I was visiting a nearby business when I noticed a tire was a bit low. I went to the gas station next door to air up the tire, but it was clearly losing too much air. So I began to put the spare tire on. With the leaking tire off, but the spare not on yet, the cheap POS jack that Jeep put into the Libertys decided to collapse. My wife goes over to Les Schwab to try and borrow another jack. A guy comes over with a jack and puts the spare on. Takes my Liberty over to the shop to repair the leak. Puts the tire back onto my Jeep and the spare back on the tailgate tire holder. No charge. Saved my day. They now own me, and I am going to tell everyone I know this story. This shop has serviced my tire/alignment needs for the past few years, and has always done a great job. They fully stand behind their 60-day satisfaction guarantee, which I know from firsthand experience. I purchased a set of 4 tires for my F-150, drove them for 2500 miles, and realized it just wasn't the right tire. I went back in and told them I wanted a different tire, and that was it. The manager Justin does not pay attention to detail and will go back on his word. I had discussed one morning with Justin what I should do abt my blown tire and bent rim, I wanted to get new wheels anyway . He told me about a deal on some gold 18 in rims that would fit my car. We shook hand and agreed to meet the next morning. The next morning I come and drop my car off and agree on a price for the 18 in wheels and tires combination. I then ubered to work. About 3 hours later they call me and tell me the wheels do not fit may car and the next best deal they can get me ON 17 IN RIMS! was 400 dollars more expensive. I called and spoke with Justin himself and asked him if he could honor the original deal we had agreed upon and he said he would not. They told me the wheels would fit on my exact car, I am frustrated because I wasted my time and effort getting my car there and they literally pulled the rug out from under me after making me a great deal. Discovered a screw was causing a 1 PSI per day leak in my front left tire. I called them up based on other good reviews and they said they had time today as a walk-in or tomorrow if I wanted an appointment. I told them I'd be right over. It took them about 20 minutes to repair the hole and send me on my way with no charge. I did not expect that. Everybody was wearing a mask which is reassuring because we're still deep in "covid life" right now so that was also appreciated. Nobody was within 30 feet of me where I hung out at one of the tables. Definitely plan to visit them sometime next year when I'm ready for new tires (though not many miles going on them these days!) read more

I called to have a custom set of SUV/Truck tires ordered for delivery and installation on my Tacoma. I called two different people, three times, with the communication being they would call me when they found the tires i wanted. 5 days later and no call. I emailed customer service and i got a call immediately. The person who called said that I had not recieved a call back becuase the original employee who fielded my request had left on vacation. Then this person i was talking to said they could not source my tire request because it would cost Les Schwab $400 to ship to their store. Lastly this person on the phone tried to convince me that a different type of tire was the "exact" same as the one I had requested. At this point I just went to Big - O Tire in Longmont. Big-O Tire had my order taken, delivery in progress and scheduled for installation (the next day), in ten minutes. My new tires are awesome. Big-O didn't hand me excuses, attempt to sell me a different product than which I requested, or try to tell me about all the problems they encountered as a company. I have used Les Schwab several times but this was my first visit to this location as I was passing through town. I was having problems with my front right brake so I made an appointment. The problem was diagnosed quickly and the caliper was under warranty and was quickly replaced. My tires were balanced and rotated and I was on my way. Awful place. Aside from being incredibly overpriced their service is non existent. Super snotty kid working at front desk who couldn't stop rolling his eyes at every question. When asked to check two bolts next to the alignment adjustment, which is considered something normally done when doing an alignment is as told it would cost me 50 dollars to check one bolt on each side of the car, literally 4 inches from the bolt they adjust the alignment. Any shop that knows anything about doing an alignment or one that actually cares checks all control arm bolts when doing one. It is called service. This place is a joke. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. My 17 year old son brought his car in with a flat tire. He was told it was "ripped" and unrepairable. Then he was told he had to buy 4 brand new tires. Instead, I took it to Discount Tires on Hover and they repaired the PUNCTURE and charged me nothing for the repair. Integrity in business is everything. This is especially true in the car repair business. This business either demonstrated their willingness to take advantage of a young man and their lack of integrity or their inability to correctly diagnose a problem. As my son put it, "It's a good thing I'm not rich. I would have trusted them and paid $500." He learned a valuable lesson. I hope you learn from it too. read more

I had a low tire light and had it filled up twice. The second time, I talked to Justin, and also asked him for a recommendation for general Subaru maintenance. I needed to do routine maintenance, like a 20,000 mile checkup. He told me most of the stuff is on their courtesy check. Justin asked me to come back with my owners manual. So, they checked brakes, struts, tires, all the stuff in my manual for 15,000 and 20,000 miles and gave me documentation for my warranty. He also patched the hole in my tire. He said my tires would last another 10,000 miles. The total bill --$0. Very good service, lots of good tips. I know where I'll be buying my next tires! read more

