Horrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs! If I could give zero stars, I would. This was by far the worst transportation service I have ever dealt with. They completely failed to pick up three of my passengers, resulting in two missed flights and an incredibly stressful situation. Their customer service is absolutely atrocious--unresponsive, unhelpful, and completely unwilling to take responsibility. Despite multiple requests, they have refused to issue any kind of refund or even acknowledge their mistake. Whatever you do, DO NOT book this service. Driver Angel was professional and courteous and very patient with multiple pickups and stops, helping all of us in and out of the car at each stop! Plus the vehicle, a new 2024 Escalade SUV was so clean and comfortable, it made the trip even more enjoyable! Going to a concert with 80,000 people, Angel maneuvered thru traffic jams in and out of the stadium parking lot. As a few of us have difficulty walking, he was able to drop us off in front of the gate entrance to the stadium, and was waiting for us in the same spot when we came out!
