They run pretty efficiently (from our family visits) and for my annual eye exam, I was done in about 30 mins. Dilation can still be done but with my busy schedule, I opt for the Optomap imaging and pay a bit more (~$25) as getting dilated & dealing with it all day is no longer doable. We needed to get some prescription sports sunglasses for the runner in the family. They carried a few of the Prescription Oakley of interest so it was good to go in and physically try them on (unlike online). To be clear, they were not cheap, but we reviewed all the options (tint color, reflection, etc...) and I have to admit, they look pretty sweet!!

There was no recovery attempt at all. I see in the Yelp reviews that I am not the only one who feels they weren't treated with respect by the front office staff. I want to update my review. Although I wasn't treated with respect, the information that Eye Concepts received from my insurance company did specify that I could be charged $39. This is in contrast to what my employer states ($20 copay). It wasn't Eye Concepts fault, rather an issue I need to take up with my employer.

This is the best optical care center in Arizona ever! I went here and the customer service was great and was really welcoming! Zach was great and always gives you discounts! Him and his team of three are the sweetest! Once I was done with my vision test I got to pick my glasses, they told me which look good on me and which looked bad. I really appreciate'd the honesty they provided. Once I chose them Zach offered me free straps so that they don't slip off easily. (Which I took and really appreciate!) I am currently waiting for glasses, Zach said there coming between 7-10 days or less great timing! And if you ever buy from lakeshore, know that you can get repairs like, new nose pads, tightening, etc for free! I really recommend this place for all ages. Lakeshore Optical exceeded my expectations in every way! The communication was seamless from start to finish, and the cleanliness of the office really stood out. Zach assisted me, and he was fantastic. His knowledge is impressive, and I appreciated how honest and straightforward he was in helping me choose the right frames within my budget. Came in needing glasses, left seeing better and laughing. Zach was awesome, super helpful, knowledgeable, and somehow made picking out glasses way more entertaining than it should be.
