After discovering some of my duct connections were wrapped in asbestos, a specialized asbestos abatement company was hired to remove the asbestos & everything in contact with it. After that was completed, Insulation Labs was hired to: Remove all of the old blown-in insulation (with a giant vacuum); sanitize the attic; Air Seal any openings into the attic including any electrical wiring or fixtures (ceiling lights, attic fans & plumbing/HVAC pipes or runs). Also included was Rodent Exclusion (performed by a pest control company) - sealing up any places that allowed entrance or exit into or out of the attic. And finally, Installing R38 roll-in fiberglass insulation (cut to fit inside of the rafters). The entire crew (up to 6 or 8 individuals) were AWESOME! Especially Victor & Domingo! They were constantly giving me updates & progress reports on what was happening, & if I asked a question, they would stop what they were doing & give me their full undivided attention, completely explaining things, & then make sure my question was answered, & then inquire if I had any more questions! The crew that performed the job was very professional courteous and cleaned up every day thoroughly after the job was done for that day was done for that day. Alexander is soon to become owner's son, Steve Anderson. He and my wife chose to havehad an abortion, possibly my child, under his instruction. Alexander at 18 and again at 21 impregnated two separate African American girls/teenage women and insulted them by denying these women any acknowledgement once he knew he impregnated them. Both women had to take Alexander to court and force Alexander by court order paternity test. In both cases he drug these too poor extremely young and at risk underprivileged women to the mental break. Forcing them to fight for there God given and American right. Both paternity test were conclusive. Alexander was in fact the farher. In cases this white man chose to never talk too, never see, and throw away any memory of the human boys he in fact so willing has sexual relationships probably lying to both girls. Then he paid a lump sum payout just so he didn't have to be bothered with his short cummings. Never can then communicate or bug Alexader. He is above them and above his two sons that are court ordered and handsomely paid one payment to leave this devil. Then he had a longtime affair with another Filipina in his office and paid her a lump sum on a non-disclosure. My wife told me because she cut the check and said it was a lot of money. Then he could have cut a check for my wife for $223,000 for having sex with my wife in the workplace a couple of months before she left me and kidnapped our daughter and fled to the Philippines, and has since come back and been working at Progressive again. And Anastasia signed criminal paperwork that will be at the federal levels. My wife had them divert her funds the whole time she worked there into five retirement accounts so she did not claim them in court when she divorced me. She hid the assets, just like she had the $223,000 Alexander gave her on disclosure. This is not a family business. This is a business where their son can't keep his personal relationships separate from the workplace, and the parents cover up for him. When you're a horrible mother, you're evil.

we are still within our 1 year warranty ,& have continuously had to deal with the rats ourself,timo and his crew refuse to pick up the traps that they left , the rat carcasses are still in our crawl space . I will not remove any review till you resolve the issues you where contracted to do . read more

It's been 5 years and we've had plenty of people up in our attic since Rodent Masters completed our job and any time someone goes up there, I beg them to check and double check to ensure there are no rodent droppings. During this time, we have not heard a peep in the attic which is a complete 180 from what we were hearing before - it always sounded like the rats were having a party up there in the middle of the night. The process took about a month from start to finnish because the first thing they do is cover and patch all holes or entrances up so that nothing can get in (or out) and not just outside of the house but inside the attic and inside every single area from within the house. It's a LOT of work but they did it very well. Then, they came back and, in our case, because things were so bad, they sucked out all of the insulation and then reinsulated the entire attic with much higher quality material than what had been removed. Then they came back on final time to ensure there was no activity. So, I have no reason not to continue recommending Rodent Masters and I have for the last 5 years. I do think I will contact them soon though just to have someone do a walk around to ensure there are no new holes that have developed since they were last here. Highly recommend and I'm glad to see that the reviews continue to be outstanding since the one I gave 5 years ago!

They also covered/repaired all potential openings that lead inside the property. They will continue doing follow-ups for the next month or so (This was done yesterday by Francisco).
