The oils that the mushrooms and artichokes were soaked in thankfully flavored up the salad just enough after cutting it all up. Online they show an authentic Caprese Salad, so I was quite confused. I was able to find some potato chips made with olive oil instead of the sunflower seed oil that I'm allergic to. Those were a nice, tasty surprise. The guy running the register was really friendly. Tender, flavorful, great skin, etc. The leg followed suit, and this was truly an elite bird. I sat there in the Florida sun, seagulls circling me like vultures, appreciating life and the calm Tampa energy. It was a beautiful little moment, idk. I love Tampa. Several slices had gray discoloration and odd textures (see photos). It was enough to make us uncomfortable eating them.
