And sometimes the estimate ended up being considerabley lower than actual end cost. But overall I believe they are totally honest fixing what needs to be fixed and no more. Most reputable dealerships would allow it, for a pre purchase inspection, which is what I should…read morehave done to begin with. They wouldn't allow it because they have their own mechanic. So now I need to contact the attorney general, the BBB. and FTC. Pretty sure they can't change anything but, if it gets one person to ask questions and have it looked at closely by a professional then I helped somebody.