Thought I'd found the right tire company for me. I purchased a set of tires from these guys a year or so ago. Was happy with price and service. Swapped out tires with snows late last year and then had them changed back about a month ago. $60/ changeout. Fair enough. However the last 2 weeks have been disastrous with these tires and the service from these guys. Shortly after the change out from snows, I had a blow out. After changing tire on the side of the road I couldn't find any reason for the blow out. I took tire back to have them repair or find the reason for the blowout. Lucky for me I was going slow and it was a rear tire. They replaced the tire and admitted it was a mounting error on their part. Ok, I get sometimes folks make mistakes, and they did the right thing. Less than a week later I almost lost another tire(front driver). The bulge in the thing was enormous. It was ready to pop the beed. Very scary part was I was coming down from the mountains via Boulder Canyon. Very curvy. Once again I'm forced to change out a tire on a busy roadway. Once again I'm forced to change my schedule, lose work time and return for yet another explanation of this. I'm told defective tire this time. They replaced and remounted for free. I'm now wondering how long before I lose the other 2 original tires. Coincidence or perhaps all tires were damaged and they only wanted to cop to 1. I've never had a tire blow out and come off a rim ...ever! 2 in less than a week. Must say I'm very concerned about the safety factor on these tires. Having to demand that all tires were checked for proper installation on 2nd go around is what has me a bit miffed by the service. Seems to me when they knew there was an issue the first time, this check would have been performed then. Still debating on whether I'll return or not for future business. Watch these guys will try and rip you off. The wife took our 2001 Ford F250 diesel with only 78,000 miles to them for an alignment check after I saw the driver side front tire wearing a bit on the inside when I was rotating the tires. I talked to David that works there and he told me that it needed BOTH tie rods and the drag link replaced to the tune of $380 plus the $79 for alignment after he changes the parts. I asked him how that was possible with the low mileage, I'd never even hit a curb with the truck and the front end parts on these F250's are quite beefy. His response was, "Those big old heavy diesel trucks wear out front ends fast". I knew this was a line of BS as our truck tracks straight and I had the front end off the ground before it went in to them and I checked everything myself and there was NO play in the front end. A few days later I took the truck to Bear Alignment in Loveland and the guy said it was hardly out of alignment at all. He had to tweak the driver side just a bit and said the wear to the tire could have even been a slipped belt in the tire causing it to wear to the inside a bit. He said no other components of the front end were worn and the truck was like new. And the alignment was only $75. Won't ever trust any Les Schawb's again. read more

What a joke. They refused to mount a replacement oem wheel due to "corporate" policy. The reality is that they want you to buy their overpriced junk rims. No thanks! Went to Big O tires and they said they would gladly mount and balance my replacement oem wheel on my car. read more

This was a 5 star review but after today I'm dropping them to 1 star. I have had my truck aligned 3 times at this shop and it still pulls left. After the 2nd alignment they said I needed new ball joints, so I installed them. After the 3rd alignment, I gave up. They just can't make it right. This issue was obviously upsetting, but today I go in for a rotation and I get told there's an hour wait. I said "great, we'll be back in an hour". The lady tells me that my truck must stay there because its first come, first serve. Unbelievable that I can't schedule an appointment here. The next time I buy $2,000 worth of rubber, I'll do it elsewhere and I wont have my family or friends using this shop's services either. Do yourself a favor and find another shop where they can do a proper alignment and will schedule you. read more

Terrible Service! I ran over something... Small not sure what it was but my car detected tire damage. I took my car to these clowns. First of all the tire was beyond repair and the wheel was damaged. Definitely not their fault. When I was informed of the situation, their solution was to order a wheel and tire for the car, because they did not carry the size that my vehicle needed. Nice idea but they don't carry the brand of tires, or type of tires that were on my car. Instead of telling me that, ...they were going to order 1 tire with a different tread pattern albeit the correct size to solve the problem. YOU CAN'T DO THAT! 1 tire mounted with different tread could be dangerous when driving. They never offer to sell me 2 tires or give me additional options. That was it. Just get the problem solved and get out of my store. I left, after a friend came to pick me up. I went to get another tire. The same brand and tread as what was on the car, and a new wheel. Took the new wheel and tire back to them. NOW they won't mount or balance it because I didn't buy it from them. They didn't inform me of that either. I wouldn't have even came back if I would have known. Completely wasted my time. Not like I had a great experience and wanted to see these idiots again. What exactly is it that you guys do at your not very busy tire shop anyway boys? Sorry to bother you guys. I will take my money elsewhere. Don't think that my driving family of 6 or any of our friends will deal with you EVER. Seriously people you are better off going to Discount Tire or Big O Tire. The other places are busy, I get it...
