After that analysis visit, today the brilliant pond guy and the crew came, fixed, resolving our leak (it leaked alot, in recent years). The pond guy also reviewed our sprinkler system and found one popup head not needed, causing a two zone extra over lapping, which caused a little flooding between those two adjacent zones. Their payment for service is terrible. Their invoice clearly states that they accept credit cards…read morewithout any indication that they charge an extra 3.5% for service fees. They don't accept credit cards unless the person can come by and physically swipe your card. They will accept checks and Zelle but not Venmo or PayPal. In addition, I kept waiting for an ETA for when they would stop by. They mentioned that it would be later in the day. They never texted or called and just knocked at the door. I had to scramble to reschedule a work meeting that was supposed to start 20 minutes after they arrived. It seems like they would do good enough work but the hassle of scheduling and payment will have me looking elsewhere when we have future needs.

Raul and his team were absolutely outstanding! You HAVE to hire them! Trust me, your search is…read moreover! I am moving out and my mower broke right before the wind and leaves literally blanketed the entire front yard! I'm not exaggerating (although being a Texan does give me the right) there were leaves everywhere! Not only did Raul answer my first call, but he drove out to the house within an hour to provide an incredibly good estimate! Add on the fact that he and his team blew out the gutters and trimmed perfectly around ALL sidewalks, mailbox post, landscaping bricks, gutters, everything! Oh and what's more - Raul came out SAME DAY and he and the team knocked it out! Obviously, they cannot do that for everyone, but WOW - that is incredible service and shows a great deal of character! There's not one leaf left in the front yard! They have all the right equipment and finished everything in a third of the time it would have taken me to do it!
