Every time I go to this place they are super knowledgeable and helpful. I got at least twice a week right now to get my pool hardness up and they always speak with. E and give me recommendations! Really love Sonia.

They guided me toward the AquaTerra Del Mar, a plug-and-play model that's also sold at Costco. They explained features I didn't even know about--like the diverter valve that lets you concentrate jet power on one side, which is perfect since it's usually just me using it. What really sets Sensible Spas apart from Costco is the full-service experience. They handle delivery, setup, and a full walkthrough of how to use and maintain the tub. When you buy their chemical starter kit, they even add the chemicals and balance the water for you. Plus, they provide future maintenance and repair support, something Costco doesn't offer. Highly recommend visiting their warehouse to check what's in stock. They even have scratch-and-dent models at discounted prices, which can be a great deal.

I recently purchased a hot tub for my family from Spa & Sauna Company, and Liam made the entire process exceptional from start to finish. Before visiting the store, I had done some research on the type of hot tub we wanted, but once you start looking seriously, the number of options becomes overwhelming--different brands, sizes, salt systems vs. traditional sanitation, lounge seats vs. no lounge, installation considerations, maintenance, and more. When I walked into the store, I appreciated that I could browse for a bit without anyone immediately approaching me with a sales pitch. At just the right moment, Liam came over, introduced himself, and let me know he'd be happy to help if I had any questions. What followed was honestly one of the best sales experiences I've ever had for a major purchase. Liam took the time to really listen to what I was looking for. He walked me through several options and clearly explained the pros and cons of different models--including both less expensive and more premium options. At no point did I feel pressured toward a particular model or add-on. The conversation felt informative, relaxed, and genuinely helpful, and it ultimately helped us find the perfect hot tub for our family. But the support didn't stop after the purchase. Liam helped us think through the best location on our deck for installation, worked through the delivery logistics quickly and smoothly, and has continued to be available afterward to answer questions. As first-time hot tub owners, we had plenty--everything from chemicals and temperature settings to water balance and general maintenance. Liam has been incredibly responsive and helpful through all of it. We've now had the hot tub for about a month and our family absolutely loves it. Like I said, I've literally never written an online review before, but this experience deserved one. If you're looking for a hot tub and aren't sure where to start, Spa & Sauna Company has a great selection--and if you want someone knowledgeable who will guide you through the process without any pressure, ask for Liam.

The showroom may not be the newest or flashiest, but that ended up being a benefit -- they have a wide variety of models available to see in person and can source nearly any option you might want. What impressed us most was the level of knowledge and attention we received. Jim and his team clearly understand these products extremely well and focused on helping us choose the best spa for our family instead of simply pushing a sale. Their pricing was very reasonable, but the biggest value came from the service and support they provide. Before delivery, Jim personally visited our home twice to review the setup area and ensure everything was prepared properly. He was also involved during delivery and installation, and everything went according to plan. They spent time walking us through the spa features and explaining maintenance as well, which was especially useful since owning a hot tub involves more upkeep than I had remembered. Our spa was only recently installed, so I can't comment on long-term service yet, but based on everything we've experienced so far, I'm confident they'll continue taking great care of their customers. I'm really glad we chose not to take the Costco route (and that's coming from someone who shops there often). Buying a spa turned out to be a more involved decision than I initially expected, and having experienced professionals helping along the way made the process much easier.

On Sunday, I decided to open up our hot tub's pump cover to see if I could find out why it all of a…read moresudden began losing water (about half an inch a day)! Definitely not evaporation. And sure enough, I found two places with a leak in this decade old tub. I contacted New Products, where we originally purchased the tub, and got a phone call early this morning from the owner, Jim. Turns out the service guy, James, was going to be in our area today. James came by a couple of hours later, confirmed the leak, had the replacement parts in his van, and fixed it! He also gave me an updated lesson on how often I should be changing the water, the filter, adding chemicals, checking the pH, etc. Not only was the repair price very reasonable, but I feel like I just got a degree in hot tub school, and promise to do better keeping to the maintenance schedule going forward. It's great to be able to go back to the store a decade later and find they still offer wonderful service!

I am giving 5 Star Performance, Service, Communication, Value Review based on my experience working…read morewith Carlos, Lorenzo, Manny, Jameson and Jermaine, who is the owner of this " At your Door Pool Service" company. We are new in owning a pool and hired a local pool service company in October 2025 here in Oakley. We are also new in the area so I rely heavily on Yelp and that is how I conduct business reviewing every details of people who used any company in the area. Yelp is super helpful but often times you will never know unless you work with them. I have a local Oakley pool company that started in October and not happy with their performance and service so after 3 months of test driving their performance, I let go of them and started with At Your Door Pool Service on the second week of January. I have been calling Carlos At your Door Pool Service company since October 2025. But because I would like to support a local Oakley pool company, I went ahead with that local Oakley company; however after 3 months, I was displeased with their performance and service. I called Carlos and asked more questions. Carlos always pick up my call and answer my questions. He is really patient, experience in responding to my detail questions. I should have hired this pool company first before supporting/hiring the Oakley pool local company. The first agenda prior to transitioning to this pool company is assessment of Lorenzo on the condition of our pool and I was able to meet Lorenzo and asked questions. You can asses his knowledge on pool as he answered all my questions. Lorenzo is very good at what he is doing. He also set the fountain timer for 15 minutes daily ensuring that water cycle is good. Then the following week on a Friday last week was a regular cleaning by Jameson. Although, I did not meet Jameson after the cleaning he sent a text message update. Then I bought a Polaris Robotic cleaning machine and put a deposit by mistake in text message link. Manny came over to explain details on how the cleaner works and explain the different functions of the machine. Manny also went over on the pairing the App to my phone. Although, in the beginning I was not sure if the Polaris is really for me to buy and not sure if the amount is worth since it is expensive. I decided to buy it and Manny delivered it at home. Manny open the box and showed me all features without using it inside the pool. Then after seeing it, I was not sure to buy it. So if you are not sure to buy don't open the box as per Jermain you can't return the Polaris Robotic machine once the box is open as they can't accept an open box and they will pay a penalty if it will be returned. So I told Jermain, the Polaris machine is not used, the box is open though. My recommendation for Polaris company is to have a demo machine free to their distributor like At Your Door Pool Service. Polaris return Policy sucks as I mentioned to Jermain. I will not deduct that 5 Star for this pool company as it has nothing to do with their Service. Looking forward to partnering with this team!
