They were very professional and nice throughout. I feel like they took their time and did a great job. I removed a star because I feel like the price for what I received was a sticker shock! Like, literally it was $188 for basic pedicure and refill with French tip and 3D flowers on 2 fingers!!! Minus the 50 gift card plus 25 tip, I could have just gone to my regular salon. I felt the gift certificate was useless bc I pay less at other salons. They are more expensive than most. So if you get something with designs, I highly recommend asking the price before moving forward so there's no issue. The work they do is nice. I did enjoy myself. They are a bit unorganized in some aspects like I had to repeat 3 times that I wanted my eyebrows waxed. But like everyone else has stated, this place is EXPENSIVE. I know times are different and gone are the days of $45 full sets but its fees on fees on fees for add ons that really aren't add ons. Those just used to be basic service. And there's no "extra" length when it's just the basic nail. Add a tip on to that and it gets insanely costly. I would use this location as a treat rather than a regular spot. ***UPDATE*** you really do get what you pay for. And because of that, I improved my score from 3 to 4. The nails are straight and sturdy. I went somewhere else for a fill in, and now some nails are... crooked. but their price was good. Great service, cold sodas and excellent prices. I stopped by for a deluxe pedicure and a spa manicure. It's also conveniently located in the same building as the Chattahoochee Food Hall with easy parking. Not only is the ambiance of the nail salon top tier but the customer service, chairs, pedicure and manicure were 5 start level. I highly recommend this nail salon, especially to guys. I really wanted to love Le Mains Nail Lounge & Spa at The Works because the space is beautiful and my first impressions were great. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was disappointing. I normally get the buildable gel with gel polish, and my friend Christina got gel polish on her toes and nails. Within a week, several of her nails chipped and lifted -- something that usually means the prep wasn't done correctly. We couldn't go back right away because we were traveling, but when we returned (still within two weeks), we were told there would be a charge to repair the nails. To make matters worse, we were told that the salon doesn't guarantee their nails at all -- not even from the moment you leave the chair. That was surprising and honestly concerning. Most salons stand behind their work for at least a few days. I completely understand policies, but when the issue comes from the salon's technique, it feels unfair to make the client pay to correct it. That kind of response left a bad taste and made it clear this won't be our go-to salon anymore. I hope they revisit how they handle situations like this, because good customer service goes a long way. read more

