ok - arrived a bit early to see a show at the abbey. i was starving so we ended up here because i figured it was the most likely place to be fast. i was right! i told the server that we were in a rush & he was very prompt. we only ordered a couple apps & drinks - calamari & fresh rolls - both were amazing & were out in less than 10 minutes. the drinks took longer - i didn't get mine till we were done eating. i got the thai summer punch, which was too bitter for my liking - very strong. SO got a grey goose martini & loved it. the interior was kinda sparse but nice, blue tablecloths & comfy seating. all the pics on yelp are old & look different than how it is now. I gotta say the menu is IMPRESSIVE and i want to go back & try literally everything. that's the only thing i took pics of because we were in a rush. We were in at 6:02 & out at 6:25. the server gave us the wrong bill but was easy to catch quickly & get the right one. overall this is the most legit thai/sushi menu i've seen in Orlando & we'll be back! really enjoyed it & want to bring friends next time! read more

We've stopped here a few times for drinks and light bites during their happy hour. The food has always been just okay in my opinion, nothing spectacular. They seem to do more business during dinner hours so it's possible the food is better then. Service and ambience are nice. read more

I'm definitely coming back to this place. It was absolutely phenomenal. I had to knock off one star because they did not marinate the chicken in my Pad Se Ew. Also, we were waiting for 15 minutes with no water and no service (but they made up for it once a server tended to us. Also, the sauce and my hunger made up for the shortcomings. The vegetables were so fresh, and so was the chicken (it just had very little flavor). The noodles were perfect amount of al dente, with the perfect amount of flavor in them, and the portion was generous. The plates were plated so beautifully, and they made me a cucumber Mojito. That was the best Mojito that I've had since I lived in Puerto Rico. It was the perfect amount of rum, cucumber, and semi sweet for me, just as I ordered it. I will include pictures of both mine and my friends food. We had a blast! I also tried my friend's calamari, which I don't typically like. But this is the first time I had an Asian version of calamari and let me tell you, it was dressed with sautéed onions and greens and had so much flavor that it had me going for two, three, then four more pieces lol The Pad See Ew with chicken was really good with the perfect texture of noodles. The only thing they could have done to improve them was marinate the chicken, or at least season it. My friend and I used to to come to here when it was Oudom and loved it. We've come twice since the ownership has changed, and it hasn't been quite as good. The ambience and food and drink menus have stayed largely the same through the transition. Drinks: The first time we came, they had advertised a happy hour that they didn't actually have. I guess they were having some issues with their liquor license? They allowed us to order drinks from their other restaurant conveniently located right next door, but it was a different menu than advertised. The drinks were very, very, very slow to come out. And the drinks were truly terrible. We drank them without complaint because we had waited so long for them that we didn't want to deal with it. The second time we came, their own bar was up and running. We were optimistic that maybe the drinks would be better. They were better than they were before, but still pretty awful. And they still took forever. The lychee martini was all pineapple, the cucumber martini was unbearably sweet, the water lily was the worst one- I'm not sure if it was too much lemon or too much triple sec, but the three of us took turns drinking it because no one could stand it for more than a sip or two. Bottom line: they're still fairly new, so maybe they'll get their cocktail game sorted out, but for the time being I would strongly recommend ordering wine or beer if you want to drink alcohol. Food: This place still gets 4 stars because we LOVE the food. We LOVE the Mexican roll- seriously can't get enough of it. We also really enjoy the wings, the calamari, the dumplings, and the crab Rangoons. I didn't love the veggie spring rolls, but my friend liked them. I will say, we ordered the pad see ew / drunken noodles the first time we came. When it was Oudom, that was our favorite thing on the menu. Neveyah didn't really come through on that one. It didn't have much flavor, and despite our rough experience with the cocktails, it ended up being the one thing we sent back. We were seated near the kitchen, so we could hear our server talking sh** on us to the kitchen staff. We didn't love that, and it made us pretty uncomfortable, but it was what it was. Mi fiancé and I came here on a Thursday night for their sushi happy hour. Happy hour is from 5-7pm and it was pretty empty (4 tables seated when we walked in). The happy sushi menu is pretty basic, the sushi quality seemed pretty good, but nothing that blew us away. We ordered the salmon, spicy tuna, eel, and yellowtail rolls with steamed chicken dumplings. We also got the 2 for 1 hot sake. Even though we ordered the spicy tuna, spicy salmon came out. I informed the server that we were probably served the wrong spicy roll. She couldn't tell by looking at it if it was wrong or not and asked if we wanted the chefs to remake it. My fiancé and I ultimately decided to not have it remade and just ate the spicy salmon. When checking out at this place I recommend you double check your bill. The 2 for 1 hot sake was $6 on the menu, but we were charged $9. They manually added a $3 discount to the bill "because we caught that." It seems like a known issue, but not sure how long until they decide to fix it. read more

We started off wanting to leave as the prices were higher than the prior restaurant that was in this location last month. The managers made sure that we were taken care of. First, the steamed dumplings came out, and they were cold as the kitchen was working on its timing. They replaced them quickly with new hot ones they were good. There were tons of seats available, not sure why he decided to seat is at one of the worst tables. Sushi was ok, can't say it was amazing but decent. The Hostess was the worst! We had 8 pm reservations and arrived early at 7:40. We were told that our table for 2 was not yet ready. There were 2 or 3 two top tables available. I asked, but she said we had to wait until 8pm. Another couple arrived after us at 7:50 an were escorted to their table. I asked the time of their reservation...it was also at 8pm. I asked why they were seated and we were not. I was told that they knew the owner and had a meeting. A meeting never happened. We were shown to our table at 7:55, while other 2 tops were still empty. After 10 minutes we had to flag down a server to ask for service. "Oh, this is not my area, but let me help you." She was courteous and fine. We ordered and my wife's food came out with no sign of my entre and it was just dropped off. My entre was another 7 minutes. Do they not know how to serve? My wife's entry was wrong, so now we sat with my entre and her plate empty. The food was average. No more or less than you would get at a typical take our Thai restaurant. Fried rice here was amazing and the thai hot actually had a nice kick to it and was cooked so well. Prices were as expected not too expensive around the normal price range. The ambiance of the location had good music playing but wasn't too loud so you can hear your friends.
