About a week later we reviewed a hand written thank you card in the mail from Claunch's. Who does that anymore? I quoted all the local shops before I chose Claunch's. They were all pretty similar in price but I felt like the other shops didn't care one way or another about earning a new customer. I don't usually leave reviews... but felt like I had to…read more no one had tires to fit my car and I had to order them online. called les Schwab and told them, and tried to schedule an appointment. they guy had bad customer service and just told me to go online to schedule an appointment. so I'd did. came in and waited just over 1/2 hr, after my appointment and they told me they could not change my tires cause I bought them online. Their customer service is not that good. the guy at the counter tried to beat around the bush, so I drove over to commercial tire and they helped me out right away (faster and cheaper). their customer service was top-notch! excellent experience. I will never go to Les Schwab in Mountain Home again.
