Isaias and crew arrived as scheduled and after giving me a bid which I accepted, executed the work in one day. Then a strange thing happened. Overnight, after they sealed the entrances, there was a lot of activity under my house and in the morning I discovered that "someone" had compromised, tore apart, 70% of the work they had just done. Later that day I saw a raccoon carrying something (I first thought, a rat, but maybe it was one of her babies). I don't know for sure, but probably there was a nest underneath which inspired the raccoons efforts to regain access. I noticed a rat problem in my basement a few years ago. I set a few traps that worked & I thought that was the end of the problem. Last winter, I started seeing damage to the air conditioning ducts & insulation. I contacted several companies & got some estimates that were absolutely ridiculous. Luckily, I found "Rodent Exterminator." The owner, Isaias did a detailed inspection of the basement, the attic & the rest of the house & explained what needed to be done. I learned quite a bit about rodent habits as well as their ability to use any small opening to get into the house & travel to different areas without being seen. I also learned that many of the openings on the outside of the house, were left by workers when they installed my new air conditioner & roof. I had "Rodent Exterminator" do the job on 7-22-25 & it was completed in one day. That included replacing several feet of damaged air conditioning ducts in the basement and sealing off all areas where rats were getting in & building nests. I was surprised when Isaias moved the dishwasher, stove & refrigerator & showed me large openings in the wall behind them. They were sealed off with wire mesh. The entire basement was cleaned of all rodent droppings (piles of them) & all contaminated insulation was replaced & the floor was cleaned & disinfected. The work was so well done, I could have lunch in the basement if I wanted to. We woke up with a wretched smell in our garage, perhaps attic, not really sure where. We called up Rodent Exterminator at 7 o'clock in the morning on a Saturday and they were here inspecting our property by 830 that same day. Unfortunately they couldn't find anything and the smell remains, however they checked everywhere. Did all the work and did so on a complementary bases. Ive tried to get rid of my rodent problem with other companies, but Rodent Exterminator is the the one I would call again. They did a fantastic job of sealing a 100+ year old house and they went above and beyond, making many visits to make sure that the traps were cleared and reset. They were also good at communicating with me, letting me know when they would be coming to check traps. I also had them install all new vents in the house and am very pleased with the result. Isaías and his team are top notch. I called this company after a 3rd time requiring services. The 2 prior companies did an ok job of catching the existing rodents but the issue kept coming back. After interviewing several companies that advised Attic cleaning in order to fully solve the issue I knew I would have to get all the old insulation out. This is a pricey service (check your local utility company for a rebate). Rodent Exterminators gave me an excellent price from the beginning. Isaías knowledge on the matter and his initial through inspection made me feel very confident they were the right company for the job. Other companies just looked around popped their head in the Attic and threw out a number. Isaías went in my crawl space, entered and walked in and around the Attic and finally went up on the roof to determine what would be needed to resolve my issue. They began work promptly 2 days after I confirmed I wanted to hire them. He worked with a great crew of many people ensuring speedy removal of old insulation and Attic cleaning. They set up traps and patched and sealed multiple entry points. My home was not easy he needed to return for 4 weeks afterwards to get rid of every last past. These critters were smart and really gave him a challenge but he kept coming back ensuring all entry points were sealed off until the job was done. After a full week of no sign of infestation they came and installed all new insulation, set a couple more traps just in case and checked entry points once again. It has been 2 weeks now and still rat free! Furthermore I'm confident Isaías will come back immediately if ever needed to make sure it stays that way. Great value, great service and excellent work. The only drawback that might have costs the company one star of not for the excellent service, thoroughness and patience is that they are not equipped to handle credit cards and cannot help you with rebates. I own a large, hillside duplex that is over 100 years old. Tenants reported evidence of rodent intrusion and existing exterminator attempted, unscuccessfully, to address. We decided to interview rodent specialists and scheduled six interviews. Isaias was the last person to inspect the property and we knew immediately that he would be our choice. My wife and I heard a scratching we thought was a rat in our attic the other night. We'd had a possum up there years ago, and had it trapped and the attic sealed, but as we had a new roof recently we thought perhaps they'd opened up one of the entry points again while do their work. Roden Exterminator came out, did an inspection, and 'confirmed' all our worst fears. According to RE, our roofer had done a poor job, several of the entry points we re-opened, including the new rood vents that we had installed, and we had rats again. A big job. They quoted me $1950 to reseal everything again, and trap and get rid of the rats. I got an estimate from another company (Plateau Pest) for $350 to trap and exclude. So I had them come by to take a look. The Plateau Pest inspector found NO obvious entry points. They showed me that all the possible places that RE had claimed were entry points were, in fact, still well sealed from the previous work we had done. Either screened or foam sealed. No obvious hole into the