I took my car here after my wife took it to American tire depot. They fixed my flat after the tire depot told my wife the tire needed to be replaced and wouldn't even show her where it was punctured. Yesterday, while driving to work, l encountered a small road hazard which damaged one the tires on my F150. I recalled a Les Schwab Tire Center located nearby my shop. if i could give 0 stars i would. i took my car here 10/21 to get my tires rotated and 10/22 my car was shaking dramatically. i would deem it a coincidence if it wasn't the 3rd time something has gone wrong shortly after taking it to a les schwab location for either a repair or addition to my vehicle. i called regarding my concerns and they went on to state my brakes were on backwards (how have i not died yet since i replaced them december 2022?), and how did they not see the brake installation the day they rotated the tires? overall, sketchy service and sketchy people. read more

I went to Les Schwab on a Saturday 09/14/19. I needed an oil change and I normally go to Valvoline but they get extremely packed on Saturday mornings. I did some googling and found out that they now do oil changes! They offer two types of oil change services (pic attached). I arrived at 12:15pm and I saw them take my car in at 12:50pm and was ready at 1:30pm. The good thing is that the waiting area is clean and welcoming. They have a phone charging area and offer complementary coffee, water and popcorn to munch on while you wait. Overall my experience was good. I would return due to the good customer service and communication. They do try and upsell, showed me my "dirty" engine air filter and suggested I replaced. It was so clean! I literally changed it back in July! Lol since I'm a younger girl I think they try and fool us lol read more

Came in with a tire that was losing pressure. The Assistant Manager Mario helped me out. He removed a nail and patched the tire. He pointed out that the tire had a bubble in it so I bought 1 tire. They said they couldn't do it so we went a little further up the road to Les Schwab on foothill and Fontana who also closes at six the man told us no problem we'll get you done. I had to go to a meeting so I left my wife there. They took care of her vehicle for her got her tire repaired and she went to pay them afterwards and they wouldn't take the money. I was less than 3.5 miles from successfully delivering my daughter back to her mother's home when I pulled over to check the tires and, sure enough, back passenger tire is flat. I'm going to blame the winter storm that was pouring at the time and my confoundedly bad luck. After coming to pick up our daughter my ex-wife suggested I come to Les Schwab Tire Center because they were excellent and treat their customers excellently. So was not wrong. Within minutes they had my information, key fob, and my car in a service bay. A few minutes later they brought my flat tire in and showed me the internal damage on the tire and recommended I replace the tire. When informed the tire was a recent purchase from my dealership they said they'd clean it and bag it and put it in my trunk so the dealership can do what they can do for me. They got an inexpensive but appropriate new tire for me, mounted, balanced, and I was out the door in nearly no time flat...and for far less than I had anticipated it costing me. I took my wife's Honda in for tire rotation, small oil leak and brake check. The tech told me that my rear brakes need to be replaced but also wanted to replace my calipers. I asked him if they are damaged and he said no. As part of their brake job they need to be replaced so they can become part of their warranty. This is such crap, replace good factory Honda calipers with rebuild ones. My service was good but this type of business is unacceptable. read more
