I had already had this company changed my pool filter and converted to saltwater and now I have to wonder if I even needed a new pool pump? The office staff were apologetic however I feel that the technician tried to take advantage of my lack of knowledge of pools and tried to oversell me a product I did not need.

Instead of canceling it for me, the store told me to do it online. What followed was hours on the phone with customer service. First, I was promised a cancellation that never went through. When I called back, I was told it was "on hold" and couldn't be canceled. Another supervisor then claimed orders can never be canceled once placed. Finally, after a supervisor called the store directly, they managed to cancel it. The local staff are friendly, but the backend support is an absolute circus. Spending hours on the phone to cancel an order they couldn't even fill is unacceptable. I won't be back.

The delivery persons completely unpacked and put in place, all we had to do was get the electrician to finish hooking it up. Besides being a great looking spa, the jets pressure are amazing.
