Being a past customer gives us a small discount which helps to lower the cost of operating. The spa is a Hot Springs salt based system, so very little maintenance is required due to a lot of automation of water quality tech built in. There have been a few small items requiring some fixes, but have been covered by warranty which is a bonus and another reason why we chose this spa system.

I have pictures and them saying the panel was installed by them. Then they blamed the issue on solar panels being installed after the pool was completed. The panel they installed had a loose hot wire and that caused a SHORT which back-feed power to the main circuit breaker panel on the side of the house and that caught on fire. Look at all the yelp ratings, most are one star for a reason.

While testing my pool water, the employee bluntly stated that because the store was testing my water, I should purchase the recommended chemicals from them. I found this comment unprofessional and inconsistent with a service advertised as a free water test. If purchasing chemicals is a condition of receiving the test, the store should clearly state that upfront or charge a fee for the service. Advertising the test as free and then pressuring customers to buy products feels misleading and undermines the trust the store has built with its customers. I hope management addresses this issue and reinforces a more respectful, customer-focused approach.

Ordered another one (Black Prodigy 14-22 Weatherproof). I had an appointment for Service to deliver, remove the old one, install the new. On that day, I unexpectedly couldn't be home. But the Hot Springs technicians did exactly what was required without me being here. Got the new cover installed and took away the old one. Surprised me when I got home. That's why I can wholeheartedly recommend going with spas etc. Not only are we completely enamored with our tub, but the service from the moment we first walked into the store until now, has been first rate. We waited around 6 months for delivery and now that we have our tub we sleep better every night and our general well-being is significantly better. We had a few minor hiccups after our delivery and Dan and Kevin were on it from top to bottom. I have never experienced better customer service from any company, especially post purchase. They not only stand behind their products at 100%, but also their word. I'll also mention the fact that they're significantly cheaper than their competitors.
