Lert Thai was amazing! The food tasted fresh and homemade -- just like mom used to make. Great flavors, friendly service, and this is my new favorite restaurant when visiting my daughter at UCF. My go-to was The Mills, but now we have this spot so close to UCF. We'll definitely be back!

We tried takeout and it was absolutely delicious, flavorful, and made right! We got tofu drunken noodles and tofu pad Thai, sooo yummy! Normally takeout Thai doesn't have much flavor but this place got it right. They recommended mild (we usually get medium everywhere else) and it was Perfect, with lots of flavor and still a good amount of spice. The portions were also good, and fair pricing. So excited that they opened near UCF, Can't wait to try more dishes!

Phenomenal quick service. I ordered pickup and it was ready within 10 minutes. The chicken Penang curry is outstanding.

I like that they have some draft beers. We were nervous at first because we had a large and complex order, and the server did not write anything down. However, everything came out perfect. The drunken noodles and stir fry dishes were all very tasty. If you are looking for Thai food in Orlando, definitely check this place out.

The inside of the restaurant was beautifully decorated and was very clean. Seating was comfortable and tables were not too close together. Items ordered: Wonton soup x2 - Wontons with spinach and broth were good. Curry puff - As a curry fan, these small curry puffs reminded me of curry flavored empanadas. I enjoyed the bite sized portions and texture. Beef pho - As expected and taste was fine Chicken pho - As expected and taste was fine Yum Kung (shrimp salad) - This was so delicious! Loved the flavors and spices/aromatics and everyone who tried it loved it as well. Pad Thai - As expected and taste was fine. Their menu offered a lot of options and included gluten free food as well. Definitely a place to visit if you are craving authentic Thai food in Orlando! Our waitress spoke with us and places she had lived in Asia and we had a lovely conversation about food and travel.

They treat you like a guest in their home and it really makes me happy to feel so welcomed. They always give you little treats at the beginning and end of your meal which is something nowhere else still does! But more importantly the food is top notch!!! This IS the best panang in Orlando, I will not argue with you, it just is. She makes a pineapple tea that I sit around and think about on cold nights, lol. She does not sell it though, it is only an after dinner treat for dine in guests. So I recommend you take an hour, pull up a seat and let auntie take you on a trip to Thailand!

Easily one of the worst meals I have ever paid for. Service: super sad because the ppl were so old and just seems so sad. Ambiance: this place was filthy in the back where you go to pay and I just couldn't believe it. It almost looked like the couple that was serving us may live there too? This place hurts my heart because the two people working there seemed so stressed and sad. They should be living it up not serving rotten food. The health dept should get involved here. It's unsanitary and all around just not ok.

To start we had the paypa salad and the spring rolls they were both very good and fresh. I had the green curry chicken it was to die for.. all the flavors bursting over hot white rice it was so good I can't wait to go back. What is GOOD about this place is that the service is usually ALWAYS very quick. Very rarely have I waited long at this restaurant for anything, be it help from staff, food, or drinks. They should really pride themselves on that fact because sometimes it is hard to come by such efficient service - especially during busy dinner hours. The restaurant itself is so beautiful. Very IG worthy! It looks lovely in the daytime, and during the evening, the mood lighting indoors adds to the overall intimate feel of the space. There is also a good amount of seating outdoors, if you want to eat outdoors. Noir Bar is connected via a not-so-hidden corridor/passageway. Within that passageway are also the shared restrooms for both locations. As far as the food goes, it is OKAY. Again, it isn't the best, but it most certainly is not BAD. I usually order one of my usual dishes. In my last adventure to TALAY, because I have been a handful of times, I went with their vegetable Pad Thai (Price: $17.00). It was chock-full of veggies, a thin rice noodle, eggs, bean sprouts, scallions, and peanuts (which they placed off to the side). The sauce this time around was a bit sweeter than my liking, but overall, I enjoyed my plate. I didn't order any of their seasonal cocktails, but I do love that they offer various seasonal cocktails (and seasonal menus) throughout the year. It is a great way to keep you going back. Pricing can get a little high pending what you order. However, a good chunk of the menu is "reasonable." Parking in this area is always a hassle, but it exists all around, and if you are lucky, you can get FREE street parking. All in all, it is a good place to visit. I really haven't had any bad experiences here either.
