He asked me if he could remotely connect to my computer and see the problem. I agreed, so he proceeded to connect and check my computer. He tried a few things and immediately found the problem. The repair was rather simple for him, but would have been major for me. I am giving this review for other potential customers because this technician's diligence in building his company's reputation in the industry is outstanding. I also accidentally damaged the CMOS battery slot trying to fix it myself, but he was able to repair it with soldering and saved the motherboard. The repair took four visits since parts had to be ordered, and he was consistent and communicative throughout.
