Please do not go to this location! My husband dropped off his truck to have TPMS sensors swapped between two different sets of wheels and tires. We got the truck and spare set of wheels back and thought everything was finished only to get home and discover the spare set did not have TPMS sensors and someone at the shop decided they were going to keep them for themselves. They were supposed to be put in the spare set and even if they were confused about the service they should have asked if we wanted the sensors back. Very untrustworthy. No warranty is worth having your property taken from you. read more

Had to get a tire replaced quickly with the snow rolling in. They were the only shop able to fit me in same-day, and they absolutely delivered. They offer a variety of services and nice facility but cannot recommend for alignment services. The steering wheel was not straight when the vehicle was going straight. Over the last few days post service, the vehicle has set an automatic -5° steering offset. That indicates to me that the alignment was not using a straight wheel as a reference point. I'm choosing to believe the wheels are in alignment with each other. The upside is they have the cheapest alignment pricing I found for my vehicle but this location is quite out of the way. I unfortunately cannot justify spending more time going to this location. read more

Hospitality is the first thing that comes to mind. This location has the most beautiful indoor waiting area I have seen from an auto shop. This business takes responsibility for the work that they do and it shows. I was surprised to find not only do they do tires, but breaks as-well. Randy was the BEST! He helped me select the perfect tires, immediately jumped on the task, personally removing my old tires and installing the new! He explained siping, got me the billing, and treated me lime I actually WAS someone, calling me, "Ms. Valerie! He even installed the windshield wipers that I'd purchased and hadn't had time to get ON the Jeep! He absolutely made my day better! Today, as I drive, my Jeep "feels healthier!" Woke up this morning and saw the dreaded tps sensor on saying I had 23psi on my passenger front tire. I called Les Schwab and asked how quick they could take me in, the receptionist said just bring it in and we'll have you done in 40 mins. So I added some air at the local gas station and brought the truck in. I was warmly greeted by a woman at the front who took my info down and the keys. Within 40 mins my tire was repaired at no charge. Honestly I never encountered service, people, or a facility like this before. I'm from NJ and recently located to this area and this is not the type of service you see out on the east coast. This location the people all were friendly, the facility was clean and inviting, the shop associates all took pride in their work and hustled. I feel like I went back in time 30 years ago when interacting with this business where there was quality and customer satisfaction. How about Positive News! My daughter's car had a very low tire and we drove into Les Schwab in Lafayette at 845 N Hwy 287 in front of Kohls and were very pleased with the amazing service we received. The young Tech, Tyler ran out and told us to pull into the garage and he'd fill up all the tires and check out the low tire. He had to pull out a large nail and repair the tire. When he was done, he explained what he had found and said it was a free service and he wouldn't even take a tip. It's a great day when we receive professional service! read more

Requested brakes service, the tech told me the brake pads were fine and did not need to be replaced. Fast forward a couple of weeks and some fluttering in my brake pedal. Turns out my brake pads were less than 1mm. If you are busy and cannot service a vehicle or do not want the business that's fine. However flat out lying about the state of brakes of all things is embarrassing. read more

The service was good but they are probably the more expensive car shop I've been to. And they didn't give me a mid-range option. For my car that has over 200,000 miles on it they would only use premium parts and charged for parts and that other shops would consider nice to have but unnecessary. As I said, good service just wish they had more pricing and standard part options. read more

Scheduled an appointment for a tire rotation. Sat at the shop for 45 minutes and noticed my car hadn't moved. I asked for an update and they said they're not sure they can take care of the rotation but she would be pleased to reschedule? Reschedule for what purpose?!? So I can show up to the next appointment and not get taken care of? What's worse, the manager Ryan couldn't even take time to apologize directly. Back to back bad experiences with Les Schwab. We've always been partial to Discount Tires excellent customer service. However, we heard LS exceeded theirs. So my husband took a trailer over there for new tires before a trip out of state to service a customer. He asked them to call as soon as it was done. They did not. He had to call them the next day, not a big deal if you don't have a $20,000 piece of equipment in the back. Negligent on their part. Moreover, we priced a set of 4 tires there on another vehicle. $70 more than Discount Tire (exactly the same tires)! I can see paying $20-$30 more, but $70 and poor customer service. We will stick with DT! read more

Service took nearly 50% longer than anticipated for tire install, and 2+ wheels were scratched through to the metal around the lips. Service manager Cody has been very helpful in attempting to resolve the issue, and the initial damage has been repaired but there is now new damage around the wheel caps and lug nuts/studs that is being "looked in to." At this point I can't recommend this location to anybody that is particular about their car, at least as it relates to wheel finish. I will update my review if the situation changes. Updated review with photos of damage after the initial repairs were made. read more

The staff here is so friendly, honest and helpful. I went in thinking I had a nail in my tire but turns out the tread on my tires was almost gone. They were able to get me a fair price on new tires, replaced them and even stayed late to make sure my car was safe to drive home. I couldn't recommend them any more! Took my car in for an alignment. Was told it would take an hour. Two hours later, I called and the person said "oh, um, they're working on it." Another 90 minutes later they called me and said my tie rods were seized, and needed to be replaced for over $500, or they could not complete the alignment. Also said that they were so bad, they would have to be cut out of the car. I felt I had no choice so I approved this work. Was called later and told they could not finish it this day, and would have to leave the car overnight. The next day, SIX hours after they opened, I called, and was told someone was about to start work. I told them I wanted the parts they removed, for inspection. HOURS later I was called and told maybe the car could not be finished that day, either. I demanded they finish it. At 8:30 PM, well after they were closed, they finally called and told me the car was ready. When I went in, the desk person lied to me and told me they started at 11:30, when I was told on the phone at 1 PM that no one had started. In any case, this was NINE hours after they claimed to have started, and that was 24 hours after they took my car. Tie rods take an hour to replace. And, not only did they lie about all this, they did provide me with almost all the parts they replaced and NOTHING was frozen or seized. This is fraud. I will be pursuing this further. read more

After my second visit, still shocked at how great this tire center is. I must've run over a box of nails or something because I had 4 nails in one tire and 1 nail in the other, they repaired the tires and had them remounted in about an hour while I was at the gym across the parking lot. My car was making a noise while pushing a break, I took my car, initially quoted 250 dollars, went for schedule and quoted 650, I was ok with that. They provided me with warrenty. My car was still making the noise. After they claimed it was fixed, I did not see anybody take it for a spin to chaeck it was fixed. I took it today and they said it was rear breaks and its going to be another 148 dollars. The guy took the key and while in the store they give me a call not checking I was still at their store. they should have checked everything in the first place, i did not like the surprises after surprises. I am never taking my car their any time soon. read more

This company on Hwy 287 near Lafayette exceeded my expectations with excellent customer service. I had a flat tire while heading to work. An advisor came out to my car, took my keys, got my car in and even brought me coffee while i waited. The tire was repaired, other tires checked and he said there was no charge for the service. I didn't even buy my tires there. This is what i call excellent customer service. Courteous, helpful and attention to detail. I've always been a devoted Les Schwab client and received exceptional service but boy I gotta say these guys exceeded my expectations. My boyfriend and I recently bought a Dodge ProMaster Van and we needed some better quality tires than the ones the van originally cane with. We went in and we were taken care of immediately with prompt service and each staff member was very friendly. They even stayed an hour later than closing time to take care of our tire needs, thanks to all working hard and staying late.
