We are pleased with this management company. We have a wonderful, very capable, hard working, and knowledgeable on-site manager who has done very much for our Park and who is, amongst other things, currently compiling all of our scattered records into one place for the office and our Board of Directors to easily access information when needed. We are a resident-owned Park so this is very important to us. Like all management companies, this one is not perfect, but it is far better than the one we had previously. I am confident that they will help handle our needs well. It is too bad that, as is usually the case, those who are unhappy are the ones to write reviews. The majority, who appreciate the circumstances, have no need to speak up. I wish they would. This company deserves a much higher total rating that it is being given. read more

I had the horrible experience of living in Del Amo mobile home park in North Long Beach. The manager, Michelle, is a screamer. She screams constantly at senior citizens who have no other option except to take it since their income limits their ability to hire an attorney. She evicted me for no reason, she didn't like me and would scream at me in front of other people, constant. She also screamed at my next-door neighbor, a very elderly man. I had to call the elders abuse hotline to get her behavior stopped. I can only assume that I believe she may be under the influence most of the time. She has her favorites, very few, and the residence are terrified of her. I would not buy a home in this mobile home park because it's likely she evicted the owner, assumes the property, cleans it up, and resell it. She lets people park in visitor parking spaces for a price. I caught her red-handed. Avoid this part. Aside from the unprofessional and unethical behavior on the part of Michelle, sewer fumes leak into The units due to a very poorly designed septic tank. As far as security goes, people sneak in all the time even though there is a steel gate in front. She doesn't particularly care about safety or security. I'm glad I moved out of this park because of now on my own home and know what is screaming at me. read more

These guys are dirty. I worked for them for a little over a year in Escondido Ca as an office manager. Their work ethics are way below standard. They have no communication skills. The staff member at their corporate named Alma called me to demand i do her duties when I told her that was not in my assigned job duties she got upset she hung up then had the owner of the company call me they had me on speaker he began to harass me by saying I HAD to follow Alma's orders and then he began to say things like "I am recording you" while he and Alma both were laughing. Once I left they were giving bad employment references when i applied elsewhere. They also were telling residents I was fired for stealing just to give me a bad rap which I have proof that was not true and was able to prove it. I have had to take them to court and won my case against them. Not only were they cruel to me as an employee but they are mean to residents especially seniors. This company ignores calls from residents, they are cruel and let their parks fall to trailer trash status. They are money hungry and do not care about the asthetics nor safety of the parks. Their management of the Alta Vista mobile home park is deplorable! Residents' complaints receive lip service. The park is in a terrible condition. We sign a lease agreement when we move in. All residents sign it. We are supposed to abide by it. With the current on site manager and her boss, Martha, the lease agreement is just a suggestion. Complaints about violations go in one ear and out the other. People park in fire zones on a regular basis. Yards are not kept neat and clean. When we complain management wants us take pictures and report it. THAT IS NOT OUR JOB. It's their job to make inspections and follow up on progress. If you come into the park, you will see neat and clean homes from the management office to Base Line Rd. Go north of the management office and it's a different story. With the neglect, our home values have plummeted. We have to monitor rent increase prices, trash removal costs and water charges. We have found serious overcharges in all of them. They are not to be trusted. Think twice before looking at Alta Vista Mobile Home Park before thinking about living here. read more

Terrible company! Delmy was our completely inept mgr. She hardly ever showed up and when she did she would yell at people, was very rude, didn't listen, constantly interrupted tenants, she could care less n then threatened n harassed tenants if they asked a question or needed help. This management company is so strict on its mobile homes communities. They focus on ridiculous parking violations while some of the mobile parks they manage have way other issues that are far more important. I spoke to Delmy Solano about some issues regarding the mobile home park I live in and she spoke over me most of time, she didn't let me get my suggestions in and when she did she quickly dismissed them. She's not even familiar with the mobile home residency law handbook which has all the mobile home laws! She was so rude and unprofessional! they don't care about accommodating their residents.
