However, everything about both of my visits was great! The office is nice and clean, the front desk girl is super sweet and she helps with some tests and such. Dr. Kazi was very thorough, has amazing bedside manner and is conservative in his treatment plan. I appreciate that in a Dr, as some might suggest to just cut your eye out. Scheduling is a joke. They must be scheduling a patient every 5 minutes. No way are they going to make that schedule. One appointment was a 5 hour wait another 3 the shortest was around 1. Phone calls are just as bad. On hold 67 minutes and they say you can get a callback in order, 2 days later and if you can't take the call you have to start all over.

Unfortunately this office relies heavily on the optometry technicians to do most of the work. He let me know why he was doing all the checks and what to expect next. 5 stars Upon seeing her, about 50 minutes after my initial entry and preliminary exams, Dr. Kurzon was insightful and recommended a medication for eyelid that is new and could make a huge difference for my eye health. She departed the room a bit abruptly and another tech came in to lay out the tools for Dr. Kurzon to perform an in office procedure on my eye. 5 stars. I then waited for the doctor to come back, about 15 minutes. She did the procedure, then let me know verbally what I'd need to do the rest of the day and for about a week, plus pickup prescription at the drugstore. I wish it had been given to me in writing, as I was pretty anxious at the time. 4 stars. Checkout was clipped and professional. 4 stars. Upon seeing the doctor she was very dismissive and condescending. She was pretty much gaslighting me and then told me if my symptoms came back she wanted to see them as if she didn't believe me. I tried everything to get my neck to feel better (Chiropractor, Massage, Pain Meds, Physical Therapy, etc. etc.), but nothing worked. I finally took my doctor's advice and was referred to Dr Rampil, and after two treatments my neck is feeling great, with better range of motion and no more headaches! My only regret is that I didn't see Dr Rampil much sooner. Worth every penny!
