I forgot the woman's name who came with a young man to Seaglass Village in Maine to cater my husband's Frank's Retirement party. They were both wonderful. We had a BBQ that included hotdogs, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, pot. salad, pasta salad, lettuce and tom. for burgers, garden salad and chips. They had a wide variety of homemade sauces to choose from, and the sides were a hit -- we chose the smoked corn and black bean salad, potato salad, and green salad.
