During my most recent visit, I came in to have my builder gel removed and asked for gel on my natural nails. I specifically said I only wanted my nails cut down a little. Instead, they cut all of my nails completely off, which was not what I requested. After that, I was asked if I wanted a manicure and I politely said no. They then moved me to another chair. While I was sitting there, the man next to me looked at me and said, "Are you sure you don't want a manicure?" and laughed in my face. I felt embarrassed and disrespected.
