This location is awesome I had a low tire pressure indicator turn on and limped over to the shop but by the time I got there they had just closed for the day thankfully one of the employees saw me pull in and came over to ask what I needed I told them and they instead come back another day he had me pull over to the tire pressure bay and checked it for me only to find out I had a slow pin hole leak he put more air in it to get me through till they were officially opened next day I brought it in and they replaced the tire with a new one free since it was under warranty the service and customer service is awesome and I highly recommend them to my friends and family read more

Customers for life. Here's why...after a long weekend of hunting and camping in Nor Cal, we found ourselves at the beginning of our long journey home to Los Angeles, only to discover we had a flat! Instead of changing the flat, we thought we ought to patch it and save the spare just in case we had another tire issue. A quick Yelp search led us to Les Schwab in Anderson. With no time to spare (lol pun en-tire-ly intended), we wobbled our way into the shop where we were greeted quickly by a friendly service tech who directed us to the commercial vehicle end of the shop. The courteous and kind cashier Tori took the information, made the inspection and confirmed a repair would be appropriate. Service technician Mario made the repair, inspected all tires and we were on the road in less than 18 minutes. The surprise in the end...it was free. Mario would not even take a tip for the equivalent of what the service would have cost! Now we want to tell all our friends, family, Yelpers, tourists, truck drivers, wanderlusts, that when they find themselves in need of tires, brakes, shocks, alignments, engine repair, etc.... RUN to a LES SCHWAB TIRE SHOP where "doing the right thing matters!" We surely would! We really appreciate their humble and helpful good deed. I've been to the Battle Ground Stote a few times, and all in all they've been helpful, and friendly. I called at 5pm asking if I needed an appointment for my tire to be mounted. Desiree (sp?) Told me I didn't, ok cool. I get there at 6pm (had to have AAA come to the car, long story), and was told it was too late. Then why didn't Desiree(sp?) Tell me when I called that ​they don't work after 6pm, and why does it say they're open till 7 if ya'll don't work after 6pm? read more

My car's low tire pressure warning light lit up while on a long road trip on I5. We ended up at Les Schwab in Anderson, and they offered to take a look at our tires for free. They inspected all 4 tires for punctures but didn't find any, so they topped off all 4 tires with air, reset the warning light, and sent us on our way. Everything was free. Quick, & AMAZING service! So friendly & professional. I'm blown away. What could have been stressful and majorly impacted my evening was a BREEZE and relieving. Today I went to leave work at 5:50 and found that my Right Rear tire was FLAT. Dash read out reported a PSI of 11. Upon further inspection, there was a decent sized screw buried in the tread. I called Les Schwab at 5:55 and they answered quickly. I told them I was a little over a mile away and they said they could ABSOLUTELY get me in. Where some places would say "Sorry ma'am, we close in 5 minutes, but can schedule you first thing tomorrow", Les Schwab said "Of course! We don't even close for another 5 minutes. We can definitely fix your tire!" I pulled in right at 6, when they technically close, and was back on the road in less than 20 minutes! On top of it all, I called Les Schwab because they were closest, and had NO IDEA that they fix flats for free! And before returning my care to me, they checked the pressure on mynother 3 tires and aired them up! Thank you Les Schwab. I couldn't have asked for better service anywhere! read more

I had to have my room mate's car towed to Les Schwab. The front driver's side tire was split, and when the spare was put on, the lug bolt fell out and lodged where it could not be reached and was affecting the driving. Before it was towed, I looked up the brand of the tire to make sure it was Les Schwab's brand, and it was. The tire was fairly new, and should have still been under warranty. After almost 5 hours, they called to say the car was ready. I asked about the tire, and they said it wasn't one of there's. When I got there to pick up the car, they showed me a completely different tire, and charged me for a new tire and a lug bolt. The price was really high in my opinion. They switched tires, just so they could charge me for a tire instead of it being under warranty. I thought Les Schwab was reputable. I am very disappointed with this whole encounter. read more

AMAZING SERVICE!!!!! This place would receive more than 5 stars if I could. We were in our 25 year old RV on a road trip to and back from Washington. We had replaced the 2 front tires before the trip and had Discount check all the others....they were fine. On the way back home to San Diego, our rear inner tire blew on the 5 freeway....they weren't fine. Call AAA at 2:47pm and they said under an hour.....an hour and a half later....still no AAA. A CHP officer pulled up and escorted us at 5mph off the freeway to the next exit so we would be safe. Contacted AAA to fin out a status.....now it was another hour. We started calling tire places to see if any were close....Les Schwab was about 5 min aways but 9 miles in order to not get on the freeway. We called and they told us no problem just tow it in. Well at 5:15 still no AAA and the close at 6! We decided to limp via the 9 mile bike route going 10 mph the whole way. We kept calling Les Schwab to say we were still on our way and again...no problem. We got there about 6:20pm thinking they would have closed (with no help from AAA)....nope...they stayed open for us. We pulled right into the bay for large vehicles and within 20 minutes we had 2 new tires. I was so thoroughly impressed with their service I cannot say enough good things. I have bought tires and batteries from this Les Schwab in past years, mostly satisfied but no one is perfect. This brings us to today, the brakes on my daughter's car were not working right. My daughter is moving to Sacramento for school in 3 days. I as a dad was worried that She would have gotten to Sac. and her brakes failed causing an accident or worse. My wife took her car to Les Schwab this morning and in less than a minute the car was in the bay. They checked all 4 brake pads and they were all at least 50% so no need to replace those they said. Possibly the master cylinder but before that they wanted to try to adjust the back drum brake shoes, They adjusted them and the brakes work great. I am so relieved. The best part NO CHARGE!!! What? I wish we could leave a tip but I can at least leave a review for the best service I have received in a long long time. They will be getting more of my business in the future. read more

The service after Les Schwab died is terrible. Now all they are after is money even if they have to cheat you to get it. They charged my elderly mother for a brake job and a new rotor for her car and did not replace the rotor or change the brakes. She had been a customer for years but after my father died they started taking advantage of her, over charging her for services she didn't need, said they did and had not done on more than one occasion. But even then she was a dedicated customer. At least until I proved to her they were cheating her. She had to take it to another shop to get the work done by real professionals who weren't looking to make a quick buck for corporate. I'll never recommend this store to anyone and they lost a loyal customer due to this. read more

Tires and rims purchased from les schwab. After 40k Miles it's time for new tires. Schwab states the key I have for my lug nuts will not work so my tires cannot be dismounted. They do not carry a key that fits my lug nut. I leave drive down the road to different tire shop they find the right one. Swap tires and do it for 60 bucks cheaper. Schwab told me if I would have called for a flat repair on the side of the road they would have had to call a tow truck... fine tire shop they are. read more

At the beginning of 2016, I purchased 4 Goodyear Wrangler tires from Walmart in Redding and an oil change. Walmart techs broke my idle control motor while incorrectly checking and installing the air filter and failed to stand behind their work to repair it. I then, in October went in to have the tires rotated and the Anderson Walmart refused to honor the extended plan, road hazard and lifetime rotation and balancing I paid extra for telling me in 2 locations that the sale is not in their system EVEN THOUGH I HAVE THE RECEIPT.
