Before you freak-out over ground squirrel destruction of your property, stay calm, think about your situation, and ask LOTS very detailed questions. DON'T write a large check for work to be done without a VERY DETAILED description (IN WRITING) of the work and a Plan B if the first option isn't totally successful. read more

Scott was a savior for my family and I. I had a few pest guys out that would set traps and then look to find holes in my eves or house to see where the rats were getting in my attic. After catching 12 rats in my attic and identifying what type of rats I had in there, Scott was able to identify that this was as sewer rat and not a attic rat. I spent over $1000 with other companies trying to help me find a solution that went nowhere. My wife and I were so defeated and thought there was never an end to our rat problem. Scott explained and insisted that I need to hire a plumber to check for a pipe from under my house that a previous plumber didn't cap properly from when I replumbed under my house. He said sewer rats are hard to get rid of and you have to find the opening or the problem would not go away. He nailed it. I hired a new plumber to come out the following morning to do an inspection. After a few minutes of searching under my house they found a pipe that was only tapped off with masking tape that rats easily pushed through to make my house their new home. There was rat grease all inside the pipe. Sadly the old plumber cut a corner and didn't cap the pipe. That same visit the plumber capped off the pipe and fixed the root of my problem. The plumber was a little hesitant when I explained what Scott thought was the issue and that the rats were coming from the sewers. After he came out from under the house he said, "Wow I am very impressed with your guys knowledge and kudos to him for knowing that it was a sewer rat." He was very impressed. I am forever grateful for Scott's service and kind heart trying to help me find the solution. He answered multiple calls when he didn't have to do so and helped walk me through the steps of what to do now and after. He could have come and taken thousands of dollars from me like other pest companies have done, but he was honest and thorough. There need to be more honest people and companies like Scott and Zenith Pest Control out there. I 1000% recommend Scott and Zenith Pest control for any pest control issue. The technicians used to come to the door and tell us haw the bait stations looked. They have stopped doing that. There are 3 bait stations, plus a trap inside the garage in the back. I am not sure those are all being serviced. read more

I used Zenith for fungus on plants in the past and the price was $395.00. this last time they charged me $1200.00 for the SAME treatment- telling me prices went up- I was shocked, but took their word that they treament suggested would irradicate the disease. IT DID NOT and when I asked them to redo it- Scott said NO - he would charge me again. The $1200.00 was way out of standard pricing and I will never use them again.
