I had a wonderful experience here. I have a difficult prescription to fill - I need ultra-thin progressive lenses, and have difficulty finding frames that work because I also have a low bridge, so a lot of them don't have enough grip to stay up. I found a pair I really liked at Costco, but they couldn't do the lenses thin enough for the frame, and sent me to LensCrafters. The staff were really helpful. Everything is so weird due to Covid, but there's no way around the need to try on frames! A staff member came up, gave me a small basket to put my tried-on frames into, and said she would sanitize everything before it went back on the shelf. Awesome. The store has a great selection! I was thrilled to find some really nice designer frames there, and the prices were not insane. The store is big so it's easy to space out safely from other customers. I found a pair I like very quickly, and got fitted equally quickly. I was told there might be delays in getting my glasses due to Covid, but they showed up a week later, yeah! I wore them for a day and found they were too tight at the temples - stopped into the shop, and within five minutes, they had been refitted perfectly. I usually avoid chain stores for things like this, but I was really happy with my experience, I LOVE my new glasses, and I will surely be back for my next pair!

Poor customer service. Salesperson didn't know his inventory, overpriced frames. This is lens rafters? Ouch!

Lady with short dark hair was rude and very unhelpful. waste of time. Go somewhere else where you'll be treated the way you deserve.

That's is very needed because you're going to weat the glasses at all times. So better be something that suit you, you like, and fit. They even helped me with billing! The Receptionist has been changing a couple of times, but they are very nice. The only thing is that some nurses (because they changed) were rude (young one a couple of years ago), or very slow (last year). She even asked me to dictate all her report 5 times! We were very late for the appointment. It took 45 minutes because she was late with someone else beforehand. I also would suggest not performing some tests on little toddlers because they hardly follow instructions stay in one place. Dr can easily take a look to their eyes and diagnose. He's been pretty good by doing it directly. I guess at the end trying can't hurt though. I've always found parking. Almost all nearby spots are taken. Therest are compact. I don't know whay small cars or motorcycles take the big ones making people with trucks or SUVs to park in very tight spots.

Dr. Sofia Alibhai was great and so were the technicians who helped me with the routine eye care…read moreexam. My prescription lenses changed form single vision to progressive, and Dr. Alibhai explained to me the different lens options in detail. My concern was around the information (lack of) that was given to me before my appointment. The front desk informed me that they will be sending the paperwork to my insurer (VSP) and submit the claim; I will have to pay upfront and will be reimbursed with a check by my insurer. They also went on mentioning that most of their customers use VSP and do it this way. What they didn't mention to me that I will be reimbursed only a partial amount as an out of network reimbursement, which in my case was 45 USD. Thus I had to end up paying 70 USD from my pocket. Had I known this upfront, I would have gone to my in-network provider that I had from last year. The only reason I went to this clinic was the positive experience that I had with my son's visit earlier, and I know that I could have double clicked on the reimbursement amount with them or my insurer, but I expected them to be upfront about the out-of-network partial reimbursement as all other health clinics do when they are not in network, more so since they mention they deal with my insurance all the time. It was a significant monetary loss to me.
