Very nice they came out same day we had first encountered our massive spider. Probably a very fat Wolf spider, but was mean and huge like a tarantula. Anyway... Joel came out, he did a thorough inspection of the properties (we have a 2 on a lot), cleaned up some possible hang out areas, did interior and garage structure checks too, then sprayed the entire exterior and lots walkways for both units. Karen was the office person I dealt with and she was nice to give us a 2-home discount for the first service. I hope the big nasty spider doesn't show his face again, or was scared off, or killed by the treatment and we plan to re-treat in a month or two. Unbug me pest control is fantastic. We've been using them for service every other month since we've moved into our house seven years ago. They have been very helpful. We recently had an extensive ant problem after we cut down a mature tree in our yard quickly to address the issue. He treated the outside of our home and also areas of the inside. He was a detective tracking where they were coming in. He used an app to determine the type of ant so they could be properly treated. He used a gel bait To address the issue while making sure our cats would remain safe from the treatment. They have addressed several issues for us in the past like climbing on our roof to ensure there were no access points for raccoons or squirrels to enter our attic and making sure these areas were properly covered. They did the same for our crawl space. Their techs are very kind, polite, considerate and thorough. I highly recommend them. read more

They did 2 roach treatments for one of our units in North Hollywood and we have just as many roaches in that unit as we did before they came. Then when brought to their attention, they told me to pay an extra $85 for continued treatment. Unfortunately, their 30 warranty is useless as is their treatment. read more
