Jason went above and beyond to make it right for me. I think Carlos is the other persons name. He was making sure I was safe too and absolutely doing his job and I was unfairly emotional at them. After I arrived, he claimed he had texted that the set was sold. I don't text and drive, and he had already confirmed availability before I left. My records show he didn't send that message until 11:23 AM--about 40 minutes after I departed. With gas over $5 per gallon, I didn't appreciate the wasted time, cost, and wear on my vehicle, especially when he then tried to sell me different tires. His attitude was smug and dismissive.
