I just had a visit with Allison and NO LIE it was the absolute best experience I've ever had as a customer. She was so personable, helpful, professional and went above and beyond to help me. I was having major trouble with my contacts and was forced to switch back to my glasses. Only problem was they were broken beyond repair so I've been forced to walk around blind for the past week! You can't even imagine my joy when Allison made sure I left able to see AND she was finished within minutes! I literally had to hug her because she made me so happy. Excellent service at this location. First, I had an eye exam and the experience was first rate. From the receptionist who registered me for the eye exam all the way through to picking up my glasses. I failed to ask the name of the doctor's assistant but I do know she is a fellow Taurean, as we bonded over our close birthdays. She was excellent. Dr. Dinh was excellent as well. He took his time and didn't make me feel rushed. Then, out front Allison helped me select frames. I didn't want any of the boring ones that were on sale and she remembered there were some under stock that were a bit quirky. I like quirky. They were perfect. Allison is so helpful and really interested in helping customers find the perfect frames. I was impressed by her enthusiasm and willingness to help me out from frames and reduce costs to fit my budget. When I went for pickup she and Carla were excited for me to try the glasses on. I've not experienced that level of professional customer service in a long time. Thank you Allison and Cara for making me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. I just came from LensCrafters and had an amazing experience. The lady who greeted me (Blonde, mid 30's/40's woman) was amazing. Very helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I found about 5 pairs on my own, then she helped me find 5 more to try on. I finally settled on a pair and we went to the computer, she told me about every step on the process and didn't push any upgrades on me. I actually upsold myself on the warranty. I highly recommend them! I found a designer pair of Ralph Lauren's for a great price and am 100% happy with them. They were done in less than an hour too! read more

Poor customer service. Salesperson didn't know his inventory, overpriced frames. This is lens rafters? Ouch!

I have had eye exams in the past and even have a couple of pair of eyeglasses. Usually I get them because I need to use up my flexible spending account and eyeglasses qualify. I am able to function without glasses though...can get a driver's license, etc. without corrections. So I went to Lenscrafters for a couple of reasons. First it's close and convenient and this one is at Town Center which has lots of shops and stuff while you wait the hour for your glasses. Second they have a great selection of frames and the eye doctor is in the back of the store so one stop.. And third it was their 50% off lenses with frame purchase sale. For the eye exam I saw a technician named Galina and then Dr. Topalova. Both were fantastic. The total exam time was just about an hour. Dr. Topalova was great at answering all my questions and offered information about my astigmatism and why I might not want to get Lasik, etc. Then over to the store part for the glasses. There I met Lorrie who was great at helping me pick out frames the were flattering and comfortable. My distance glasses were ready in one hour! But my reading glasses (yes of course I wanted both) had to be sent out. One week later I went back for a scheduled contact lens fitting :) That appointment was about 1.5 hours while I clumsily learned to stick the things in my eyes and then try to get them out. They sent me home with two different types to try and I have an appointment to go back in two weeks. I had a great experience at this place and would recommend it to anyone. The reason for the 4 stars? Lenscrafters doesn't directly bill my insurance company and I had to fill out the form for the glasses and send it in myself. I had to write a review after seeing some of the others. I have been going here for 4 years and have had nothing but great experiences. Both optometrists are very professional and knowledgeable. I was on the fence as to whether I wanted bi-focal contact lenses and they let me experiment and find the best solution for my needs. Excellent service when we visited. We were strolling through Redmond Town Center and stopped-in to see what frames were available. Store staff made some helpful suggestions with respect to frames, then clued us in to all of the store specials and how they best interacted with our insurance. When we returned to the store to pick up our glasses, the sales associate noticed problems with both pairs One lens had a significant speck in the middle, and the other pair didn't have the requested (and expensive) coatings. Both of these issues were addressed quickly and we have returned several times for complementary adjustments and cleanings. read more

I have only used their glasses/lenses facility and not the eye exam part. We got two pairs done there, including one where the lenses had to be changed twice already, due to fast changing vision. If the change is done within 90-days of the original prescription, they will change the lenses for free. You may have to pay the difference so, if the new lenses are more expensive, which is totally normal. I would definitely recommend this place, and I have for sure tried a few, here and in CA. read more

Alice was wonderful! She's new there, hope she stays. (And hope her customer service skills rub off on the other employees there) I took my 91 year old dad here today. He'd lost his glasses and needed a new pair. She got him fixed up, a coffee at Starbucks, and a run to the local pharmacy later, just under an hour. I'll be going there myself soon. I revisited the lenscrafter to create a new pair of eye glasses as well as the eye exam. I had a good customer care this time. I will definitely come back here next year for another pair of the eye glasses. read more

After being due a refund it took over a month of constant calling to check on the status, the general manager who I delt with on this repeatively seem to put me at a very low priority and follow up with me just didnt happen. On several occasions I was told I would get a call back and never did. I finally did get my refund but I went in to the store directly to finally make it happen (remember a month later). LensCrafters will never get my business again and I will let everyone I know who is looking for glasses about my experiences. What ever happen to good customer service? Also side note is that LensCrafters is one of the more expensive places to go. Live and learn I guess. Hope this helps someone. read more

Im visiting from California and I stopped by to put my prescription in my sunglasses and I enjoyed my visit to this LensCrafters. Heather had great costumer service she was helpful in every way. I sometimes have trouble understanding the way my Insurance works but she broke everything down to me so I had no problem understanding. She deserves a rise! AND! My glasses were ready in less than one! hour! read more

The left nose pad on my glasses fell off at 7pm on a Saturday. I called a few places and discovered that Lenscrafters was still open. I came by and they replaced both my pads at no charge. They were very friendly about it too! read more

On our nephew's visit from a small town in Montana, we realized that his constant headaches might be related to his eyesight. We were able to make a same-day appointment for a very thorough eye exam with clearly explained results. He did indeed need glasses to correct a relatively unusual issue, and the staff member we worked with to select, measure for and fit them did SUCH an outstanding job. Our nephew was already a little overwhelmed by his visit to the "big city" and the headaches he was having. She put him at ease and soon had him thoroughly engaged in the process. She listened to him, respected his input and appreciated his quirky sense of humor. She even had a humorous discussion with him about the importance of taking care of expensive eyeglasses. I'm kicking myself for neglecting to remember her name. This was (somewhat surprisingly to me) a very positive experience from start to finish. read more

They do a poor job backing the products they sell. In particular, the Oakley Brand. Between Lens Crafters Redmond and Oakley I got the run around. Had to order a replacement part from another store because neither Lens Crafter or Oakley made any effort to filling my request. Shame on them, both. read more

Lies..I liked this place before they got a new doctor. I don't think it was Dr. Dana but it was a man filling in for her. Recently my insurance plan changed so I had Brandon run my insurance before I came in and said I was covered for my eye exam. So I was able to come in same day and get that done. Afterwards, he looked up to see how much hardware I had covered after the eye exam. Came back to me and said he called my insurance and I don't even have vision coverage! So the doctor said that they would cover my eye exam and I would ONLY have to pay for my contact lens fitting fee. I thought wow this place screwed up and they are really taking ownership... I was wrong. Brandon calls me a week later and said they actually cant cover the exam and I have to pay. A month later I get a bill in the mail. This place is full of lies and scams. I am never going back there. read more
