The manager Shane helped me with picking out a hot tub that fit my needs. I asked lots of questions as I would with any big ticket purchase. He didn't seem to like that but tried to answer all my questions. Once I decided on my hot tub he proceeded to write up my purchase order. As he was writing it up I noticed a few discrepancies. He started to get mad because I started to question him. He told me one thing as I was deciding on my hot tub and wrote a purchase order for another. He was very upset because I caught him in several lies. He was so mad he asked me to leave. I WOULD NOT recommend buying anything from this place. He's a swindler and a cheat.

So I call the local store back ask dizzy girl if they have a coupon for online ordering! She says, no, I only have a coupon for in store purchases! I ask her, can I come in and order the pillows from her and get the coupon because my order is now over $500. Are you ready for this??? She says, she can't order pillows from the store! I found Price busters pool and spa, many miles from my house and stopped in. I had visited many independent shops before trying price busters with out any success. I need to say that from the moment I walked into the shop I was treated so nicely from the young lady at the reception desk. Then the owner help me right away. He knew in minutes what I needed and supplied me the part. I discovered that I needed more parts to finish the jobs.
