I had an excellent experience with Gerry and Ethan. They were professional, kind, and provided outstanding service. They even caught a leak, which I greatly appreciated and could have become a much bigger issue if it had gone unnoticed. What really stood out to me was how accommodating they were to me as a mom with my children. They made it possible for me to take care of payment right from my car, which may seem like a small gesture, but when you have kids with you, that kind of consideration makes a huge difference. Thank you both for going above and beyond! I do want to mention one concern for management--not as a reflection on Gerry or Ethan, because they were wonderful. On extremely hot days, I was surprised to see the working conditions these men are expected to work in without fans or another way to help keep them cool. They work hard and represent the company very well, and I truly believe management should make sure their employees have adequate equipment to work safely and comfortably in extreme heat. I love this jiffy lube! They are always so quick, I'm never waiting in line to be serviced. The guys are all so great and helpful as well, I haven't encountered anyone that wasn't nice! I am a loyal customer here and this is always my first choice to get serviced here. It's quite affordable and there's always some sort of coupon that helps me out too. Went in to have oil change done, fast service, nice staff but they didn't install my air filter box correctly apparently as my check engine light went on a week after service and car had no power when pressing accelerator, wouldn't go more than 20 mph. After taking to dealer and spending $160 diagnostic fee, found out it was because this didn't properly reinstall my air filter box they opened to check filters. $160 I didn't need to spend gone. read more

This location did not have the synthetic oil that I needed, so she called the Chevrolet dealership and coordinated everything for me to get the right oil. I came in confused because the sticker in my car said one thing, but my car's maintenance sensor was saying something completely different. Wynnter was so helpful! She took the time to actually check my oil to make sure I really needed a change and it turns out I didn't. Instead of trying to charge me for something unnecessary, she explained everything clearly and even reset my car's oil maintenance setting so it would notify me properly next time. Absolutely terrible experience at Jiffy Lube in Rancho. I went in for a fleet-authorized oil change authorized by "Mystro Driver"that clearly states it can be used at any participating location which is paid by them and of course free to me. The lady manager was incredibly rude and repeatedly insisted the program "doesn't exist." I showed her the authorization directly on the app, and instead of trying to help, she claimed it was fake, never seen before. To make matters worse, I called another Jiffy Lube location while standing there, and they immediately said, "Of course we honor that -- come on in." This also wasn't my first bad experience at this location. I've been there a few times and the service has consistently been subpar, but this manager took it to another level. Customer service clearly means nothing here. She was argumentative, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. A little professionalism and basic customer care training would go a long way. BTW -- I ended up going to another Jiffy Lube location, gave them the fleet name, fleet ID, and PO number, and they processed the oil change with no issues at all. read more
