    SKIP THIS PLACE AND BUY FROM an online store... This store always has high prices but it's convenient so it used to be worth the extra cost.... Now, adding to that complaint, they're about 50/50 on rude employees. They're often out of stock for whatever it is I'm needing that day. Plus, I was in here yesterday for about 5 minutes before some guy from the back finally awoke and came to help me. He apologized. It was weird being all alone in there, I almost thought I'd have to leave without paying, it was seriously 5 minutes before he woke up. Today, in a pinch, willing to pay extra, I went in to buy some spa wall cleaner at 5:54 pm.... The doors are locked and the lights are off. So messed up, you're supposed to be there until 6:00... Why don't you just change your hours to show that you actually close at 545? Or was it 530 today? You know, some of us work until 5 and can't get to your store until 554pm.... which is why you're supposed to be open until 6. When I was younger store employees used to be able to pull this lie and say their clock showed whatever made up time they wanted it to show (so they could open late and close early)..... But, now, we all have phones with gps atomic clock based times on them.... We all know exactly what time it is now.... Your leaving early really messes things up for your customers, I hope this review finds people well and let's them know that they'd be better served buying online rather than going here, unless they like paying 40 percent extra, dealing with sometimes unhappy people, and that's only if this store decides to be open with awake employees at the time.... Good luck. You don't care, I know, but you've lost me as a customer, so many stores are losing costumers because of this kind of thing, it's sad, I'm sure in my lifetime brick and mortar stores will be a relic from the past. Update, I'm just finishing this review at 610pm and the guy just walked out of the store and into his waiting mom's car..... So he was there, just locked up early.... If store management wants to do anything, you know who this employee is, today is Thursday, 10/7/21, male, dark hair, overweight.

    Purchased this solar blanket for $70 bucks. They actually had them in stock.

    Not enough employees to help the line of people out the door. Also they are not knowledgeable in accessory parts for the pool equipment.

So we were excited to have another recreation and fitness center available other than YMCA. The center offered a Performing Arts Center, Family pool, gym, climbing wall, competition lap pool, worship center, weight room, group exercise classes and more. I paid for the fitness shuffle classes to include the Zumba classes which was so much fun. My two nephews would be placed in the child watch section while their parents (My cousin) worked out. My daughter also worked at the child watch section. My brother also worked as a personal fitness trainer. We were members of the Kroc prior to my daughter and brother's employment. All the employees were always friendly, nice and helpful. We surely enjoyed our time here. We have a lot of great memories.

    My daughter has fallen in love with volleyball at the KROC. She has been attending KROC volleyball…read moreclinics/league for coming up on a year now and absolutely loves it. Coach T is the BEST, she has mastered the perfect balance of being patient and encouraging while also challenging the players to improve and grow their skills. I also have to give a huge shoutout to coaches Taj and Jada! They do a fantastic job supporting coach T in creating a positive environment where players are not only learning the game but having fun as well. The dedication, enthusiasm, and encouragement from all the coaches have made a huge impact on my daughter's confidence and love for the sport. We look forward to continuing to participate in future clinics and leagues at KROC!

They are poor business people who I do not trust. I was treated rudely by both. I could have had their tub almost immediately but I figured if they will treat me poorly on about a $6000 purchase (they were less than Jacuzzi), what will happen after they have my money & I have a problem? Jacuzzi of course is the name brand. I can trust them. I also trust Ed Moore. We were told that due Covid supply chain issues the wait about be 10-12 months. We waited a little longer. Everyone was polite & responsive. Robert, head of the delivery crew was helpful. We bought the J-315 which is a smaller unit. That is all of the space we had. The purchase was for relaxing sore muscles & not for parties. It was $9000+ when I ordered & $13,000+ today. The manual explains a lot but doesn't explain everything. That is where ED MOORE comes in. I visited him a few times & was a question box. Everything is functioning properly. The jets hit the areas I want them to hit. I know at motels I have found some hot tubs only focus on the lower & mid back & not the shoulders.
