We found this place by chance while visiting the beautiful Honeymoon Island . It's located in a little shopping center. My husband and I try to eat local when we visit anywhere. We made the right choice! This restaurant is deaf owned. When you come in you are greeted by this sweet lady with a tablet saying welcome . I speak some sign language so I was able to speak with her some. Do not be afraid to come in and order if you do not speak sign language. The understand perfectly and let me tell you. They can really make good pizza!!! We ordered some delicious mozzarella cheese sticks and we shared a small pizza that had pepperoni, sausage, bacon, meatballs, grilled onions and bell peppers. It was outstanding!! Delicious and hot and the crust was thin and had crispy edges . Next time we visit the area we will definitely be back! They do have canned sodas and tea and a small dining room but perfect to enjoy some great pizza! They do pizza by the slice too!! read more

Good pizza! Had a two slice lunch special. Was very flavorful, had a nice undercarriage, decent cheese pull. I was also very surprised/impressed to find that both workers there were deaf! Honestly thought that was super cool, as I called ahead and someone I believe outside of the shop answered my call! read more

Let me tell you this was the best pizza place we have had in the Bay Area, which I live in port Richey. We were a little worried considering no one was here so we decided to just take the risk and it was totally worth it. The owner was very friendly and communicated well considering he was deaf and I did not know ASL to communicate. We ordered bruschetta, and custom calzone, and spaghetti and meatballs. The bruschetta was fresh mozzarella and fresh and soft bread I instantly fell in love ! The ambiance was very mom and pop relaxing. It felt as if I was home. I'd suggest this to anyone and I will most definitely take the 35 minute drive to visit again. read more

SO YUMMY!! I'm newer to the area and was looking for a good pizza spot to make my new "go-to". They are "Deaf Owned" and proudly advertise this and I think that's really cool. I ordered online for delivery and it came quicker than expected! The gentleman who delivered my pizza was also very kind. I ordered just a plain pepperoni pizza (not knowing if I'd like their pies since its my first time trying them) and it was DELICIOUS! I'll definitely explore other menu options next time! I also noticed that they have Poutine on their menu, which I've been DYING to have again from a decent spot for YEARS and these guys really delivered. The homemade pizza crust was thin, light, and bubly at the edge, and most of all delicios. Light sauce and heavy on the cheese is just the right mixture. The garlic knots were amazing, the wings perfectly delicious, and the fettucini to die for. The chef came out to check on us, and the staff helped us rearrange the tables for our larger party. We ordered a large supreme and 6 wings for yesterday's football games. They were ready for me to pick up in 30 minutes which was good because we requested both to be cooked "crispy". I love that this is an option on their online ordering. There is also an extra crispy option. The large was about 14" across. We especially liked the sausage topping; large chunks. I also liked the chewy crust that was slightly charred. The wings were breaded and very crispy, not mushy like other breaded wings. We liked them a lot. The inside only has 3 tables which looked to be more for customers waiting for pick-up than for dining. We will definitely be back. BTW, the pizza was great for breakfast this morning too. read more

We ordered for pickup. We were looking for a new pizza place to try and I'm so glad I found this place. It's a small mom &pop restaurant. They really show pride in their food! The garlic knots are a must! Pizza is not the cheapest but it's so worth it! I also got their spaghetti and meatballs, the price + amount of food you get is definitely worth your $$. What a wonderful experience we had finding Leonardo's. Even though we arrived late Sunday evening , near closing , we were greeted with warm sincerity. Charlotte and her son made our Grandma pizza and garlic knots from scratch. Both selections were excellent. A sweet sauce and obviously fresh ingredients were used. There is minimal seating but the thought of returning here makes us ask ourselves "What else can we try?" Their menu is amazing. read more

The calzone is my favorite, I always get a cheese calzone with less mozzarella and extra ricotta and they make it perfect every time :) the pizza is excellent as well, it's always cooked perfectly. Just crispy enough but never too crispy. I always order through their website and have never had any issues, and my order is always finished within the estimated time frame.
