However, everything about both of my visits was great! The office is nice and clean, the front desk girl is super sweet and she helps with some tests and such. Dr. Kazi was very thorough, has amazing bedside manner and is conservative in his treatment plan. I appreciate that in a Dr, as some might suggest to just cut your eye out. Phoned 3 times leading up to appt, no one answered. Finally received a call 5 minutes prior that the Dr is running 2 hours behind schedule. There are warnings all over the place saying they'll charge you a late fee. 2 hours. It took 20 minutes to get checked in--you have to write your name down and wait for the front desk to do so. Most staff in plain clothes, no badges, lanyards, or anything identifying, so it's incredibly hard to tell who works here. Have been here an hour. Have almost been run down twice by busy staff busily walking very importantly. They couldn't find my vision insurance using the same insurance card as I always use for vision, and wanted in-depth information about it I've never been asked before.

He let me know why he was doing all the checks and what to expect next. 5 stars Upon seeing her, about 50 minutes after my initial entry and preliminary exams, Dr. Kurzon was insightful and recommended a medication for eyelid that is new and could make a huge difference for my eye health. She departed the room a bit abruptly and another tech came in to lay out the tools for Dr. Kurzon to perform an in office procedure on my eye. 5 stars. I then waited for the doctor to come back, about 15 minutes. She did the procedure, then let me know verbally what I'd need to do the rest of the day and for about a week, plus pickup prescription at the drugstore. After the exam the Dr would not even meet with us and discuss..... Sent her assistant, very unprofessional .. spoke too fast, hard to understand.... .....who tried to push us into most expensive choice, two multi lenses....without any consultation ..... We later concluded she does not need, ....not just about cost, but not best for other reasons...... Dr would not meet with us to discuss......My 85 year old wife asked for a glass of water,.... she wouldn't get it for her!. ...I said. "I don't like this, I don't like you" . We're going somewhere else........ She said " I don't care if you like me." ...... I tried everything to get my neck to feel better (Chiropractor, Massage, Pain Meds, Physical Therapy, etc. etc.), but nothing worked. I finally took my doctor's advice and was referred to Dr Rampil, and after two treatments my neck is feeling great, with better range of motion and no more headaches! My only regret is that I didn't see Dr Rampil much sooner. Worth every penny!
