I'm really glad I met Timo Garcia and requested a quote from his company. He's honest and explains in detail the problem and solution, specifically how he is going to solve the rat/mice problem. They were by far the most competitive in pricing after bidding out my issue to multiple people (some of which came in at 6x the cost of Rodents Stop for the exact same scope. Not sure when it started, but I found an issue with rats in my house. I looked for rodent control services, and most of them refused to send the service because it is condo, not a single unit house. It took a while... to find this service, and Timo replied very fast. He came and visited in 3 days, and told me there is a hole that rats can go through, with detailed explanations. We were worried if they can make another hole, but he told us the hole was not made by the rats, but it looks like a mistake after construction or something. His service was crystal clear, fast, and he gave enough explanations to us so that we can feel comfortable. He patched the hole and left some traps in case some rats left in my house, and fortunately, nothing happened. A couple of months ago we were watching TV upstairs and heard a prominent noise in the attic. I bought a few traps at Home Depot and put them in attic. The next day I checked them and had caught two rats/mice. I reloaded the traps and went through the same process for several days. At number nine I decided to call someone with quite a bit more experience and knowledge. Luckily I found Timo through Yelp reviews! He came out and spent quite a bit of time going around the house and figuring out where they were accessing the house from. He came out of the attic and showed me several photos of cracks between the siding and the roof and that there were several dropping present. He told me he'd call with an estimate in a day or so. In the meantime I called a company at the end of the street just to have a price comparison. The guy stuck his head in my attic, didn't go in, and told me I had rats and he'd set some traps and check them for a month for $600. Timo called me back with his estimate, which was a little higher and told me it would take him up to three months to abate them, treat the area for the pheromones they leave and seal up the house. Also offered a five year warranty. Obviously we chose Rodent Solution. Timo spent about a half day sealing the house and setting traps.He came and checked them every 3-5 days for the first month or so. We had a few areas of the house we discovered were giving access after the initial visit and Timo promptly sealed them and abated any activity. I think as far as the dozens contractors I've hired in my lifetime this has been the best experience. Timo has always been upbeat, smiling and confident of the resolution.
