Just before my birthday this year, I decided to give myself the gift of a hot tub to complete my…read morebackyard oasis. I did a ton of research and shopped around quite a bit. Ultimately, I ended up purchasing a Peyton 680 Series from Atlanta Hot Tub Center. It was installed a few weeks ago and I have to say that this investment was well worth every penny. Even my penny pinching husband agrees with me on this one, which is saying a lot! The delivery and installation was fantastic and exceeded expectations. Jerry Roberts and his team were true professionals. They navigated the obstacles of our terrain flawlessly and set up our new tub in its designated spot without incident. They cleaned up after themselves and got our new tub up and running in no time. Jerry was great! He set everything up properly and made sure we knew exactly how to work and maintain the spa for optimal performance. My only complaint throughout this whole experience is that I would have preferred a bit more proactive communication prior to delivery and installation. Dusty did tell me it would be several weeks before delivery but as we neared the end of the estimated window he gave me, I found that I had to keep calling to get a status update on when to expect delivery. It would have been nice if they had reached out to me to ensure I had taken care of the electricity or to give an updated estimate on when to expect delivery since there were some things we needed to take care of on our end before taking delivery and it would have helped us plan those things better if we had heard from them without me having to call the office multiple times. It was mildly annoying but at the end of the day, I decided not to knock a star off for it because they made up for it with a great delivery and overall experience. I am happy that we went with Atlanta Hot Tub Center and if I had to do it all again, I would choose them over the competition any day.

I will start with the good. The tub area was very relaxing. Spent my time in the medium warm tub…read morewhich was plenty hot so need for the really hot tub. It was comfortable...met several wonderful ladies. Stepped in the cold tub which I thought I'd like but I'm a whimp...too cold for me. Got the gold package which was like nothing I've ever done. Naked on a plastic table while getting an incredible all over scrub, massage, facial and then entire body coated in oil. My skin is so incredibly soft. The tiny little woman was freakishly strong and did an incredible job. I would definitely return and next time spend more time there. The saunas and ice room in tbe common area were amazing. I just peaked in each of them and they were absolutely beautiful. For the bad: Young girl at the front desk was rude. Mumbled and then basically yelled at me when I didn't understand what she said. Whatever everyone has their good days and bad days but someone needs to teach this girl how to speak to customers. The attendees in the locker room were helpful and kind. However... when women were talking, they literally yelled at them like they were children... "Ladies, who am I going to have to kick out! This is a quiet area" ... the tone they took with grown women was absolutely horrific. They claimed it was because people were trying to "relax" during their treatments. The treatments are not relaxing... they are in a communal room, youre on a plastic table getting scrubbed with buckets of water thrown on you and lube up with enough oil for a Diddy freak off. Like I said, I thoroughly enjoyed it but if youre looking for a quiet spa like experience, this isn't it. You must be comfortable walking around naked...it was actually quite liberating for me but may not be for everyone. I will definitely be back. Hoping this time the staff treats people with a little more respect and kindness.

It used to be a place I'd happily recommend to people looking to relax and reset. That changed recently when it became clear they are not welcoming to motorcycles. As someone who rides, that's a pretty disappointing stance to see from a business I've supported for so long. I'm not interested in supporting places that single out riders or create an unwelcoming environment for people simply based on how they arrive. It's a shame, because the facility itself has always been solid and I used to enjoy coming here. But culture matters. If a business doesn't want to be welcoming to the riding community, that's their choice--but it also means they won't be getting any more of my business. Plenty of other places out there that are happy to welcome everyone who walks through the door. ‍

After Georgia Spa bought Spa and Deck Creations in Blairsville GA, it has been nothing but poor…read moreservice, raised prices, and very poor businesses practices. I had a leak in my hot tube, called for service to locate the leak. Charged $260 for the service call. Service man found heater leak and gave me an estimate of $465 to install new heater and it would have to be ordered. When I called to get it ordered, the price went up to over $1000 dollars. I bought the heater on line for $365 and installed it myself. What a ripoff, never do business with them again.

I don't know if it works, I haven't been able to use it. They completely forgot about us a couple of times in terms of not scheduling the electrician, once done the electricity was great. Now getting the valet/orientation/initial service has been miserable. They reschedule they cancel without even 24 hours notice and I don't live where my hot tub is. I had to travel here for this appointment. I got a partial message saying they needed to "schedule well actually reschedule" (I quote) the appointment that I am sitting here waiting on. My sales associate has said that this is unusual and does not understand why we cannot get any service. But I am not getting help from the Kennesaw branch at all. I will update this if they indeed do come, if they indeed do help me fix the problems that I have, and if it works or not. So my update is that I got an immediate call this morning about how to address my concerns. All the concerns were addressed. Hunter did an amazing job teaching me everything and fixed one thing. He taught me how to use all my chemicals and explained some things I needed to take care of in the future. So far so good and I'm very excited about getting to use the spa and now knowing how to maintain it. So I would definitely recommend it just know everything ahead of time so you know what you have to do and ask for and make sure things are arranged.

I was expecting it to be a lot busier, but it was nice that there weren't too many people there, so you could have rooms to yourself. (We went on a Sunday evening.) And I love that Spaland stays open til 2am! Their food court is also pretty decent! Price of food not included in the entry admission sadly. The slushies are delicious and so refreshing to sip on since it's so warm inside. And the roasted eggs are a must get!

I picked spa land based on reviews and it did not disappoint. The only downside is that the towels are very tiny. The dressing room and bathroom Doesn't have AC. You have to be ok with being fully nude in front of other ladies. Which I am. The dressing room is separate by gender. You don't get a wash rag. Also, you can't wear any slippers. we brought our own house slippers they said no. it's only socks or barefoot, but we saw the staff wearing sneakers out on the main floor. I would understand if they were kitchen staff but these weren't. There a variety of sauna to try from that is coed. The swimming pool and the wet sauna are in the dressing area. I would recommend bringing your own Tumblr of water so you can stay hydrated, but we were visiting from out of town and we didn't bring our Tumblr. we did eat there something small to hold us over until dinner time. The front desk staff were really but the dressing room staff were kind of meh. It was so hot maybe she was miserable. They also offer a variety of additional items which we didn't take advantage of but other people did. I am glad my husband said yes. I hope that we can visit other Korean spa throughout the United States.
