I brought my truck in with a bolt in the RF tire and the Mgr. asked if I could leave it because they were quite busy. I didn't want to drive it so I sat out in the truck expecting to wait the 2 hrs. that the Mgr. had told me the wait time was. After about 30-45 minutes one of the young men came out and said let's get you in and taken care of. I was back on the road in 20 min. My recent experience with Les Schwab gives me serious reservations about their warranty practices. I brought my Honda CRV in for an alignment. Shortly after, a strut top mount bushing unfortunately failed. While I can't definitively say the alignment caused the bushing to fail, the timing was certainly suspicious. The real issue arose when I sought the alignment warranty coverage. Because I had replaced the failed bushing, (to get my vehicle safely back on the road), Les Schwab informed me they would not honor the warranty on the alignment. I've since reviewed their public "Alignment and Chassis Warranty" carefully. It outlines a lifetime parts warranty and a 12-month labor warranty, along with a 30-day alignment guarantee. Crucially, their written warranty does not contain any clause stating that the warranty is voided if the customer replaces a failed part. Their listed exclusions are for abuse or collision, not for a customer making a repair to address a subsequent issue. This policy, which seems to go beyond their stated warranty terms, is concerning. It creates a situation where, even if a problem arises shortly after their service, a customer might be penalized for taking the initiative to address an issue. This experience makes me question their commitment to customer satisfaction and the transparency of their warranty coverage. read more

I got my rear breaks replaced on 4/21/25. I went back on 8/18/25 complai of squeaking back breaks. les schwab blew out dust and cleaned the breaks. I still continued to have squeaking breaks. couple of days ago my break fluid started leaking. I took my suv to perfection and told them about and gave them approval to touch or do whatever with the back tires. Perfection had to replace my rotor and calibers. So the rotors that Les Schwab put on must have been cheap or rebuilt. I will never trust them with my vehicles again. read more

Very unreliable, will make up things that need to be fixed just to up-charge everyone. Went to a different business for a second opinion and mentioned what this facility stated. Did not need the extra work completed, was also cheaper with better quality at a the other facility. We cannot trust this Les Schwab. Not reliable! We gave this place a second chance since it's closest to our home we brought a single tire here just to get it changed. Manager was very rude and refused to change the tire without us buying 4 tires. The single tire tread was at 7/32" with a hole on the sidewall from a pothole. This place will take advantage of people! We have given them multiple chances with their services but would rather drive anywhere else. read more

40 year LS customer here. It's been a rough last few years though. Customer service isn't what it used to be. The young woman at the front desk has always been lovely even when faced with cranky or entitled folks. Most concerning is the quality of the work. I bought new tires a couple of years ago. I religously rotate them. I have been going to the North Division location but have had several sketchy experiences. Once, I was told I needed new wheels. What? I left and went to the downtown LS and was told absolutely not. Now a year later, that North location can't seem to remember to put my stem caps back on my vehicle. this has happened 5 times. Last month, I took my car in for a rotation. I specifically mentioned the caps and asked that they be sure to put them back on. They tried to charge me. Nope. I refused to pay. So they comp'd that. Then I was told that my tires are worn so I need new tires and they won't rotate them again and my front and rear brakes were in the red zone. When I got home and told my husband, he was ticked off. He had just replaced those brakes literally the night before. He spoke to the manager and was told that the employee who noted that had been there for over 20 years. I don't care if he's LS risen, he was wrong about my brakes and I just can't trust them now. I listened to them upsell and practically bully a gal into replacing her TPMS until she was nearly in tears and left. What is wrong with this place now? BTW, my brakes are great! Creeps! read more

They charged me $460 for a wheel bearing replacement. Didn't resolve the issue I originally brought it in for. Now, in order to fix the issue that should have originally been fixed, they want another $350 for an entirely different part, and claimed my wheel bearing needed to be fixed anway! What a joke! Have been coming to this Les Schwab for 30+ years for all my tire needs. Went to another business, and they told me I needed new struts and new breaks, Les Schwab quoted me a lower price. In the 30 years of going to the Northwest Blvd Les Schwab in Spokane WA, I have never questioned their trust from their manager to the employees. I'm a decades-long Schwab customer. Recently went to this Schwab center for a flat tire repair. Was told tire's bead had failed but because of the chrome rim flaking they couldn't reseal it. Eventually provided an estimate for a new-used rim, plus mounting, etc. Total came to $325. Unwilling to pat that, I went to a small local tire repair shop...where they found a nail in the sidewall (Schwab said NOTHING about that detail) which made tire un- repairable. Purchased a decent used tire and they MOUNTED it on my chrome rim. Total cost: $45.00. I'm VERY disappointed in this Les Schwab center. Can't help but wonder if this experience represents the new Schwab ownership's business model? I hope not, but will now avoid Schwab for awhile... read more

Over promise under deliver. I'll be upfront, I'm a America's tire guy, so take this review for what's it's worth. GF has studs that need to put on and taken off and she loves this place. They charge about the same as America's tire but never have the car ready when they say they will. Last year it was close to 2 hours after they said it would be done. This year it's 3 hours late. That is unacceptable. If anyone in corporate reads this, understand one thing, tell us a truthful time. I don't care if it takes until 630PM but don't promise that it will be done by 4 and I get to wait and and wait and wait. I could have done other things. BTW America's tire has had me wait .... Once.....9 minutes longer than they promised. They apologized profusely. That is how a business should be done. BTW Les Schwab, your employees are great, just tell them to give actual time estimates. read more

I continue to have a poor experience at Les Schwab, whether it be for a rotation, purchasing tires, or seasonal change over. Doesn't matter if you have an appointment, it will still take an hour and a half plus. They don't communicate with you when things are backed up and even when they're clearly not busy it still takes absurdly long. They seem to spend more time trying to upsell you than provide good service. read more

