This place is a rip off! $80 for an oil change. Six quarts of conventional 30w @ $3 ea is $18...they charged $56 for labor! Done in ten minutes. Who in the hell do they think they are? Then the lady tried to tell me the oil is more than $3 a quart and that the computer puts it out like that. Bullshit, you're a bunch of thieves! I used to take all of my family's cars there, no more, never again! You've lost our business and I hope others follow suit! Shame on you. Worst fucking service ever the only reason why I agreed to come to this place and I didn't even ask for prices because I was desperate for an oil change due to mechanical issues on my car. A lot of places were busy today and this was the only place willing to do my car with no appointment and the guys that worked there just sit around and stand and don't even ask or greet you when you first come in to the garage and honestly, the prices are horrible. Please don't come here $100 for a fucking oil change as a female even I know better to not pay that much for an oil Change and trust me I've had plenty of foreign cars and this one isn't even foreign to be dealing with this bullshit I will never come here again. The absolute worst mechanic in the area. Ripped me off to do an oil change so there's that. I think someone mentioned they were charged $80, I was charged $140. Next I need a sensor replaced and it took them almost two weeks to find and install the part. One of the guys said he needed gas money to go to the dealership to pick up the part where it wasn't even the correct wiring. They charged me around $600 total so I used a finance payments and they had the nerve to charge me $200 on top because they fixed the finance charge so they can come up on cash. WHAT A CON. MAKING ME PAY MORE BECAUSE I DIDN'T PAY CASH. Then when I got my car out, not even two days after my car was smoking out both exhausts pipes. I took it back and they said they had connected some hose and oil had entered the turbo and flooded it causing it to smoke. RUINED MY CAR. Whatever excuse they was it to give is useless because they had my car for almost two weeks again! FUCK THIS PLACE. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF AND TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. Go to a real mechanic. Rude people there. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION SKILLS. They had my car for almost a month total combined just for them to destroy it. IF YOU WANT A GOOD SERVICE, DONT GO HERE!!! I left a bad review two years ago and they just replied to me saying they changed the oil pan and stayed late hours for me... LIES! I had to go somewhere else to get the pan and oil changed, only to find out they put some kind of glue to cover up the leak they created on my car making me pay for double oil change in one day. They didn't stayed late for me, the owner made me drive to another office around 8:30-9:00pm just to "make sure" the other mechanic did a good job and give me back a little over half the money I paid that day after tons of excuses about what happened. My brother made the mistake of going to them after what happened to me and as expected.. they did the same thing to his car. read more

I asked for my receipt after I gave them $80. The guy told me that they cannot give me a receipt. I ask for a handwritten note saying that they did that service for me but they refuse. After the horrible, most disrespectful, and the worst service received from a person let alone a person in "service" From the beginning all the way until the very end, I was laughed at, swindled, forced to pay for services we did not agree upon. These guys are thieves. They over charged my mom. My mom's ford explorer was liking coolant. So we had no option but to take it to the nearest mechanic. The mechanic said he was gonna put new parts from the dealer. It turns out he didn't. Plain and simple he charged us 780 dollars to change the water pump and Thermostat. My mom felt they took advantage of her. So she calls her mechanic in Anaheim it turns out we overpaid alot, they literally took advantage of the situation. My mom's mechanic said 450 for everything was a fair price. Especially since they didn't put the original parts like they said they would. They charged my mom 574 just for labor. I would never take my vehicle back there again. The mechanic does not drain all the oil out when he does the oil change. Uses the same funnel on every car. The cashier wasn't very friendly. Tbh was my 1st choice always till today I encounter an older man who had curly hair with I believe a Central American accent he was so unprofessional started yelling at me and his staff for no apparent reason and including a little boy who was also working with them sucks if it was his son. This place is a total scam. Jesse told me he would charge me a certain price I get there and ask to pay an additional $60 when he made it clear he would contact me if anything else would be done. His response was I was out of the office so he was unable to let me know ". But he had contacted me directly from his phone lol. He also asked if I can pay in cash the amount I was suppose to pay and I get there and asked me to pay more. He said he got that part from Honda so I contacted Honda to confirm the price and the part price doesn't match what he put in my invoice so he obviously lied and over charged me. Looking at these comments I realize that it happens to girls. I don't recommend this place they're dishonest. So according to @Best Lube & Tune shop in fontana, my brake pedal is spongy soft because: the back brakes need to be replaced, no its the emergency parking brake that is not working, wait, its the pedal itself that is loose, and finally...your master cylinder needs to be replaced. Seriously?! Everything was fine until i left my truck there for 3 hours and now i need to replace all of these things!!!! They wont even try to bleed my brakes properly just in case there is air trapped in the line! UPDATE: So i took my truck to another shop and they knew the problem right away. Best Lube & Tune did not bleed all 4 pistons which was needed on my truck. This is exactly what i told the "techs" from Best Lube & Tune and they did not listen. read more

Bring car back and they said it's not something they did. Offered to check it free, but there will be a charge for parts and labor. I'm assuming they put too much oil and caused a seal to break. I was referred to Best Lube and Tune by a friend because I was complaining about my regular mechanic who quoted me a price on my air conditioner on my Impala because the air wasn't coming out cold. My regular mechanic told me that two other parts needed to replaced at the price of $800! Took it to Best Lube and Tune and Joe fixed it for $150. He said I didn't need those parts as they were fine. Now the air conditioner works great. I also had my car serviced there the second time and was quoted $50. less and 4 days faster than what my regular mechanic was going to charge me. Joe and his wife Martha were very nice. They even drove me home and picked me up because my car was going to be there a day. I will start using them for all my car repairs. read more
