What a pleasant surprise! Stopped in on our way back to Vegas. The cafe is cute with plenty of seating. The food is fresh cooked and truly good! My 15 month old seems to love cheese quesadillas this week. They didn't have this on the menu but happily made it for her. I had the guacamole burger and it was SO good! The guacamole was made at the time of my order!! Yum! The hubs had turkey melt. The turkey was super thick, not deli meat. He said it was great! The food is really good and quality. This place is quiet and cute. It's not a stand out location so you might miss the parking lot on the main street. There is parking and an entrance in the back. It's been open around 2 months. The food came out smoking hot. Literally smoke was coming off of it. The waitress is so welcoming and friendly. Looks like a nice date spot or a place to enjoy a family meal together. Little decorations throughout gives it a home feel. The food is delicious! Everything was cooked just right. We got meals to go. They cook bacon to my perfection! Not every place does. Often I have to send it back. I would recommend Leo's Country Cafe for the atmosphere, the great food, the acceptable pricing and the good energy the staff gives off. read more

This is a nice little breakfast place the waitress is Patty and a sweet doll. The food is a good American café I ordered the steak and eggs the banana bread, which was delicious. It was soft moist and the butter just added the right touch. Ordered the country combo with a side of hot links. The country combo is such a huge portion of food. If you're hungry I would order that it comes with a ham steak two sausages, two pieces of bacon, potatoes, eggs, and a pancake all for $18.99. That is a deal. The portion is huge. I also tried their biscuits and gravy, which were very delicious. The waitress patty gave me a little sample of the Menudo to me. It's not the best. It's a little too greasy and not enough of spices for me but not the worst I've had. But like I say, give it a try and you decide. read more

We ate here for the 1st time this afternoon because we were on the search for a great breakfast after 2 pm. We were not disappointed. Their Belgian waffle is one of the best up here. The spicey salsa is also terrific. My husband even liked their coffee and he is fussy. It's a little tricky getting into if your headed east on Bear Valley. We turned on the street before and cut down the alley behind. We were pleased to find there is additional parking in the back so there is plenty of parking even if the front lot looks kind of small. Easy handicap access from either entrance. Service dog friendly. Our waitress was very good, friendly and efficient but not in-your-face. We were great immediately & She kept the coffee warm. The worst part of the restaurant is getting into the parking lot. Food- Amazing and huge portion. Me and hubby split the French dip and we both left full!!! Horrible No flavor Home fried Potatoes was white on one side burnt on other side with Hugh onions and bell peppers. I got French toast asked to be lightly dipped was too eggy and hard to eat. Like they were left on grill too long. Prices are not good. If you looking for a place in Hesperia or surrounding areas best place is Mollys Cafe on Hesperia Rd. Trust me you won't be disappointed. I went to Leo's for the first time a few weeks ago. The server was very friendly and was there whenever she was needed. Everything we ordered was good, hot, and fresh. I left knowing I would come back and try them again. I ordered to-go on Saturday and was very happy with the taste, quality, and portion size. I've had enough food for two servings with each item I have ordered. Leo's is pleasant, clean, and a decent value in these times. I experienced no negatives whatsoever about this little gem. I tried this new place and honestly I've been back once more after. The country fried steak was delicious. I really liked it. It was very crunchy but not too hard and the gravy was the right portion for the size of the steak. The waffle was nice and fluffy. They warmed up the syrup and it just topped it off. Some fruit on the waffle would have been nice. The menudo was good but truthfully it had a little too much meat for me. I think the menudo needs just a little bit more flavor. It was good but it wasn't the best menudo I had from a restaurant. Their banana bread was a little too moist but very tasty. I think they needed to cook it just a little bit more. The following time I went I got a garden skillet and it wasn't my favorite... it felt like it was missing flavor. Overall, I would come back here for the country fried steak and try new things. Service good. The food however was cold and my eggs had a green tint to them. They were hard a rubbery. I took 2 bites. Told the waitress and she said oh I'm sorry. No compensation or anything.