After getting a flat tire while I had the flu and discovering I didn't have a full-sized spare, my only option (financially) was to bring my car in to Les Schwab and hope my tire was reparable. It wasn't. This was a huge bummer to me, but they put their legendary customer service and made it work. I have low profile tires on my car (note to self: get rid of these), so they cost about twice what any other size tire might. I didn't have the $270 to replace my front tires, so he found a (slightly) used tire for me and put it on the back and rotated my tires forward so I'd have uniform wear. The charge? $0. Thanks again, Les Schwab - you have effectively assured another round of uninterrupted customer loyalty. I have never gone anywhere else for tires or tire-related service, and now I probably never will. read more

I walked in on a busy Tuesday morning at 8 AM, along with everyone else in Spokane. I got a flat earlier and put the bad tire on the spare rack. They were friendly, and said they would address the nail in my spare tire. Then, I heard nothing. Finally, at 5 PM or later I called them to say I wouldn't be able to pick up my car until the next day. They said everything was finished--whether it was 2 min before I called or 8:45 AM, I'll never know. . . They didn't say anything about the repair or price, so I figured they WERE able to fix my tire, and I wouldn't need a new one. Everyone was helpful when I picked up the car Wednesday, and it only cost me $14 and change!!!! Super-affordable, helpful service, convenient location, but not enough communication. read more

I'm very happy with these folks as they were very accommodating and got us in and out quickly. Back in December, we needed snow tires on both my Wife's and Daughter's vehicles and we were able to get both taken care of quickly. My only minor complaint, but definitely not a deal breaker... Come April, we needed to have these removed. I had called and they stated that we did not need an appointment and to just come in. We went right in and we were told that they are not taking anymore vehicles today. Kinda annoying because we took both cars over. Well, when your wife's car is already on the fritz, and your car suddenly won't start, you're going to have a bad day. After I was able to get the car kick-started (I drive a manual), I drove it down to Les Schwab to replace the battery. They were able to confirm that my battery was, in fact, dead, and identified another minor issue that would prevent damage to the new battery. They even filled the air on my tires, which was almost certainly necessary after putting 3000 miles on the car in the span of a week. Great service, and everything was done within about an hour. Not bad at all. The only complaint I had was a bit of sticker shock. The battery cost more than I was anticipating, but it's a high-quality battery. Worth it, just know going in that you're going to pay for quality. read more

Huge shoutout to Les Schwab for putting snow tires on 4 cars in 5 hours on the day before Thanksgiving. All for people who lined up and waited outside the store for it to open in 30 degree weather. Rapid fire speed guys! If anyone needs a pit crew for your race car, these are your boys! I had tried two days in a row to get my tires changed at 2 and 3 pm, and both times they were booked solid for the rest of the day. I assumed it was just a heavy travel season, but the last people to get their cars done probably dropped them off at 10 AM. Again, A+ on the speed boys! Good tire prices but they have refused to mount tires my own supplied tires twice.. used two seasons and claim they were unsafe. Pretty outrageous when they call and say "you'll blow out and crash on the freeway" Bottom line is they want to sell you tires rather than deal with ones you bring in. read more

Fair Les Schwab with decent staff, wasn't charged for my tire and brake service as promised, but Sean, the technician working on my car was abhorable. When I asked a question and was provided an unsatisfactory answer I reworded the question, and he repeated his answer with sass. Tried to tell me I had to buy things from them to leave. My tires were on the edge of being bald but the wheels on when I brought it in didn't properly fit and I had to put the stocks on to get home. He called me mouthy for being annoyed at a possible/probable multiple hundred dollar charge and needing questions answered. Any other Les Schwab will do me fine as their business practices are great but never will I choose to work with Sean again. read more

***WARNING*** One month ago I purchased 4 new tires from this location and the employees at this location did not tighten the lug nuts on my rear driver side wheel. I was traveling from Seattle to Spokane when on I-90 when the rear driver side wheel broke completely off from my car. I was traveling at 70mph when it broke off from my car which then made my car swerve violently from lane to lane. It took me about 10 seconds to regain control of my car. If there were any vehicles in the lane next to me I would have side swiped them and if it happened to be a semi-truck next to me I probably would have died. This Les Schwab location and its employees are negligent and incompetent to perform the most basic and most important task when putting wheel on a car. Took my truck to Les Schwab to have a tie rod replaced and an alignment no the way home I noticed some clunking sound and a grinding feeling while turning So I Stopped at another Les Schwab that was closer to home Turned out they didn't tighten the tie rods after the alignment and driving it destroyed the threads on one of the tie rods and they refused to cover the damage caused by there neglect ended up costing another $200 on top of the $260 I just spent read more

I have been to this location a few times. I have never received anything but the very best service from every employee I have encountered. I have never felt that they are trying to cheat me in to buying something I don't need. In fact, they fixed my tire for free my very first time in the business. These guys go above and beyond the call of duty wherever you set the bar, honesty, integrity, customer service, all aspects. I couldn't be more grateful for the 15 minute experience I had this morning at this location. I had been hearing a strange rubbing/ buzzing noise on my way to drop my 2 year old of at day care. I had also smelt a burning rubber smell when I had gotten out. Being that I am clueless when it comes to cars I rushed in to les schwab hoping I could get a quick look before I had to be at work. A man named Frank approached me while I was waiting inside and immediately offered to check it out. I know they were busy but he was still so willing to give it a quick look and drive it around the block. He gave me a short list of possible issues and gave me the OK to drive to work. "But be sure to bring it back when I had more time." All I really needed to hear was that my vehicle was safe for me to operate until I could get it taken care of.
