I needed to have my old laptop completely copied onto my new laptop and additionally have the windows 8 made to work like windows 7. I also needed this done over the weekend before the work week started-- Chris worked till 4am to get this done. Apparently the task was far more time consuming then we both anticipated as there was a massive amount of data and programs to be transferred and configured, and my previous IT guy had countless outlook account files spread across random folders on my pc. I also added to the complication because I did not remember any of the passwords for the accounts on the computer and he had to "recover" them.
