I don't even know if they did the dry shampoo - cat doesn't smell different. I specifically asked for the paw fur to be trimmed cleanly, but that wasn't done properly. The overall haircut was uneven and chunky, and the hair on the back end was still too long. While they did leave the tail bushy as requested, I had asked for a slight trim to shape it, which wasn't done. Additionally, the ears didn't appear to be fully cleaned--there was still visible wax in the outer ear. Overall, the results were something I could have achieved at home and done better. The experience at check-in was also frustrating. There was a long line at 8am with only one staff member present until about 8:30. I was told only one person handles cat grooming, and they were running late. Considering I got a call at 10:30 my cat was ready - it doesn't surprise me it was faster than expected given the quality. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

So I go to the store put two bags in my shopping cart and the total was over $47. I said to them well that's really a lot of tax for two $19 bags of cat litter and they tell me "Oh well you have to ask us to price match before we can give it to you for that price. We can process a return then give it to you for that price but you have to tell us beforehand." Never heard of such a thing, and I didn't want to go through the hassle so I said never mind but I'm never shopping here again. So instead of being apologetic the snotty store manager tells me well that's the way they do things and if I never want to shop there again that's up to me and to have a nice day. Way to go. Bait and switch your customers and then give them a lecture when you try to rip them off. Not going back to this place.

The place was busy and the checkout line was long! But Teddy and I went about our way to get him some treats, some food, and a collar (which I didn't find the exact one I was looking for). There were a few other dogs in the place so I'm glad to know that Teddy is a friendly dog. Some woman went on a whole diatribe about her German Shepard, but I just nodded my head. It was a quick trip. When I got to the line it had shortened. Luckily, my membership card still worked. Yes! Teddy charmed the cashier into some dog cookies, which he greatly appreciated. This was a good Petco. Sometimes I go into a pet store and feel like there's little to no inventory. That wasn't the case here. If I lived closer, I'd be back.

To top it off; when I picked up the dogs, they were crying in the back, the girls wouldnt get off of the phone to get them for me and when they did, they literally threw the leashes on the floor and walked away .............STAY CLEAR OF THIS FACILITY