attic and NO SIGN OF CURRENT RAT INFESTATION. They pointed out that the new vents we had installed were high quality, and are rodent proof to begin with. And they complimented us on the quality job our roofer had done! In fact, they don't believe there are any rodents currently living in our attic at all!! And that what we heard was probably a rodent ON our roof, NOT inside it. Be be sure, the Plateau Pest Control inspector sprinkled some powder and set a couple traps inside the attic, to make certain there is nothing up there. He didn't charge me anything for the inspection or these initial traps, as he believes our attic is already well sealed. Obviously your $1950 estimate was ridiculous and an attempt to cheat me. Do not use this company. The 5 year warranty is a scam. They don't warrant their work after the invoice has been paid and will not return calls within the warranty period. We continue to have rodent problems and this company will not return my calls. We used this company back in 2020 and we still continue to have rodent activity. I have reported them to BBB. read more

This place quoted me a ridiculous amt $1800 for a mouse problem. What a joke! After getting 5 quotes from other businesses, the amt quoted confirms how much I was over priced for the job. I think they tap into moms like me who panic about mouse problems. I was told it could take months to trap a mouse and I shouldn't wait until the problem worsen. I dislike being misinformed. Okay...it makes me sad that I had to call for an exterminator. BUT I found these guys and they were able to come the same day. They were AWESOME! Of course, I screamed as they removed the rodent. Ewww! But I highly recommend them. They inspected my home, found other potential areas where I've got some unwanted friends. They were thorough, professional and affordable. I don't have any complaints. They removed the rodent quickly. They cleaned up the area, sealed up the hole he came through and found other holes under my sink that I didn't even know about. Ewww!! And, they sealed those too. Job well done! The sealed places look completely seamless. You cannot tell there was a hole there. The paint is even and looks good. i couldn't be anymore thankful with rodent exterminator. i work for a landlord who had his rental property remodeled. Unfortunately prior taking ownership the property had been infested with severe rodent problems causing me huge problems with the tenants and the housing department. after working with 3 other company's fighting to get rid of the infestation, whom were not able to figure out where the rodents entry points were coming in from (there was multiple). i was lucky to find rodent exterminator who successfully fixed the issue the same day after fighting with other company's for a year!!!! they arrived with 5+ people searching and sealing every inch they may possibility be coming from. thanks to rodent exterminator i now have peace of mind and can continue to think about other things that need my attention. I contacted this outfit twice. The first time was due to the 5 star reviews. The second time was because my tenants were desperate for a rodent person to get rid of a rat trapped underneath their kitchen sink and no one else was able to come out on a Sunday. The guy came out and seemed to hold it against me that I did not originally hire his company in the first place. Secondly, while he wore a mask, he did not bring his equipment, gloves, rat traps, or plastic bag to kill or dispose of the rat. We opened the cabinet and a rat walked out squeaking. He immediately stepped on the rat, but not crushing or killing him completely. He did not have a trap or ask for a trap to humanely and swiftly kill the rodent. Instead, he waited while we handed him a plastic bag to dispose of the still alive rodent in. I asked him if the rat was dead. He said "Yes," but all the while, one could plainly hear the poor rat squeaking faintly through the plastic bag. I advised him to stab the rat through the brainstem with a pencil, a technique my biologist friend told me about from her days working in the lab. But no one was able to hand him the pencil in time. He then, within full eyesight of 6-7 trash bins, asked me how or where to dispose of the slowly suffocating rat. I'm not a fan of rats, and while many find them cute, I still think it's not the most humane way to kill any live animal. He charged me for basically doing a job I could have done myself. I would have worn oven mitts, stabbed the rat with a sharp pen or pencil and bagged it myself. While this would not have been the ideal way to spend a Sunday morning, it is something I can save the freaking money to do myself. Sorry for the graphic details but I just really want to make a point about this gentleman's lack of professionalism. What's funny is that this guy really seemed bitter about the fact that I didn't hire his company in the first place, and suggested that I get what I pay for..and that he would provide me with 5 years of warranty. Let me tell you something. Rats are intelligent creatures and will make holes again and again. It's a chronic problem and many companies will find loopholes around their so-called warranty. He was going to charge me $1950. I can check the rat traps myself. I went with a previous company who behaved more professionally and were honest and fair. One funny thing. The guy said he needed 2-3 other guys to find the holes (for exclusion) because my house was "too big" for just him. I have an 1800 sq fot house on a 5500 sq foot house. My house is not the biggest on this block and I am willing to bet that had my partner been with me at the time, or any male, he would not have said this. Getting taken advantage of, having Father's Day postponed, and feeling like a fool are not my definition of a fun day. I write this because I wanted to give an honest assessment of this company. My wife and I had just moved into our new home and our son was born a few weeks later. At first we could hear scurrying in the attic. Then an odd smell came from the vents in the kitchen. Not great.
