We tested the speed throughout the house (3floors) and while the speeds were decent we were not getting the 1gig internet we are paying for. He suggested we try his mesh system router and bam that was the issue. With the router we tested we got the full speeds. He suggested we move to a mesh system over a conventional router and that is what we will do. He didnt try to upsell his systems he instead gave great advice on which ones to purchase. Jose did my repair the day I brought the printer in, diagnosed the two problems I had and fixed them both that day, without the need for new parts. After driving here I commuted to Van Nuys to their…read moreonly open location now which is on Woodman Ave and Burbank Blvd. I dropped off my Apple Watch series3 to have the screen repaired. Everything worked fine prior to taking it to them to fix. The only thing was the screen was cracked in the lower left part of the watch. It should have been ready in 3hrs. I called several times to get updated and would receive the run around. It took them 9 days to repair it. I showed up unannounced, they had me wait about 15min. I received my watch with a rubberband holding it together. Was advised to remove it after 30min. After receiving my watch it started to die a lot faster then prior to taking it to them. My watched completely stopped working after 15 days. I went swimming with my watch which I'm supposed to be able to with the that series. I reached out they told me to bring it by. They do have a "90 day warranty". The job seemed half-assed. Again whenever I would call for an update again I would get a run around. I showed up 28 days later unannounced for them to tell me the watch was unrepairable. And the warranty wouldn't cover my watch since it was water damage. When I had picked up my watch from them the first time they didn't advise me in anything other than don't remove the rubberband after 30min. Looking at my watch it looks like it's not completely sealed. In my experience I think they're not experienced in fixing apple watch's. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here looking for this type of service.

The damage I did to the drive required Five Star's clean-room service, and they quoted a flat rate to me in advance. The effort of recovering the data ended up being very challenging and took longer than any of us expected, but at the end Five Star was able to recover over 99% of the files--and I'm happy to say, the 1% of files were not important to me, so the 99% they recovered covered everything I needed. Despite that significant extra work, they invoiced me only for the original quoted amount. I'm happy with the results but also the professionalism. When I first reached out to Five Star, they got back to me at the start of the next business day and, after answering a few follow-up questions, I had a quote and scheduled to drop off my drive the same day. Vahan and Elen were particularly helpful and professional the entire way through. It was really a pleasure to work with them and I can't recommend Five Star enough!
