My Mom's car was in need of a tire rotation and she thought it was included free with her tire purchase here one year ago. I called to verify and it was. Whoever answered the phone was very pleasant and professional. He indicated that it would usually take 30-45 minutes to complete the service. So I figured I'd take it in the following morning when they opened at 8am and wait for the service to be completed. I've had good auto service and tire shop experiences before but nothing like this! First, as I was pulling in to the parking space one of the service techs greeted me at the car and asked how they could help me today. I thought this might have been just a coincidence of the exact time I pulled in or something but as I waited in the Lobby I watched another customer arrive and was handled the exact same way. Now that IS 5 star customer service! The lobby is clean and even has a window counter with stools and USB charging ports for customers that are waiting. The service was completed quickly, probably less then 30 minutes. It included a visual inspection report for tires, brakes, alignment and suspension. A true 5 star experience. My nieces husband handled the original transaction on the new tires which I assume went similarly since he recommended this tire shop. What I can say for sure is that the price was competitive. The added value of having a tire shop very close to my Moms home that doesn't make me cringe at the thought going there is priceless. read more

Arrogant idiots. The installer re- used rotten Valve stems on a new Tire installation. Consequently I had a flat tire in the middle of nowhere on a Motorhome trip. When the Manager was approached about this his reply was the Valve stems still looked good. Instead of apologizing for the installer not bringing the rotten Valve stems to my attention he chose this arrogant reply. I prefaced the conversation with the Manager that I didn't want anything in return for the mistake. Knowing how low budget Les Schwab Tire Centers are." Where's the Beef"? read more