I was going to be in the area for lunch and needed to get my nails done so decided to give Les Mains a try since it's located in Chattahoochee Works. I went on a Friday morning around 11am and the place was packed! So thankful I made an appointment, and one is definitely recommended if you're coming during peak times. There are approximately 20 pedicure chairs inside (10 on each side);  my normal nail salon only has 4 pedicure chairs, so this spot was a little overwhelming for this introvert. The space is wide, lots of natural light and colored white so it's really bright and has a very modern look.  The pedicure chairs have a massage feature which is very relaxing while you're receiving your service. In the middle of the salon are the manicure tables.   When you first walk in you can check in at the desk and you're asked to sanitize; I thought this meant to wash your hands but nope, it's applying sanitizer on your hands. J After you sanitize you can select your nail color and I must say I was pretty impressed with the selection, they even had a few seasonal colors from OPI. There are a few chairs in the front if you have to wait. There is an entrance outside and also inside the Works. Close to the back door is the drying station for your nails.   I received the spa pedicure for $34.00 and it was very basic. The technician that provided my service was very friendly, did not provide me water when I was choking; my sister had to offer me her only bottle. There wasn't that Wow experience; I seriously just felt like another number which is very unfortunate. However, my sister had a completely different experience. Her nail tech provided excellent service, her nails had a little shine to them, she provided her with their slippers, so her baby toe didn't' smudge in her sandal, etc., totally different experience.   I was surprised we weren't' offered a beverage based on the price of service and the area. It was also a little weird that I had to pay for my service and the tip before the tech painted my toenails. Maybe they have people skip out on payment, I'm not sure! Wonderful and pristine salon. It's very white and clean inside with high quality massage chairs-- this is the perfect spot to grab pedicures with my boyfriend or treat my mom & sister out for a girls day. My experience/review is solely based on receiving the DELUXE PEDICURES with my boyfriend. The location is next to the Chattahoochee Food Works (food hall), so a great spot for a little self-care treat then food afterwards. It's very nice, so it's often busy. I recommend grabbing a reservation when you can. NOTE: they are strict on reservations, only a 5 minute grace period, otherwise you will be bumped to the regular waitlist (if they have one started for walk-ins). Finding it was very easy, the directions from any map application will take you right to the parking lot (there is plenty of free parking), where you will see a nice sign for the front door. Once inside, you'll check-in at the desk and she'll tell you to sanitize and pick your color of choice for your pedicure. Again, my boyfriend and I were doing the Deluxe Pedicure (this is different from the regular Spa Pedicure, which would be the just basic nail cutting/shaping, cuticle trimming, and callus care) which includes everything from the Spa Pedicure plus an added sugar scrub (and light massage), lotion mask (and another light massage), and hot towel. Overall, it was an amazing experience! We loved the sugar scrub and lotion massages on top of the nice water and feet treatment. We were sitting in their massage chairs the whole time, so enjoyed a nice mix of massage chair combos. The employees didn't speak too much, but were very kind. The pricing for the Deluxe Pedicure was $49 + your tip (regular Spa Pedicure is $34). They do have other packages, such as Ultimate Pedicure ($59) or the VIP Pedicure ($75). I really should have read reviews before going. I figured I just needed a fill in and a pedicure with gel polish so it shouldn't be that bad. 1. Making an appointment is recommended. It wasn't necessarily busy, I've seen busier locations. Not all the chairs were filled. They just don't have the staff. 2. They were out of the color I wanted and we discovered this when she went to paint my toes after providing the full pedicure service when she went to open the bottle. Had I had known they didn't have the color I wanted, I never would've sat down for an appointment and would have went to my regular nail salon. The color I requested is OPI Bubble Bath which is truly the most basic and commonly used polish colors (a lot of techs used this as a base for a French, design, etc). 3. The same tech doing my toes popped 2 of my ankle bracelet right off and offered no remedy. She was rubbing my leg and ankle so aggressively. I definitely should've asked her to be mindful or skip "massaging" my jewelry. 4. As the other tech started on my nails, I noticed that it looked like a very different color from my toes. Another tech joined in to finish my right hand as it looked like they were closing early and trying to get out. I asked her about it and she says "oh no, it's just because it hasn't dried". I should have trusted my gut and been more assertive. They used the WRONG COLOR on my nails and tried to gaslight me into believing it was the same color as what's on my toes! It's completely not! 5. When I was finally done and noticed, it wasn't worth having them fix it because they decided to close a whole hour and a half early because it was "slow". It was 5pm on a Saturday. As a business, it's bad practice to close early. Honor your business hours. Instead of completely closing early, send a select few staff home if it's "slow". But, unless it's an emergency, do not close early and honor the hours YOU SET for operation. Wouldn't recommend. read more

First and last experience - I wanted matte light pink and gold foil - instead I got streaky painted gold tips. At no time was I advised a recommended technique to get the effect and at one point, three other techs stood over the woman working on my tips, all advising her on how to get it right. The next day, I sent pics and expressed my disappointment. Linda, the owner, called and said she stood by the work but that they could try another paint color. When I came back for the repair, I was told by Linda that it would actually cost me an additional $12 to get the look I first requested, which is called Chrome - apparently they should have used that technique instead of painting with gel. Ten minutes later, Linda increased the repair price to $20. So I ended up making two trips to this establishment to get what I originally wanted and the owner made me pay more to get it right. I don't understand why they didn't do Chrome in the first place and it's incredibly disappointing that she charged me more for the make-good. read more

This nail salon is really nice and located in The Works. It is brand new and the massage chairs are BOMB. However, I am a girl that likes really long nails and I am meticulous about shape. This is not the place to go to get trendy nails. The lady that did my nails did a really good job, I just got a French tip but it wasn't really what I was looking for. I wanted more of a coffin shape but what I got was more of an old school look where the nail curves downward. Consistency is key. I have seen them do great work on SNS/chrome nails, but I had them do a regular pedicure with a french tip and a gel manicure with a french tip and both turned out really uneven. They polished the tip where you could still see my nail on both my feet and hands, so it also grew out very quick. I also had a small chipped nail on one of my hands and the lady just put gel over it which I think she thought would cure it but instead within a few days it was pulling off. For such hype- i would say majority of people aren't consistent with all services. And am a bit appalled that even the basics aren't well met. Not worth going again to "maybe" get a good job on my nails. read more

There is parking everywhere, and there is also a parking deck if you can't get parking near the salon. The salon is clean, bright and spacious.
