment the only one available. I scheduled an appointment and gave them my insurance information, Took time off work to go to the eye appointment for them to tell me when I get there that my insurance is out of network for them. I was window shopping at Fiesta Mall yesterday when I spotted the LensCrafters. I went in just to check what they had to offer and was greeted and helped immediately, so maybe they took the other reviewer's criticism to heart. Both clerks who helped me were very pleasant and informative. The store was having a 40% off sale and could get my glasses in an hour PROBABLY, barring unforseen glitches. It was evening so the Dr. wasn't in. Frames started at $99, the lenses would be about $190, exam about $85, so my total about $350-400 for one pair minimum. I took their card and continued my window shopping. I do need new glasses and thought it might be worth it to pay more and have them right away. read more

Hello, my husband ordered glasses on 1/14/2023. We were told the glasses would take 1 week to arrive. After a week a called and they advised that there has been a delay and it would now be 2 weeks. The two weeks have gone by, and they are now saying it is still at the lab and cannot give me an ETA because of the delay. Every person I have talked to has been dismissive and rude. I have been promised a call daily with the status, these promises have not been kept. The most recent contact with Mariah was the most unprofessional of them all. This company obviously does not care for their customer's experience. At this point if I do not receive an appropriate response with a real ETA I will reach out to my insurance and claim fraud on your company's part. I will charge back the charge to my FSA card also due to this fraud in the part of your company. This has been the most unpleasant experience. After messaging the above to corporate, they promised a delivery date of 2/4/2023. Guess what... still not there and lovely Mariah has her attitude at 100%. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! read more

This place is awful. My son got glasses there last August, and the prescription was completely wrong. My son was excited about his new glasses, so he didn't tell me that his vision was unclear in them. I have proof that he failed two eye exams after he got his glasses, but they are unwilling to replace them or correct their wrongs because it is past the three month mark. They don't want to give a discount on an eye exam or new lenses. I understand that a child's prescription can change within 6 months, but if that is the case shouldn't you be more helpful if those changes due occur? These school eye exams were done within the three month period, and prove they messed up. They really could care less. Do yourself a favor, don't go here. You may have to pay a little more elsewhere, but unlike LensCrafters it will be worth your time and money. read more

One of the better LensCrafter locations. my experience with the doctor was short sweet to the point and I got a great prescription out of it. On another occasion when I had an issue with my Oakley frames all I had to do was walk in and they helped me fix my issue without pressuring me for a new pair or anything. We were kind of worried because it's inside of Fiesta Mall and the mall has rolled down hill, we though since that happened the people in there would be just as bad as the mall; we were actually wrong. I recently purchased a new pair of glasses at this location. They adjusted them the day I picked them up and after a few days of wear they made the side of my ear sore. I took them back today for an adjustment. After getting back home and I looked in the mirror, one side of the glasses are up against my head and the other side is about half inch away. After specifically asking the rep if everything looks like it was even, he indicated they looked fine but didn't offer a mirror at the store. I would go to some other store. After spending almost $500 for pair glasses and this is the kind of service you get? Seems all they are interested in is hurrying up and getting you out the door and taking your money. read more
