I went to Payam with a new ATX PC build I had worked on for a while. Unfortunately there was an issue with the pc that made it restart at random times while rendering in Cinema4D with Redshift, I just could NOT figure it out myself. Payam went above and beyond with testing, running benchmarks, testing with replaced Motherboards, PSUs, CPUs etc -- really putting the pc to the test. We even did testing outside of the case, tried different wiring and more. He also was so kind to set up remote access, so I was able to run the tests from another laptop at home. But also very welcoming to have me over to chat on next steps and tests he wanted to try. After a lot of testing he found out that my CPU was faulty after he had tried rendering with a different CPU. and it worked flawless.
