During construction they went over settling and why they won't be back for awhile, again common sense. If it didn't settle my pavers would sink within a year. When completed Ralph did what he calls pool school and went over everything and made sure I understood. Jose is an exceptional service guy he had to come out for my railing and pool cover. Everyone is the North Branford store goes above and beyond for you. I dont use them for service, I open and close the pool. I do get my products for them and have my water tested. I have tried other products from cheaper stores, not the same. My pool looks great with there products. Overall a great company to do business with.
